Steak N' Roll in Wroclaw

I love this place especially when a blonde girl in the kitchen, she always makes meat dishes well, I advise you to try steaks (“Jack Daniels” my favoriteand beef burgers here. You should know that this place is not about service, its about food and the chef here deserves tips more than the waitresses, thats for sure

You ever see a movie where the main character goes into an establishment and the employees start taking about them in another language, thinking the main character cant understand, all the while they can understand every word?I was so hyped to try Steak N Rolls Reuben sandwich, only to hear the servers complain in Russian about the sandwich once I ordered it, tell each other about how they dont feel like making it, and then the server come back to my table and tells me in English with a straight face that they dont have the ingredients. My wife and I looked at each other (shes from Ukraine), tried not to laugh, and walked out.Anyway, it was a slow night during the week, may be well try again on the weekend when the employees are in a better mood.

Nice service and very nice food. Highly recommended.

Came back after 3 years for fantastic Reuben sandwiches. Complete disappointment. No way to compare. 😪

Extremely slow service.Once serving our adults meals, telling us now fries or meals for the kids. We asked for our meal take away and left. Price was high too for what we got. Terrible experience.

Great restaurant in the heart. Very tasty food, good view. Special thanks to the chef for efficiency. Everything was fast and delicious. Nice staff. There is a desire to come back here again and again!

Spritz for 19zl was just sparkling water, no taste at all. The worst is the service: their answer has been: for us is ok, you drink it. Really bad experience.

While steaks, quality of meat, portions are very much ok, I’ll still work on widening beer offer, price ranges of wines, ultimately changed the playlist and shut off the TV.

Great service and food! I had the pastrami reuben and it was incredible.

We had the pastrami sandwich and the goat cheese salad. Both were average at best unfortunately. Sandwich was very fatty and the pastrami was overcooked, the goat cheese salad was nothing special. The service was alright, but we (and other customerswere asked within a minute of receiving the menu if we had already decided. Very disappointing for a restaurant with such a great location.

Excellent service from the floor-staff... the restaurant was at max capacity and all the waitresses were still very courteous, efficient, friendly and spoke very good English. Food was incredible. Highly recommend.

The Bistro restaurant is in the heart of Wroclaw city centre. We came at the right time as Xmas is just round the corner. The city centre is treated with flamboyant Xmas deco everywhere. The restaurant was a good size to dine in. I must admit their steak was absolutely tasty and amazing. Tiramisu was excellent. The table service was superb. We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Erika (waitresswhos well spoken in English. We felt very welcomed and at ease with their excellent customer service. If I decided to come and visit Wroclaw again, I would definitely going to visit this restaurant again.

Great spot, not sure why had not tried before. The waitress was friendly and service was quick. I had the pastrami sandwich which was tasty and well done. Atmosphere was okay and a good selection of cuts of meat. Price was very reasonable for the portions. Will definitely go again.

Pretty good steak house. I have enjoyed it and would recommend it.

A big disappointment.1,5 hour wait for our meal after ordering, we were about to leave but got reassured that its going to be served right away... 15 more minutes passed. Got our steaks, another disappointment, i ordered a well done, it was not well done it was mixed(from medium to well done), the potatos... 5 slices what they call talarki, thats it. The meal was decently seasoned with 2 sauces if you wanted.We got offered a free drink (martini, beer or coffee), well it was free but i would rather have my food quicker.Overall experienceStaff tried to handle the situation and was really polite, but someone is to blame and i have to blame what happened on the cooks...

My opinin does not come from one visit. I have been there in different days, times and orders. The food is beautifully well served. The doneness of meat is up to you and they really stick to your preference. You can stay out or inside, as well as downstairs wich is a more intimacy place to stay as well, with family or partner. Well, actually theres a one thing wich was the same this theree times. A huge proffesional wich a great knowledge at his work eager to help, Kasper is one the best reason to come again. For sure, I will come back to enjoy a nice meal wich such a young and proactive team.

Great restaurant with excellent meal! Deserts are so delicious, especially cheese cake. We had a great time here, our host Anastazija was very nice and polite.

I got a pastrami sandwich, and unfortunately it was terrible, the pastrami was full of skin, fat and nerves, I could not even cut with a knife, imagine chewing it how it feels. I even took some pictures from the remainings, because I has to remove it all to be able to eat something, for me it was very disappointing, as the reviews for this restaurant were quite good, but maybe it was for other dishes. I do not recommend that sandwich, it is expensive and the meat quality is very low. Who prepared it could remove those unedible parts.

Mediocre fillet mignon, poor fries (heated with oven or microwave). Very bad price/quality ratio makes me thinking that is rather a place for lost tourists. Nevertheless the service was good.

Food is good, nothing to complain about. However, PLN 22 (or €5.10for 0.1l of red house wine is a bit much.

Good food. However, chef should pay more attention how he cooks steaks. One side of my steak was medium rare as ordered while the other side was rare/blue. Also waiting time was quite long - 50 mins.

They got it all wrong. Instead of a steak or deli sandwich, they serve you a complicated mess. During our meal the waiter asked us if we’d like ketchup and “cheese sauce” only for it to show up on the disaster of a bill we got at the end. Not good. Avoid this place.

Nice place with good food a bit expensive for its quality. Also large water cost like 14 zlotys and felt like water from tap which was disappointing, u suspected waiter from giving us tap water instead for the one we paid for. The bbq burger that i ordered, meat was okay but could be done more as i asked for, because I found some blood left on the plate and bbq sauce was too bitter.

Amazing food and wonderful service. My husband says his grilled sandwich was the best sandwich hes ever had. My steak was amazing and the staff was very helpful meeting my rather annoying dietary needs. Wish we could give it 6 stars.

I tried the peasant, the New York and the beef tartar. All of These Meals were great, only Thing i have to announce is, it would be great to have a pilsner choosable in the draught beer section. All in all, Nice staff, delicious meals, for sure its a place to visit

This is the best place I have ever eaten at. Every single piece of food is just a pure explosion of flavours. Every meal starting from starter, through main meal and finishing with dessert is the exceptional experience. If you are looking for outstanding food standard and staff passionate about food and service, this is the place to go. This is the number one place to visit if you are in Wroclaw. If you are looking for fish and chips please go somewhere else.

Bad service if they see that you dont speak Polish (especially if you speak Russian). The food is tasty, but the portions are very small and super overpriced. Wont recommend this place.

Clean place very nice staff however Overpriced menu with average food. We got burned sauce with greasy potatoes and average tasting pork ribs after 50min wait with hungry kids. Burgers are only medium done so be aware when ordering for kids- chips here dont come in set.
