I went to S&S today for the American brunch and was very disappointed. We arrived at around 12:20 and most of the warm food was lukewarm or cold, many dishes were gone already and not refilled. The potato wedges were cold and looked very dry, same with coleslaw or whatever it was, dry and unappetizing. The croissants and bread were dry too. There was almost no sliced warm ham left, no pancakes (I managed to get the last one, dry and sweet and not tasty), the maple syrup was gone, not even a drop left, the bean dish was undercooked and beans were hard and dry inside. I can go on and on. It wasnt worth the money at all. It was the worst brunch Ive had in years.

Honestly, the staff was amazing. So kind and fun to talk to. The food however was lacking. It wasnt bad at all, it could just be better for the prices they charge. A bit stale nachos and average mains, however the atmosphere is what you go here for.

I had a dinner with a couple of friends in this restaurant, I would advice everyone to book a table in advance due to the high requests of clients. The place’s deco was very impressive. We had dinner on the 1st floor. The entrance was good and delicious. Two of us ordered the pork spareribs which were tasty and big servings were given to us. On the other hand our friends had a burger, not that appetizing - and pork T bone which was too dry for our taste. The staff was nice and friendly.

Went there for my birthday last year. I specifically asked before to be seated on the bar for happy hour and it didnt happen even after I told them I called and asked for it... Made my birthday a bit of a bummer to say the least

Ive been to Stars and Stripes 3 times because it was a group outing. I wouldnt choose to go there on my own. The food is extremely overpriced for the quality they deliver. I ate these on three different occasions:1. an Irish Whisky Burger - it was served lukewarm and dry, it wasnt very tasty - just a dry, lukewarm burger.2. spare ribs - were also served lukewarm (I hate lukewarm food, especially when dining outside), were hard, it was difficult to divide the bone from the meat, just meh,3. loaded fries - this was the worst dish I had there, very soggy fries, tasted like old fries warmed up in a microwave so that the cheese melts and they get warm, disgusting.I wouldve given 1 star but the Sundae they serve is really good.

The great thing was that all the staff spoke English. The food was okay but I have only been there once. They have a lovely garden though. I will definitely try it again

Fantastic experience on the terrace despite rainy weather! We spontaneously found this restaurant and came in for dinner. Spacious terrace allowed to accommodate us without previous reservation. And everything was top: super meet, burger, starters; lively ambience, and extraordinary great service! We got complimentary shots, warm blankets, and very friendly communication. Highly recommend for relaxed evening with decent food in a friendly atmosphere

The burger I had was good and had a great sauce. The fries were good too, perhaps a bit too salty for my taste. The waiter was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Fantastic Food and Service.

So many different options especially for snacking and for salads as well.. Had Cadillac nachos (with chicken stripes and melted cheese on a bed of nacho chipswas really good. Waitress was friendly and helpful.. Food came quick.. Wanted to try waffle with ice cream but didnt had enough to space left 😅

Food was ok but not extraordinary. Burger for 20 bucks came plain with just the buns and nothing more in it. BBQ sauce was charged extra to accompany the fries.

That evening there was propaganda for a new business mixed in....otherwise 5 stars

A corporate vibe and kitschy pastiche of American clichés passing as décor (Cowboys! Old Hollywood! Route 66! The Statue of liberty!undercut the pleasant (if slow and forgetfulstaff and lovely terrace.The food is oversauced and leans heavily on fryers, with nothing that would appear out of place on the menu of an Applebees or TGIFridays...excepting the bizarrely showcased ignorance of regional cuisine. Case in point: the only reason to call a burger topped with bleu cheese, pineapple and shrimps the "California Burger" is that the chef was high AF on Humboldt kush when he decided such a concoction was a good idea.

Too expensive for whats in your plate. We waited 50 minutes for one burger and a burrito. Paid 5,50 for about 14 fries it was ridiculous. Would rather pay a 15.- menu at mc Donalds.
