The place is nice...employees are good but not so in the mood of receiving customers...anyway maybe they are better but they had a bad day or smth.The place itself is nice clean...and the decorations is really smth to be proud of.The outdoor area is amazing but again cuz of the location...many cars and noisy...if u r looking for calm place stay inside.The coffee was more than perfect.

It has a nice terrace indeed. But smoking is allowed there, and to go inside you must pass by the smoking area which is closed and smells very bad. Am giving three starts because of the location and the super friendly staff especially the managerBut the smoking policy need to be changed.

As a non smoker myself, I find it very frustrating to have to pass through a closed smoking area to enter the coffee shop.

Horrible horrible horrible, it used to be the best one in Jordan now I can say it’s the worst , I’ve been ordering the same thing for the past 3 years , today was the third time in 2 weeks I get the order wrongI ordered Matcha latte with coconut milk they replaced it with almond milk (not the first time they do this, sometimes they decide I want skimmed milk !! )I order it with vanilla syrup and again they decide I want sugar-free syrupLast week the food was cold and not edible, all the drinks were horrible (3 drinks)And they don’t pick up the phone !!!

Issue about needing to walk through smoking area to get to the main counter to order is still not fixed... also employees are resting and smoking at this smoking area.

‏This is a wonderful place where I can feel comfortable …and the staff in this branch are very professional and carefully selected ,especially Samer al Khatib and Qusai Masha. I like those guys very much because when I come to this branch I feel that we are one family..and they treat me tactfully and well received.

the place is spacious so it was easy to follow the safe distance measures in covid times. The staff are always friendly and kind. The drinks are the same international standards. It would just be perfect if they pay more attention to details such as tables that were used and havent been clean. Full garbage can between tables and one that i always have to try and get myself the cup handle for hot beverages. A great place always love to go there and a good studying environment.

I like Starbucks coffee. but this branch has the worst entrance ever. two smoking area, one of them totally closed and you must pass by it to get in the branch. yet, My order this time was take a way. basically i asked to cover my cups with closed covers (usually they use it with delivery ordersto avoid any drops but the employee reply was sorry i cant its only for delivery. the results as shown in photo

By far the friendliest branch in Amman. The outdoor seating area is also nice and cozy.

The drinks are amazing as usual but the air conditioning in the smoking area was to high my watch told me that it was less than 15 it was soo cold and no one does hel us to reduce the air conditioning

Staff and the manager specifically are so gentle and polite. I have been there for several times as a Talabat Driver not as a customer and every time the manager treats me in a professional manner. For this, I will buy my next coffees with an “S” from there and I will also buy the Starbucks mug. 👍🏻👍🏻

Its a lovely place, but I hate how staff is always shoving other offers in my face like adding breakfast or water when I say no repeatedly.

Good place, the staff is friendly and they know how to prepare Frappuccino unlike the Abdoon branch. There is a smoking area which you have to pass through before getting to the shop.

It was one of my favourite starbucks in Amman, I find it hard to find a branch that prepare my matcha latte with consistency. It always tastes different. When the lady and her team was working there, they gave the most consistent quality. I do not like the new team to be honest.

I like this branch, it’s quiet in the morning and cozy, it also makes use of the hotel’s huge parking. One complaint would be you have to go through the smoking area to get in.
