Not enough staff, too many customers which is expected on a sunday morning yet they have no workers. I gave up and went next door. Managers need to improve rostering skills

Hopeless service. Super busy and they only have 2 people serving. After 20 mins a few more pop out of the office to help. Management must be lazy or useless. Not up to standard

Large Starbucks location with both indoor (two levelsand outdoor seating. One of the nice aspects of Starbucks while traveling, its a comfortable and convenient place to take a break. You know you will get a quality experience with good drinks and food. I collect one of the Starbucks coffee mug series as my way of marking my travels, my first stop is the Starbucks gear display to see if there is a local mug for this location. The second item I look for are any unique local food items and drinks. I found Starbucks here offering a traditional coconut cream bun which I hadnt seen before. It came out warm and was nicely baked with tasty coconut filling and crispy topping. I paired it with a standard hot coffee. Friendly and efficient staff.

It was first Starbucks i saw in Vietnam after being there for 4 days 🤣 worth it and view is also quite nice

With a good design and cool interior this location is a good break from the daily adventure. Most staff have a good command of English.

Average American chain coffee with outstanding view

It’s my 2nd time if not more that I receive an iced drink without a straw even though I clearly asked for it.I just don’t understand the logic of the employees in Starbucks Da Nang, don’t you think we’d need a simple straw to drink our iced drinks more comfortably?No attention to the customer requests!

Busy coffee shop, good taste of America coffee, prices are kinda high

The place is run down ! Crowded with model wannabe ,taking pictures all over your neck ,while you try to enjoy ! A coffee ! Your cup memorabilia is also poor ! Kindergarten pictures on the cups ! Sad!

Standard Starbucks and friendly staff. Exactly what you expect from a Starbucks. Please, please try and work with management to get rid of single-use plastics. Encourage customers to sit and drink from mugs instead of plastic. Please help try and transform people’s thinking about packaging.

Better than Starbucks stores in Saigon. All yellow woods and clean. Prime location and spacious. However, the staff’s attitude is so poor and not well-trained. I only love location, 0 star for the employees here.

It is worst place ever, staffs are not friendly at all. They won’t even allow children to make any sound. They want all guests to be quiet and won’t let guests to talk too loud.

To me, service was below standard than other Starbucks in other countries that I have experienced. Staff was not able to explain in English well enough. Drinks were good and the store was clean.

Casual as it is, no more or less. Staffs here are friendly and always want to upsale, there might be times this becomes disturbing. You gotta go to the hotel behind to find a restroom, you might want to note this also. Drinks taste like coffee to me.

Great views of the river. Able to get Wi-Fi for 2 hours with a purchase. 2 levels and an outdoor seating area. Plenty of outlets and places to sit.

I ordered first and had to wait for a long time while other customers came after me and got the service first. Wasnt able to connect to wifi. Very loud. The waiter who served me was unfriendly. Value isnt worth what you pay for.

The staff is the nicest and the menu is similar in quality and price to other starbucks. However it didnt have enough tables where you could have good views and it was crazy hot and humid inside.

Overall ok. Just wish they served Vietnamese style coffee here and extended wifi hours. They offer only one hour of wifi service so if you are planning on working here with your laptop, make sure that you have to purchase another item for another hour of wifi. Creditcard is accepted.

Drinks are fine, typical good-quality Starbucks Drinks you can find world-wide. Prices are high by Vietnamese Standards. Some drinks are still cheaper than you would buy in the states while the Frappuccinos cost the same. The cups and mugs you normally find at any Starbucks are mostly made in HCM city so I cant speak to their quality but they looked decent despite costing about the same as they would in America.Biggest issue I have is only 1 hour wi-fi with purchase. I bought a drink and 2 cups and was deeply annoyed at this constraint. I guess they dont want people to loiter but people should still have the option for more wifi access somehow.

Its not too bad, but limited 1 hour wifi and coffee is pricey... Highlands is cheaper and unlimited WiFi. However Starbucks does have a nice selection of snacks :)

Im a Starbucks fan 😂 The best coffee shop i always go and enjoy drink there. Should bring your tumbler, because Starbucks will discounts 10000vnd/drink 😊 At least we can Re-use your cup and get rewarded and protect our plannet haha

The service style is so weird, when I ask to change the cup size, the shop does not allow it, while the triple shot taste is just right for me in the venti cup with extra ice. I dont know they save the size plastic cup venti for what while I want to pay for that

Absolutely love this Starbucks! One of the best Starbucks in terms of ambience and atmosphere I have ever stepped foot in. Lots of natural light and open spaces. Amazing view of Bach Dang Street! Friendly staff, and the quality of this Starbucks is just excellent. + 5 starsOnly downside I find with Vietnams Starbucks is the WiFi code limits to an hour, which I find ridiculous since most Starbuckss around the world generally have unlimited fast WiFi. -1 Star here

Lovely experience. The staff greeted me when I walked through the door. They quickly prepared my order. I had brought some work with me and I found the Wi-Fi signal to be speedy and reliable. I could not connect on my phone though. There was also a young family that was playing cards, laughing, and genuinely enjoying each others company. That added to the ambiance.

Good quality strong coffee :). The store is spacious with good airconditioning. wifi and courteous/well trained english speaking baristas. Nice place to chill or work as it has a beautiful view of Han river.

Very nice place. When I walked in the Cafe. I feel like I am home because of the coffee smell that wake up all of my childhood memories in Gia Lai every morning that my dad prepare breakfast with coffee for everyone in the family. Good coffee. Nice staff. Air con equipped. Simple but Nice!

A really great Starbucks! Adorable staff, quite the selection of food and drinks, and yes, not everything might be there, but it’s the first in Da Nang, and the prices ain’t the same as they are in others either. The ham and cheese croissant is quite a lot cheaper than in Hà Noi for instance. Coffee is the same as in any other Starbucks, it’s open till late which is great, you can either sit in or outside, there’s aircon, you get a WiFi code with your purchase, there’s plugs to charge your phone or work on your laptop, and they won’t hesitate to help you out with promotional material without you having to ask for it. So yeah, definitely a nice place to chill.

It is very expensive but the drink is good.

Nice spot, good parking service and helpful staffs. However, the Starbucks theme is not typical nor localized. The WC is located inconveniently (outside of the store and shared with the whole other adjacent building). The price is quite high while the Wifi accessible session (for each drinkis limited (needless to say stingy). A side comment: the AC is tool cold to be bearable.

Noisy, crowded with crying children and lots of loud chinese. Not to mention that the place is not fully decorated, roof is still full of trash and things. Hate to say but wont be back for a long time.

A cozy place to enjoy the morning in Da Nang, or to take a break while city touring. The counter faces towards the exact east, it could be helpful and considerate to install dark glasses or opaque glass stickers both for the partners and customers. Some seats close to the wall offer plug outlets.

Unfortunately not up to par for Starbucks. As they are a new location, hopefully they will improve over time. The food is not as good as usual and they only have full fat, skim and soy. They have a very limited selection compared to the Starbucks in HCMC and Hanoi.

This place is awesome. I cannot describe how friendly and helpful are the staffs. I don’t know if it was because there’s a very few people on that day or the usually. I highly recommend this spot. The view is fantastic if you take the second floor, it faced the Han river. The temp is not too hot if you decided to take a nice cozy sit outside.
