Great little place, has that old country restaurant feel with cute farmhouse decor!The food was pretty good but not like amazing. The eggs were runny but I know some people prefer them that way. The pancakes were pretty good but I make better pancakes at home lol (it’s always better when someone makes it for you though lol)They have a pretty large menu and the service is great! You can tell many people are “regulars” and I feel like that adds a “home-y” atmosphere. The entrance is kind of confusing. You can park on the side and either go in the back or the front door but there aren’t really any signs letting you know which door they prefer so I guess it doesn’t matter.

I was visiting in town this July weekend and it seems this place is closed, I tried to call and no answer, might it be noted somewhere online...would help to know this.Looks like they would or had done good business with the food options, but guess not.

Great staff ..a real down home experience

Slow service they seem to only want to take care of their regular people meatloaf was bland INSTANT mashed potatoes that had zero flavor gravy that was tasteless and green beans that taste like they came straight from a can.....dont expect a refill on your tea all and all l was extremely disappointed

This is a hidden gem, and 5 minutes from the Sanford Amtrak AutoTrain station. This should be your go-to spot for breakfast on arrival and lunch before departure. Just a neighborhood place with good food, large portions, nice people. Very basic place, but worth your time.

It was very good I always eat there when I am over in Sanford I now live over in Deltona FL. The ladies are great and very fast service I used to live over there on palmetto in Sanford. So if you want great food go to that family own business again I love it been going there for over 20+ years now.

Roast beef with mash and gravy was delicious. Also had a side of collard greens which was very tasty. Check was less than $10. Great for for a knockout price.

I want an ordered a roast beef sandwich it came back with two slices I burned up flavors of meat with a piece of cheese between him and that was it it look like shoe leather the roast beef that had to be the most pathetic sandwich Ive ever had in my life I couldnt even eat it barely and every day theres soup is bean and Ham no ones buying it so you know that stuff probably about 10 days old Ive ordered a few other things from the air and wasnt impressed with none of it quantity was small and the quality there was no quality. I will not go back there again I recommend going to a different restaurant if youre in the mood for breakfast or anything to eat for that matter

It has been such a long time since a had a breakfast skillet, they were able to customize my order and gave me just what I was craving! The pancakes are like out of this world delicious! Everything is great, they treat you like they have known you forever, very good prices I definitely recommend and will be back soon.

This use to be known under another name. I believe truck stop. The breakfast has gotten me hooked. I eat there adleast 3 days a week for breakfast. The coffee is great also!!! Service is really nice, I like all the ladies!!!!

Waiting for Auto Train and decided to go into town to look for breakfast.Very much the local breakfast spot. Friendly staff, specials and good prices. I had the french toast ( came with powdered sugarand coffee.Will stop in on my return trip

Have eaten here since I was a boy with my Dad. Alot of things have changed but this place is a constant. Great food always and the service is second to none.

This was my first time here. The food was great and they had a wide variety of breakfast food ! Amazing !!! Corn beef hash. Biscuits and gravy.. hash browns. Bacon. Sausage. Eggs...the list goes on and on... everything youd want for breakfast and more.... sucks we live and hour and a half away !

Good breakfast. Wish it could have been 1st come, 1st serve. They let people sneak in the back door and pull up a chair to a table. They shouldnt seat you till your whole party is there. Otherwise a good experience.

I loved this place, even thought it was crowdwd, the service was fast and cordial. The food was great! Will highly recommend it.

Very nice friendly .. hometown restaurant with good food and atmosphere.Wife had french toast with turkey bacon and scrambled egg whiteI had a full order of French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon.Also had a chicken biscuit with cheese. The biscuit is homemade BIG and not heavy.

Amazing Food! Great environment. Staff was very great and aware of their clients needs. We went on a Sunday and it was very crowded. I cant give them a 5 start because they were short staffed and 1 person was doing most of the tables. While the lady in the front did the rest.

This is my first visit at this place. It is conveniently located on 1792 by next to Sanford. I have been in this area many many times and never noticed it but Im happy that I found it today. My wife is one of the pickiest eaters ever and she loved it. Everything was well-cooked, there were decent proportions, and a great price. Service was outstanding. They have kids meals at a great price. And plenty of parking space. I highly recommend this breakfast joint for its quality and quantity of food. Atmosphere is laid back and food comes out real fast. The service is always great!!! They know how to make eggs over medium (most places get it wrong). The prices are reasonable and you get fast friendly service every time. The parking is not the best but when you taste the food you forget about that.Highly recommend going there for breakfast.5-4-2018Today I am only giving 1 star because this was by far the worst they have ever been. My egg yolks were over cooked, my toast was burnt and not just a little burnt but it was BLACK. My order was to-go and the plastic forks are so small as if they were intended for a child. I am so dissatisfied with my experience today that if I was not already home I would not have paid for the order let alone bring it home for my hhsband.The boss/owner must not be there today because like I stated this was the worst they have ever been.I hope next time will be an improvement .

This is by far my favorite place to come and eat breakfast. I say breakfast cause I havent tried there lunch yet. I love coming here. Never had a bad experience the staff is awesome. The restroom is always clean and smells good. I always recommend my friends and family to this place. Outstanding service all the time. Prices are affordable.

Great local restaurant with good food. Happy with meals. I had eggs and hash browns and sausage gravy biscuit. The hash browns were just the way i like them. Crispy on the outside and soft on inside. Grandson loved the pancakes they looked fluffy. Service was fast and cordial. Recommend for good fast food at a reasonable prices.
