love the scent..... love the coffee.... love the cakes... love the embience and view.... friendly staff.... I think, in this store mostly full seat, specially in outdoor area (smoking area)... recommended

the place is not too big and not too small, all the staff and waiterss is young and very friendly. When we buy some drinks, they will give you some quotes for motivate our day. Overall the food and beverages is good enough👍🏻

I ordered 2 coffees for me and my brother. We customized our coffees with our own preferences as I like mine a lil bit sweet and his tend to be bitter. But the customization was swapped and after I checked, the mistake was on the cashier guy. Not only that, he forgot to put the cookies I bought in the receipt so it was never printed.I don’t know but this “incident” kind of ruin my wonderful afternoon.

They provide both non smoking and smoking room. The smoking room is located outside the plaza building. The light was a bit darker as it is not on open space like other starbucks in tunjungan plaza.

It is a great coffee shop which have a nice view to see the round entrance of Sheraton Hotel with fountain.

Always good coffee and cookie here. I enjoyed the usual iced unsweetened black Americano coffee, and, a vegan cookie. Very nice, the sweetness of the cookie perfectly a plus to the coffee. Fast and friendly service

Nothing great about this place.No smile, no thanks, and the cashier isnt patient.Totally different with Pakuwon, GM, or Malang. I always got warm welcome from those places.

Decent Starbucks outlet. Medium sized place. Everything on menu is as usual, good coffee & tea, hot nor cold. Rather strict health protocol during this pandemic, you are allowed maskless only when not eating/drinking. Outdoor has better ambience, though a bit windy. Good hospitality.

Just an ordinary Starbucks, so i give it 5 stars.

The MAP Voucher could not be transferred into starbucks card any longer. This is so sad for me. Today, I tried the french vanilla latte on their Christmas themed drinks and tuna whole wheat panini and they didnt dissapoint me at all. The room was cozy, a little bit on the dark side (I dunno if they have that way or they are saving some electricity bills), the ambience was quite good. I still feel that they kinda overrated for their coffee and ambience, the price is too expensive for me. Overall, it was quite a good experience, but I would not recommend it to my friends and family...

Love Starbucks as always! It is wider and more spacious than any other Starbucks places in Tunjungan Plaza. The drink is good enough. The waitress is not friendly enough. There are indoor and outdoor room for smoking people. The aircon is too cold for me.

the place is very comfortable, quite crowded but very good because the place is clean and employees are diligent to clean the remaining dishes that are on the table. the choice of coffee menu is very varied and we can order according to our wishes or custom. there is a menu other than coffee and the price is quite in accordance with the taste. sufficient wifi facilities are available

The place is too crowded.. So for me its not suitable for you who want to find a quite place to reading a book.. However, this place still good if you want to chilling with your friends

Ok very cozy

Twice visited this place during my recent trip to Surabaya. As always, Starbucks maintains a very good standard place every where. And it also provides quite a number of power plug points in case you need work longer with your laptop. And as always, very friendly barista.
