Starlite in Hagerstown

Starlight is a older place but still amazing. Food and workers are just amazing. Definitely a great place to hang out, relax, and play pool. They even have a place across the street so when they have pool leagues over flow so it wont be so crowded.

It was our first time visiting and we were so pleased with how nice everyone was.The bartender, Robert, was excellent. Never had to ask for anything once we plopped down att he bar and his sister cooked me a delicious burger with mushrooms and grilled onions and potatoe wedges. They had pool tables if you wanted to play.

Service is very friendly and they make sure the drinks never go empty. Limited space inside but also has an outdoor patio. Depending on day of the week there is pool league nights.

Best wings in town

Great hometown bar! Took my father in law here to play pool. He recently has had health problems. The patrons of the bar made him feel welcome. He played three games and left with a smile on his face.

Best place to eat in funkstown hands down! Their food is the best and their drinks are reasonably priced and you cant beat the locals they are always entertaining!

Starlite is an excellent bar whos patrons are mostly pool players and people looking to just come in, relax and have a good time. Great food with weekly specials on both food & alcohol. Two well-maintained pool tables. There is pool league most nights, but everyone is very friendly. Pool is free on Saturdays. There is also a free poker league on Mondays that you can play in each week or just play occasionally for fun. Overall, its a great place in historic funkstown.

Very friendly quaint atmosphere and family owned/operated. Certain nights have APA pool. Theres 2 pool tables, 1 jukebox, well kept and new heat/a.c.. Theres a fenced in back smoking patio with plenty of seating. Free parking, no cuts no colors, meaning not a biker or gang bar, just good people.

Great service, amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere!

This place is great if you play pool and know everyone there. I came in from out of town just wanting a beer, and the bartender was rude and there was no place to sit. They serve only Budweiser and Miller beers. People only go there to play pool with their friends. Im giving it 2 stars instead of one because Im clearly not the target audience. Also, the only other bar I saw nearby was a strip club, and this was preferable to me.
