Staybridge Suites Sunnyvale in East Palo Alto

I thought i liked this place the first week. The next week when i came back i had not 1 but 2 roaches in my room. First day reported the bug a d they sprayed. Gross. Next day same thing. They comped my upgrade but not really worth it. The next week they over booked and i had no room. The name was ride to my planner. Im done

Fantastic hotel. Suites are very large with a full kitchen. The breakfast spread is delicious, and they use real silverware and full condiment bottles instead of use use plastics. The employees are friendly and helpful as well. Michael was jovial and pleasant while checking us in and the text check up from Cenon was nice.

Good quality for the price. Outdoor pool and hot tub are nice.Walking distance to Google MP buildings, now with improved sidewalks and crossings.

Please do not choose this hotel. This is next to highway and with weak security where it looks like motel. There were sounds from refrigerator and other noises which were quiet disturbing. Security is a big risk as the windows can be opened from outside and deadbolts are loosely hanged.

Friendly staff, great service, nice rooms (more like a small apartment). I like the breakfast options: waffles, potatoes, egg (scrambled and cooked), sausages/bacon/burrito (depending on the day), bread, bagels, ... + toaster, cereals, juices, milk, fruit, and Im sure I might still be forgetting something. We came with our dog, and I felt that he was very welcome (poop bag stations around the buildings, special tags for the front door to indicate that the room contains a pet, some treats at the reception, ...). So all in all very happy.

Had the chance to stay here on 3 different occasions for a total of 8 nights. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.One time, I reached around 1:30 am. The front desk person was available even at that time and he made the check-in process smooth.The kitchen space is convenient and has equipments like fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric stove, etc. The stove takes time to heat. You cant cook complex meals though its convenient for simple cooking and re-heating.I had good time staying there and would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable yet affordable stay.

Well maintained hotel, ideal for long term stays. The location is slightly remote which makes commute a kittle inconvenient if you dont have a car. But the rooms are spacious and the staff is cooperative and quite accomodating.

I booked a stay here, and I can’t say enough about the friendly staff and the accommodations. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you for your kindness and just an overall pleasant experience!
