Where do I start?! The team at Stay Inn Jerusalem were amazing! So accommodating, so friendly and generous with their time and assistance; it was like staying with a friend - but better! :DTo the boss, continue to look after these kids, they were very beautiful souls. Will highly recommend to anyone travellng to Jerusalem to stay at Stay Inn. Thank you everyone x
Beds are soft, staf is kind and smiles, everything is clear and beautiful ❤️ And breakfast is amazing!
Cute, posh Hotel. Receptionist was helpful and courteous. Nice shower, had a nestle coffee machine in the room and they included two water bottles for our stay. Only thing is I tried to venture into the restaurant bar and was held back, as if I was doing something bad. Didn’t realize the bar wasn’t a bar? Funny.
No hot water in the shower, and couldn’t reach reception. Ordered breakfast which was cancelled without notice. Did not live up to expectations.
Everything in this hotel is about intimacy. The rooms are intimate, designed with great care for detail. Cosy but everything is there - great shower, great air-conditioning and a refrigerator which are critical in Eilat, and a coffee machine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.Pool is intimate, pool-side terrace… just you and most likely no one else. And the cost was really reasonable compared to other options. If you are looking for a place to stay away from the crowd, away from families with kids, and you have a car with you, we highly recommend Stay EilatThree things to note:1. The location is in a residential area not so accessible. Walking down to the beach may be reasonable if its not too hot but you will want a taxi back up.2. Breakfast could be improved, especially for vegan/veggies and fresh bread rather than toast would be a needed improvement.3. In 2022, there is a construction site across the street but it did not bother us much as we spent most of our time on the beach
The staff was remarkable! Attentive, kind, welcoming and gracious.Very attuned the needs of the guest which is a rarity nowadays. The facilities were clean and well thought out to provide a unique experience and a peaceful getaway
Very nice hostel with great facilities and service!!
One of the best hostels i have ever stayed in.I was in a 12 bed dorm. Bed is very comfortable and has everything you need: light blocking privacy curtain, shelf with a night light and usb charger plug in. The locker is pretty spacious and also has a plug in inside. Aircon kept the room nice and cool as it was pretty hot outside.People working at the reception are incredibly helpful and friendly (thank you Oscar!).There is a big rooftop patio available for everyone to use, also fridge, kitchen with chairs and tables, laundry etc.Location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, 15 min walk to the Old City. Its also right in front of a bus stop with multiple buses.Cant recommend this place enough.
Very clean and great facilities, loved the free coffee machine and sparkling water. Of course it’s pricey because it’s Jerusalem, but it’s probably the nicest hostel that I’ve stayed at in this city.
Excellent location, beautiful design and cool patio. Free coffee in the beautiful kitchenette. Highly recommended
We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were a little small but we didnt mind. The service was amazing.
Probably one of my most lovely stays in a hotel for a long time! Shady and Mahmoud went beyond the call of duty.extremely helpfully. As was Oscar. Great location.lovely roof terrace.able to cook a meal.only draw back was a large family who let their kids run riot..but that was only a minor issue overall. Very 👍😊
The hotel and the room are stylish and modern.I liked their rich breakfast with plenty of delicious Middle-Eastern specialities. The receptionists were not very welcoming, especially the guy from Udine, he was kinda arrogant.
This hostel is quite a modern place and i think it also was renovated during the corona lock down time.I really liked the location, you can easily walk to the Yehuda market or the old city in about 20 minutes and there is a tram station 5 min. away. The king George street has a lot of shops and there are always people around. The rooms are clean, comfortable and give everything you need.A really nice thing is the balcony sitting area and the free coffee and cocoa in the common area. Generally the services offered here are amazing . You have drinks, Blankets for cold nights if you want to sit outside, free use of laundry machines and dryers, free water and coffee and everything is well taken care of.And the staff is super friendly and helpful. All in all would totally recommend it, one of the best hostels Ive been to!
One of the best hostels I have stayed at. Highly recommend.
One of the best hostels I ever stayed at! I stayed there some weeks ago but came back another time. I would choose it over other hostels every time again. It`s the best choice if you wanna recharge after a busy day in the city. The beds are super comfortable and you have a curtain attached to your bed for a good nights`s sleep. Lovely common room and rooftop for chilling out. The hostel staff is super friendly and eager to help. Would recommend it 10/10!!
Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Amazing atmosphere and great people. Loved the terrace on the top and the nice wine bar. Best recommendation
Great place to stay in Jerusalem not far from Jaffa Door, very clean, all staff very gently especially Oscar at the reception he always welcoming the guests friendly.
Very nice cozy place to stay, and totally worth the price! The manager was very nice to us, and we enjoyed our stay! From my personal experience, it is the perfect place for a young couple to stay the night while enjoying the Jerusalem city center!
What I liked best was Oscar, the receptionist. He was super helpful, polite and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This hotel is lucky to have such an incredible employee.Other than that the location is perfect, in the heart of Jerusalem, and the hotel is very clean, cozy and nice with a modern design which was really cool and refreshing.I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.
The staff was very helpful with the stressful situation regarding covid at the moment, they speak good English and were very kind to me. The place is good value for Jerusalem and in a very good location. They also serve food that looked amazing but was a bit too pricey for me. Theres a lovely roof terrace to socialize at at night
Very inconspicuous, this hostel has a charming entrance, the lights dimmed, comfortable couches placed around the lobby overlooking the bar. The service is very professional, the rooms modern and pleasant. The beds each have a curtain to ensure privacy. There is a vibe of respect amongst the guests, guests can use the kitchen too and store food in the fridge. There is also a garden with a bar and great events.
Excellent hotel !!! Excellent location near Mahane Yehuda market and the Old City. New, well-equipped and luxurious rooms. Excellent service and young atmosphere. Breakfast is simply excellent. Highly recommended hotel
Wow! Anything less than five star rating for this hotel doesn’t do the place justice. The morning of our arrival we received a message with instructions for parking the car and directions to the hotel. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who were so nice to upgrade our room. The room itself was spotless and tastefully designed. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. You can walk to most of the major attractions in Jerusalem and there’s easy access to public transportation. We will be back!
Loved the privacy curtains around the beds. Felt like your own space, whilst still saving on costs.Wasnt a party hostel, which was good for me.Free washer and dryer was an awesome addition!!! And there was free infused water, lots of teas and coffee. However, I only found out about this common area on my last day. Would have been nicer to have been told about this by the staff earlier.Dorms were nice. Large lockers. Big showers and separate toilet and sink. So I never had an issue waiting for bathrooms. Temperature on the shower was slightly hit and miss, but not too big of an issue.Location was great. Can easily walk to the Old City and the main bus station. Tram is right outside
Very well organised hostel.Despite big numbers of beds in some rooms you have great feeling of your own space thanks to nice curtains on every bed.Modern showers and toilets.Very cosy living room on 2nd floor with free and coffee facilities.Good buffet style breakfast (appr. 6 euro). The staff is friendly and willing to help.
It was an amzing experience. Rooms are very clean beads are confortable and the laundery is cleanit offers the possibility to take the breakfast there, there was good food for only 7$ extra. Shared area is very nice and freindly, people are friendly and helpfull. The kitchen is dotated with whatever you need. I will come back for sure.
Amazing experience during a shabbat in Jerusalem! People are nice, there is a good locker inside the room. There is also a laundry and you can rent towels, buy soap and have breakfast for low prices. Organized kitchen and very good price. Definitely recommended!
Very spacious and clean rooms with good wifi connection. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that you cannot cook breakfast until 10/11am because the stoves are covered during the breakfast buffet. We were not informed of that when we checked in, so the staff was so nice to have given us both a free breakfast buffet.I would definitely stay in here again when I visit Jerusalem!!
One of the better hostels I’ve stayed in. There is some construction going on which doesn’t interrupt sleeping but gets a bit loud during the day. Curtains on the beds are really nice for privacy. Close to downtown attractions and about a 15-20 minute walk to the old city. Bar is a nice touch. I definitely would stay here again!
Very nice hostel!! Its very clean and beds and bathrooms seem very new. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is free wifi everywhere and tasty lemon and cucumber water! The rooftop and the bar are perfect to hangout. All in all for this cheap price the best hostel Ive ever been! :)
One of the best hostels Ive been to. Modern, clean, good quality, my 6 bed room was not crowded, had a private bathroom, big lockers, all beds have curtains to allow more privacy. The kitchen is good, so is the terrace. A great place to stay for some time in Jerusalem.
the staff is very friendly, the location is convenient and it is clean.the beds have a curtain so you can feel more private and you also have a locker.there is a nice bar at the reception and a nice kitchen at the 2nd floor.the towel costs 10 shekelsi strongly suggest to take the walking tour with David for 40 shekels !
Actually a very nice hostel. Unfortunately, i found bed bugs in the big sleeping room (room 202 bed 10in the morning. I addressed it to the reception - not sure if they do something... the bathroom could be cleaned a bit more often. Beside these two things, the hostel is just great! Cool people and staff.
They do have a very clean, new facility with curtains on the dorm beds, shower and toilet rooms that lock, and many other small conveniences that make this much better than some youth hostels. Its a great value, and this is coming from someone who has stayed in a $7 hostel in Istanbul (Big Appleand a $50 hostel in San Francisco (HI City Center).
One of the best Hostels in Jerusalem. Great helpful staff, travellers from all around the world and of different ages who were kind and polite. The hostel is clean, very well maintained, but ourselves as guests keep it maintained well too. Great energy- HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
One of the best hostels Ive ever stayed in! The staff was lovely and lots of activities to choose from. Comfortable beds, all enquiries suite rooms, lots of board games to choose from.. It was great! Also, amazing breakfast! A bit pricey for my liking but great nonetheless!
It was VERY hard to leave this hostel!!Apart from it being very modern, hotel like and very clean, the staff and people I met there really made the stay what it was.As soon as I got there, they made me feel right at home, extremely accommodating and cool; the best hostel staff by far, it felt like a family.Cozy vibe, AMAZINGGGG playlist, easy to socialize and make friends. I can not stress how much I love here.I would call names, but the entire staff is amazing. However, special shout out to Koren!!
Friendly staff, knowledgeable about the local tourist places. Very clean. The laundry is a little bit small. Good environment to chill out. I met people taking one month or two months and chill. Staff put some effort in to get people together at night, such as going out to see the painting on the street, Karaoke, etc.
For a hostel is has a nice rooftop garden, which is really sweet but not something new. The breakfast is okay, the staff is really friendly and nice and nice people go here! But I have never spent so much money for a hostel although I have been traveling from hostel to hostel for months and definitely had more fancy hostels for half of the price. It is definitely not worth the amount of money your paying. The entree is scary, parking is very badly arranged. I would not go back here although I liked the people a lot!
Very, very good hostel. The best i ever visited. Located across the first Israelien parliament. Entree door is difficult to find. But on the second floor you will find a wonderfull hostel. Not very big, great international atmosphere, wonderful staff, great sitting room, big terrace, clean, different kinds of beds, dormaries and rooms. Close to an area of shops and pubs.
Amazing place.Great vibes.Almost forgot was in Jerusalem.Davids Shabbat dinner was the icing on the cake. The interiors have been well done. As if someone put in efforts for the guests to be happy.
It doesnt feel like a business. The stuff is unexceptional friendly (they even hang out after workand the travelers are open to go out together. Rooms are very clean and inventory is pretty new. I would always choose this hostel over the bigger ones. Its also cheaper.
This is seriously the best hostel ive stayed at! As someone who has been to countless hostels, this one is by far the best. Comfy beds, non invasive yet friendly staff, INCREDIBLY clean and in a great location. Honestly, I cant fault it.
Incredibly kind and helpful staff (thank you Nicole). The hostel is clean and welcoming. The dorms are relatively spacious, modern, and the duvet/linen is comfortable. Warm showers complement the whole experience. The location is close to shops, cafés etc and only a 15 minute walk to the city gates. Coffee is cheap (4 shekelsand there is free water, games and a pleasant garden. Hard to fault.
I cant express enough how great this hostel is. The rooms are big and clean and modern. The staff go out of their way, beyond welcoming, especially Niki! If you stay here you must have the breakfast! You can use the washing machine and dryer for free. It really is a great hostel!!!!!!!
Excellent hostel. Clean, modern, great amenities. Low level motion sensor lights in the dorms so you dont disturb your room mates. Beds all have lights and sockets and there are lockers for your things. Staff were great, really helpful and friendly and there were a number of activities. I joined in making the communal Shabbat meal & totally recommend that- was fun & tasty!
Best hostel Ive stayed in! Much love to the staff here, seem to really have great pride in the hostel. I did the pub crawl and cooking for Shabbat. Activities nearly every night. Really cheap prices for the facilities. Look no further when in Jerusalem. This is the only place to stay! Thanks so much guys, keep up the great work with the hostel!! 😊👌
Very clean awesome facilities and very well located. Although I never had problem maybe one shower for 10 beds isnt enough. Also was a bit expensive and they are also awesome charging for every little extra possible. The staff is friendly always with a nice smile but not necessarily the most helpful ones.
Awesome hostel that recently opened! Its very clean and everything is still new! Absolutely blew my mind when I found out that they have a laundry room thats FREE to use! All beds have an outlet next to them as well as a reading lamp and the beds are very comfortable as well! The staff are all very friendly and always willing to help you and offer suggestions of things to see and do in the city.I would highly recommend staying at this hostel if you are visiting Jerusalem and are looking for sleeping accommodations!
