Greate coffe 😍
Okay
Great)
Tidy and clean . Very accessible.
Excellent food as Starbucks quality demands, great service
Nice workers
Their chocolate chip cookie gave me salmonella. 😊
Update: After a change to cheaper or worse Oatmilk, theyre losing three stars at once. The coffee simply tastes cheaper and more watery. Please bring back Oatly! Ill take my coffee at Joe where they use high quality oatmilk.Superb, simply superb! Its obvious that the baristas here now whats going on in both the machine and the coffee. Aftwr asking questions on if they could make a flat white on a strong ristretto, they explained the dofferences between their types of beans and which ones stronger in taste, but not caffeine. Super interesting to listen to and it was definitely an eye opener of the magic that goes on behind the "coffee scenes".Thanks for perfect service!
Ok cafe but a bit dirty and could use a fix up 👍
The door super noisy when someone go in or out and always dirty and the furniture need to be changed
Good coffee but it does get a little loud at times in the room, could do with some sound deadening!
A convenient coffee shop in the towncentre. Food was fresh. Coffee as one expect from Starbucks. Pay only toilet not great but it is part of the mall, not the Coffee shop.
Its a Starbucks, slightly expensive, but ok.
They are the best found my rucksack and kept it for me they serve a fab cappuccino
Nice café in the city centre where you can have a rest and enjoy a hot or cold beverage.
Welcoming and warm like always!
Easy acces for my job and open early that i can get my daily coffee
Coffee tastes good however its dirty inside. A lot of trash lying on floor. Nobody takes care of cleanliness. Disgusting.
Lovely ice tea and coffee. Prices are between medium to high, but Worth the price. Lovely atmosphere. Great service.
The service was normal. The server switched from Norwegian to English, which wasnt needed, but I guess they felt they were being helpful. The staff do not wear masks, and they certainly do not clean around. I see this repeating trend of people leaving their rubbish around cafes in Norway, and the staff stubbornly ignoring it until close time. I have to say, it makes me never want to visit these cafes again. This is not OK in "normal times", and it is certainly unacceptable in times of a global pandemic.
First meeting with Starbucks, must say pumpkin spice is quite nice🥰 lovely blokes working there😊
Central and pretty classic place, but unfortunately not the cleanest.
great place and very good service
Great service😊 Cozy
Great service! But location could be rearranged for better comfort.
Ok...
3 people at work in covid time is definitely not needed, one sitting on the bench with phone, two other talking together.... it doesnt look nice for the business!
Dirty and as usual overpriced
Overall great location. Quality of order depends on staff working at the time.
Customer service not the best
Normal Starbucks, a little dark, but friendly and helpful staff! If you dont like the drink they will replace it!
Good wifi
Its a Starbucks, its nothing out of the ordinary. I do like the dimmed lighting though, its nice and relaxing.
Helpful friendly team. Great location near park and main hotels and harbour
Comfy Starbucks, great service but not as many outlets as usual.
Cosy and calm chill out. Nice sunday afternoon with good coffee as usual in Starbucks
Employees were fighting among themselves didnt great a nice vibe
A problem to access the toilet. No signs and with credit card.Tables were dirty and with used cups of previous customers
Worst starbucks I have ever been. Matcha green tea latte was not up to standard. The place is not clean.
The coffee’s good, but the matcha latte tasted off. We have always ordered matcha latte everywhere we go, but for some reason the matcha latte tasted like it was diluted. For reference, we got a tall iced matcha latte with soymilk. The place is always crowded, and cleanliness could be improved. I ordered a grande iced cafe mocha and got this (see pic). No Starbucks signature cup seen. The door to their pantry was also wide open right in front of our seat, where we could see the trash (see pic). Honestly, they need to do better.
Not bad! 😊
Its okay, enough space and service is quick.
Nice place but they need more employees :waiting is too long.
Cozy little place. Good coffee and nice staff!
Very nice place with very friendly staff. Great coffes and espresso. Nice environment with a great vien of the harbor.
It’s okay coffee shop
Service good , coffee favor always same
Chill and pretty mellow. Empty at busy time of day. Great friendly customer service. Prices average for Norwegian standards. Definitely not in Seattle anymore 😅. Will probably come back in the future to study here
Thank you Starbucks and personally Ummad for perfect coffee!
I went to this Starbucks for a quick lunch. They did not have any chicken wraps left (and making one did not seem to be an optionso I went for a small ham and cheese bun. I also had an espresso and a cappuccino. The ham and cheese sandwich was pretty dry and it was not worth the 60 kroner. I was also a bit surprised and shocked when I saw the making of the coffee. The barista just pressed a button to produce the espresso! Where is the barista craftmanship in this? I was not that impressed with the coffee. The espresso lacked character but the cappuccino was ok. But if the coffee is just produced by pressing a button, you might as well have a coffee at home if you have a Nespresso machine. The Starbucks seems to have free wifi provided by the mall that it is in but this was not working when I had my lunch there.
