Elvis, Joe, and the state line Nissan team provided exceptional service from start to finish. I visited the dealership to test drive a 2023 Nissan Rogue after falling in love with the midnight edition after seeing it online. Little did I know they ended up having one on the lot! Janelle Benjamin was so friendly and knowledgeable. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, not one, but two recalls taken care of and she even had my tire patched after finding a screw in it. We visited Stateline Nissan a couple weeks ago and purchased a brand new 2022 Nissan Sentra sold to us by Ryan. Let me say what a sales representative, he did not pressure us to make a purchase at all unless it met our standers. He helped us with every possible option in till one fit just right. The woman who greeted me for my oil change was courteous, friendly and professional. She got me out of there within 45 min with all work completed. The staff works well together and makes you feel right at home. The waiting area was very clean and the wifi was working great. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I was dreading waiting for the oil change to be done but again the woman who greeted me made the experience bearable with her upbeat and friendly attitude. I wish I could remember her name. I had a wonderful experience here. As my first time buying a car, I was somewhat uneasy heading onto yet another car lot to look at prospective vehicles. Josiah was the sales person who helped me; I felt like I was speaking with a friend rather than someone who just wanted my business. He was kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and honest which made the world of difference. He let ME decide if I wanted to buy the car, rather than telling me I needed to buy it. An experience which redefined what my friends thought a dealership should be like it was just that good. There was a mishap when picking up the car and to make up for it they put me in a brand new car with better financing(Through Nissan zero extra credit check instead of Ally bank which was going to be for the previous car with 40k miles on itwithin one day and for $400 dollars less total! Walked in the door signed some documents and drove away. Andrew Correia and Curtis in financing really went above and beyond to make us feel like family and got me back on the road after my 2014 Nissan Rogue had a head gasket problem that took it out after 7 years reliable service. Even upgraded it to midnight edition for my troubles for no extra charge, cant recommend enough!!!!!!

So I went in for a oil change which both Janelle and Cody helped me and I have to say that I am very happy with not only the service performed on the vehicle but, also the customer experience! they did go above and beyond and I do want to mention the technician that worked on the car Zanielle They did a phenomenal job! I had a squeaky noise on the side of the car because of a rock and at first Nissan was unable to get rid of the squeaking noise and I was informed that it would cost $250 well praise the Lord!!!! Nissan fix the squeaking noise!!! When I informed Cody first about the squeaking noise he said that he will take a look at it to see what they can do not only does the car run smoothly because of the oil change it also does not squeak so I am beyond satisfied as a customer!!! On added note everyone is super friendly whenever I go!!!

This was my first time purchasing a new car and I couldn’t be happier with deciding to go to stateline nissan! The team there is absolutely fabulous. I had a great experience at this dealership. Josiah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was not even considering a Nissan for my new car but after my visit it is definitely one of my top options in my next car purchase.

First of all, ladies, do not go to this dealership unless you have a man to go with you. I felt a misogynistic undertone from the second I walked into the dealership. They tried to take advantage of me and charge me extra fees that did not need to be paid. I was also coerced into buying an expensive protection plan, as the salesman would not take no for an answer. His tone immediately changed and calmed down when I asked him to speak with my father on the phone, because his pushy tone was extremely overwhelming to me. The car’s interior was dirty with black dog hair and stains on the seats and reeked of smoke. I realized this once I got it home and inspected it more, due to being rushed into this sale. I tried to communicate with the dealer afterwards to get the car detailed at the dealership, however I was pushed off numerous times. They also let me drive off the lot without registering the car to my name and STILL almost two months later, they have not mailed my registration to me. I do not feel valued whatsoever as a customer and I would never recommend anyone go to this dealership.

I’ve been a customer of state line Nissan for years now. I’ve always gotten the best treatment as a customer. They made everything the process easy for me. I was recently in a car accident my car was a total loss and they were great in assisting me in getting into a new car. I only have great things to say about Kenny it’s the second time that his helped me in getting a new car. His awesome friendly kept in touch with me throughout the entire process his the best and would refer anyone to him as I know he would give them the best service / assistance in getting them in any car they need.
