Nice cafe but some of the staff are very rude and disrespectful

Since I last posted my review I have notice Starbucks is temporary closed on West Ealing High street. I was informed the store will be refurbished and staff will be on training during this time. 👌🏽***Very disappointed, this is the third time someone got my order wrong. Please train the staff to pay attention as I repeated my order three because there’s a slight chance they will get my order wrong and what do you know! They do it wrong.
The girl i guess Pooja working solitarily was so incredible. She managed to give the drink faster with 3 other customers in the queue. Was so polite and welcoming with a good smile on her face. She made a perfect latte and toffee nut latte for us. Another guy with her was all in his mobile and book didn’t turn up to help her nor moved from the collection point. I felt really bad for his shameless behaviour.
I came in with 11 orders and they were very helpful, offered extra cup holders for my travel and were quick and kind
I ordered a cookies and cream frap, it was very nice staff were also very kind and polite believe their names were ankid and Sara. Overall very good experience
Not too knowledgeable service. Had my match latte with wrong milk. Shady people can come in any time and are not asked to leave making your stay uncomfortable.
I had a lovely oat latte. It was very nice. Glad to see a vegan option cookies.Covid-19 safety were respected too. ☕☕☕
A clean and spacious environment, with short service time and friendly staff.
Good customer service, beautiful environment and great coffee by barista...
The latte was Good, but I couldnt use the loo! So I stayed just for a bit. My table was dirty too! No pictures this time!
Long and thin venue, but the service and greetings were very welcome after a tough morning.
Nice place to chill for chat coffee meetings. Staff are very nice. Vinod and Nina and arya all are good friendly staff.
Very poor service. I brought a gift card not much choice of gift cards and after I paid asked if I can have a sleeve or an envelope to put the gift card in as its a birthday gift. They didnt have any and told me to go buy one from card factory.
Vile coffee - just got a blonde latte and it was disgusting. This is why I avoid these big chains such as Costa and starbucks. They are only acceptable when its a coffee emergency. There is an amazing independent 3 mins walk down the road call DOPPIO.
Nice staff, lovely manger. Also helpful and funny. Spacious and warm.
Cosy,friendly,lovely coffee,excellent wi fi.*x*
Every time I come in the morning the homeless person is there begging for cigarettes from customers not a way I would like to start my day. Staff try their best to get rid of him but are unsusssesful.
Good service and friendly staff. Only problem is too many beggars outside and some even enter Starbucks! *puke*
Met up with a friend and colleague where we ordered our coffees with no problem at all. Customer service was great. However we chose to sit down opposite a man who seemed to be asleep and minding his own business. 10 minutes into our coffees a barista or maybe a supervisor walks up to the man and very rudely asks him to leave the place. He looks up and closes his eyes again and she continued standing there crossing her hands and repeating he needs to leave right away. It was cold and raining (16/10/19), and the man was not a paying customer but that don’t give her the right to talk to him that way and want to throw him out of Starbucks. The man wasn’t threatening or rude or being disruptive to paying customers included me and my friend. Her respond when my friend told her he’s not doing anything to anyone why does she want him to leave was “he’s homeless”!! When asked to speak to her manager she said they are not in yet! In a world rife with mental health problems shouldn’t people go out of their way to be kinder? Have some humanity? Her behaviour was appalling it really shocked us! No customers complained and so she walked away seeing our reaction to her.If my friend didn’t speak up she would have not left that poor homeless man alone.
Put it this way it was better than Costa Coffee but that not hard to do in Ealing is it people
Always love going there. Staff always helpful whether I go for myself or do a coffee run for co-workers.
Nice place for a coffee or tea. Its pretty quite inside even though its just on the main road.
Very quiet and relaxing place i actually passed there every afternoon and never entered on that Starbucks before. It is great to have an afternoon coffe i would love to go there every afternoon, and spend some relaxing time there. 👌👌👌👌
It a nice local café with friendly staffs...
Good customer service began delights and plenty of comfortable place to sit
Staff are always lovely and service is always quick. Clean environment with plenty of seating and space!
Lovely place, great staff.
Very friendly staff, amazing place to have a coffee with you friends. Karolina made me the perfect Macha Tea xx
Very nice service , Karolina is very friendly and helpful. Lovely place, lovely coffee.
On some occasions I was able to go there to have a coffee and I came across a very young and beautiful working lady. I think that her name is Marlena is a sweet and very kind person.
I like the service very friendly team. The place is also cosy
Poor coffee, poor service staff do not look at you, the place is akways grubby and as for the dogs that seem to now be the norm!!
Very gd to relax and have a nice coffee nice music gd coffee
I was served immediately the staff were warm welcoming and most helpful. The bathrooms were clean and smelled really lovely as they are smart enough to have air conditioning and a nice fragrance automatically dispersed in there. The ambiance is lovely. Comfortable chairs and sofas, free WiFi. The beauty of Starbucks is they have the edge when it comes to customer service. This one feels like you are on the set of an episode from the sitcom ‘ Friends’. Beautiful layout.I had a lovely cafe Mocha and hot sandwich for breakfast. I loved it and will definitely be back it’s worth every penny. Thank you Starbucks West Ealing.
Love it as usuall great service great coffee always enjoy
Nice coffee and great service
Excellent! Professional friendly staff..keep up the good work.
Nice and spacious. A lot calmer then the other branches nearby. Great place to come read a book and get some work done
2 staff and struggling to cope with customers
Went for coffee in there wouldnt bother again staff very unhelpful when my friend had a query asked to see manager and he walked away and wouldnt speak to her
Great staff, drinks always made right to your specifics. The hot chocolate with oat milk and whipped cream is amazing.
Service very slow today. Saturday afternoon not the time to have 3 people out doing training.
Love this place great staff feel so chilled out here!
Great staff great coffee, nice place to get work done. Not busy unlike other ealing Starbucks
Love it, nice and friendly service, good coffee.
Really good cafe :)
Stellar service and exactly what youd expect from a new Starbucks. Comfy cosy and delicious. Although some of its customers can be a little unsavoury.
