My place

Im staying in room 119 and theres horribly loud music till now(3 a.mfrom the club across the road as Im duly informed by the reception.Totally not able to rest yet having a meeting then a long drive.I wonder how this level of noise at night can be allowed in a residential neighborhood.

Starbucks is one among the best and big hotels in Eldoret and their charges are friendly. Services are due paramount with a qualified staffs with integrity. I hereby recommend it a million times to anyone,with family, friends or even solo. Visit and enjoy

Set in a serene and green environment, this is an awesome gateway plan. It has pretty neat and well aired rooms with all the necessary amenities befitting such kind of a hotel.Interacted with the staff on more occasions and they were courteous &friendly

Visited the place for swimming with family. Its very family friendly and has a play area for kids besides the swimming pool. The food was delicious and it has a serene landscaping. The location is a plus as well... such a beautiful place to be.

It has a fine dining space. I was there for an evening dinner. The hotel is strategically located, about 2 to 3 km from Eldoret CBD. They have nice buffet. The security too is tight.

Was a good stay. Preferred Delux rooms for a bit more space and comfort compared to a single room.Wish I knew the soft drinks I the room were free though 😁😁

Nice place to be. Have a spacious parking with access for wheelchairs. Restaurants available with warm welcoming staff, food prepared fresh from the kitchen with an option of take away. Was only there for supper so did not get a chance to look at the rooms.

The dinning room well fitted.The buffet breakfast was superb. Items offered very very fresh. The staff very Professional, Friendly and Courteous. Will recommend to Travelers neither To or from the Eldoret International Airport. The rates very friendly to the pocket. Keep it up. Dont ever lower the standards.

It offers bed and breakfast. It is by the highway so transport is no problem. The customer service is good. However I did not see value for money. The rooms are kind of small than I expected for a double room for instance. Breakfast was warm-cold, which is something that should be looked at.

I went to Starbuck hotel with my family to have a nice weekend lunch. Although I had been a previous guest when I was a member of their gym, I had never accessed their other amenities.The staff was very polite and professional, and the food was quite tasty.

I got a standard room. The bed was quite uncomfortable . The TV channels are numerous and diverse but the TV is really small. The shower was cold. The WiFi worked very well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was below average with cold food and dodgy tea. Would not go back.

Been around a few years now,modern business model hotel.Pleasant curved pool at the back.Spacious premises and close to the airport if one needs to avoid the jam in eldoret ,which does continue to decline.***Nice, quality affordable place. I loved their meals. With as low as $21 we had a meal for two plus two glasses of wine. I mean where else can one get such. Keep it up.

If youre in Eldoret and want a clean and under-crowded 25 metres long and 2.2 metres deep swimming pool this is the place to be, also id really recommend there pork. Garden beside the pool also makes it all the much better, totally lovely place.

Rooms are decent, but the 1st room we got lacked hot water. Rooms dont have fridges nor microwaves. If you come with food even special food for your children, they will NOT warm it for you. They even refused to provide enough ice for my childrens medication the following morning. Customer care is horrible from reception & management. Complaints made to managers are useless & they do not listen, instead they quarrel with you. The following morning breakfast is not worth it. Breakfast is mediocre with mislabeled foods & consists of main course type dishes rather than breakfast dishes. I will never go there again due to the lack of professionalism & bad service. Its a real shame considering the set up of the facility & the bell men & maintenance crew are very friendly & prompt. The disrespect shown to my pregnant wife & children is the what made it the worst experience!

Enjoy my stay thoroughly.Hot showers and crispy white bed linen.Rispa in the restaurant did an amazing with her service after they ran out of honey in the main restaurant.Great fresh meals too.Definitely a return to place.

It was a great experience. The customer service was also good and helpful, especially in times when there was a malfunction with the shower head. Room was good enough for a double. Spacious enough to even have a seat on the side. The breakfast was also tasty and good. I enjoyed my stay while here. The price for a double bed and breakfast is Kshs. 5,200
