Starbucks Reserve in Los Gatos

My favorite Starbucks. Nice and large layout. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, its a short drive from my house.

This Starbucks is just a regular Starbucks now because they removed the reserve drinks but kept reserve in the name.

It’s a Starbucks, same stuff as any other. But this large open space feels like the inside of a dead aquarium. I couldn’t wait to get my beverage and leave. Treacherous parking lot.

Elegant Starbucks with great customer service - we went out of our way to come here however because we thought it was a Starbucks Reserve, which it no longer is - the listing is out of date.

Its a nice place to grab a quick sandwich and coffee after a long drive.

Please bring back the Reserve! Love the staff here and the Reserve drinks. I always drove extra miles to come to this location for the specialty drinks, super friendly service, and the nice and clean shop to hang out. So sad to see it gone.

I am a Starbucks partner myself and let me just say I had to ask for my drink to be re made after I ordered a grande and was given a tall the man just poured it in a grande right in front of me along with my other drink not being made correctly again I didn’t even want to go back inside, the customer service was not it at all unfortunately

Starbucks killed reserve drinks. Please bring them back.. Staff is very helpful and nice

Every time I come to this location, my drinks are just not made well. I checked 5 of the other locations around me first and they were either closed or out of this drink, so I begrudgingly went to this one, hoping theyd gotten it together. I ordered a Stawberry Acai refresher, which turned out as basically a big glass of water with a tinge of strawberry flavor. So disappointed.

They didnt have cream cheese for my bagel and coffee stirers.

Starbucks killed the Reserve drinks and you can no longer purchase them at this location. This place should no longer be called Starbucks Reserve. On top of that we came there and they were out of the ability to get a regular Mocha, all completely sold out. Starbucks needs to bring back the Reserve brewing to this location.The staff has always been super helpful and kind at this location.

This is my go to Starbucks shop. This location is closest to my house. Nice store and has Reserve products as well! Recommend a visit!

This place has a lot of variety of coffee which cant be found at a regular Starbucks.

Branded as Starbucks Reserve but service was not on par with the brand. It feels like a regular starbucks. It is located in the high end neighborhood at Los Gatos, where Rolls Royce and Bentley show room on the side. Cons: slow service.....

waited for 30 minutes, never got my drink because they forgot to print my receipt? asked a barista about 20 minutes into my wait, she never checked or got back to me about the drink, simply ignored my request. i understand that rushes can be overwhelming, but i work in the food business and have never ignored someone’s request when they’ve been waiting for so long.

The best Starbucks I have been to so far -- wider selection of reserve single origin coffees and well trained and friendly baristas.

Doesn’t feel “Reserve”. I am a regular at Starbucks and tried at a few reserve locations. This is the first time I felt the coffee too watery and tasteless. I ordered 2 different drinks and both of them were similar. Hope it’s a one off - gonna try some other reserve location for now.

After coming to this location I never want to go to a regular Starbucks again. I never knew about the "Reserve" locations and was super pleased with the fact that my husband could get a decaf coffee in under 5 minutes (he always has to wait like 20 minutes for a pour over at the reg starbucks). Customer service was great and the service was fast.

Great Frappuccinos and snacks. Can get a little expensive but it is worth it.

Sooo this location’s staff is kind of rude and very inattentive. I love the Cupertino reserve location, but the Los Gatos one is usually rude. Even the patrons are an awkward strange type. Not friendly. Also, they don’t fill the drinks all the way!

Staff and barristas were all friendly and helpful. My order was ready in a reasonable amount of time. This was the wrong time of day to stop by as it was filled with over 20 young girls in the 8 to 11 age range, possibly from a nearby school, but all placing orders.

Exceptionally special coffee but this is my LAST CUP I CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE A SLAVE OF THE CAFFEINE..IM GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL LAST EXPERIENCE

A nice little step-up from the normal Starbucks. Has drinks that you wouldn’t find at your standard location.

Just look at the cup itself, how cute is that. The Nitro brew and the shakerato were on point and really smooth. Starbucks is really upping its Reserve game.

Ive always liked this starbucks. Very good staff. Theyre fast and polite.

Their distribution servicemen blocked me from leaving and had me waiting for over ten minutes after I told them I needed to get out. Instead of moving to where there was no one parked they kept unloading with complete disregard to a paying customer.

Great place in Los Gatos California very busy in the early morning lots of room to sit down with your computer and do your work and eat your breakfast with your expresso staff was friendly courteous and very concise and getting their order to you correctly and promptly

Usually this location is pretty good. They definitely missed the mark today. Simply couldnt get my order right despite telling them 2 times while it was being rung up.

This is one of the best Starbucks in the Bay area. Because it is reserve Starbucks. They have different menu then regular Starbucks. You cant order those items from online app. You have to come and order it manually. Try to.drink in the store. They will serve it with special cups and plates.

Not a fan of the Starbucks chain however I decided to stop by this location as its just down the street. I was surprised by this location. The reserve menu has a few good drinks to choose from. Staff was friendly and hey, they made my drink right! 😊

This is a fantastic Starbucks. Recently renovated with the Reserve assortment and atmosphere. Friendly service and always a vibrant crowd.

Awful service. For all its nice ambiance, its still a Starbucks. They seemed to have lots if staff and no line but service was very slow. It shouldnt take 15 min to make a cappuccino. And they should know how to make a cappuccino (hint: its not all milk).

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks. Its has such a calm aesthetic and the people are amazing. If you go there enough they not only remember your name but your drink order too. Their outside area is perfect for meetings or group projects and the renovation makes the place feel homey and chic.

I feel employees need additional training on how to give polite, and attentive service. I go there in the mornings and order 3 hot drinks and am never given a tray to carry always have to ask for one and stoppers.a thank you would also be nice or at least a smile.

Definitely one of the best Starbucks I ever been to great place to hang out with friends and try some new Starbucks drinks that they only have here

Very quaint and cozy. Standard Starbucks fare plus "reserve" offerings. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Parking can be an issue at times - small stalls and not enough for the whole center when busy.
