A good number of seats and sofas in this starbucks 👍Great nuance in the shop, as Starbucks normally are.Last time i was here the food chiller were stacked with tasty looking stuff. Donuts, pies, rolls, all were so enticing.The table were quite stained, however, but i do not really care so much about that.All in all it was a great Starbucks shop.

Not crowded so its good for social distancing purpose.

Clean environment and efficient baristas👍👍Great place to chill here with family and friends. Less crowd here in Westlane Place. Love sitting on the high chair next to long tables by the windows especially on a sunlit morning🌞and just sip coffee. Chicken Teriyaki sandwich is my staple.

Not much seating place.Environment is ok for coffee, snack or having short discussion with mates.Staff were decent and friendly.Hey its Starbucks ok.

They ask for your name as usual in any starbucks outlet, but they never call out your name when your drink is ready....hahaha..after a while, I realise and walk to collect my drink.

Went to catch up with business meeting. Cozy place. parking bays available just right outside (please use TnG as theres no ticketing systemor you can park under the bridge but I dont recommend for single ladies though. Batistas did a good job at making my drinks fast and got my name right. The place is superb, tidy and inviting.

Is there any problem to the starbucks worker? Are they been training? What happen to their attitude I just want to redeem my coffee but he say cannot? Its that have any special issues? After that I order chocolate cream chip frappe I want extra whipping cream and without any topping syrup, he just didnt add whipping cream to me and just add chocolate syrup?????

One of the quietest and coziest Starbucks in town. Tucked in a corner, away from busting traffic, one can enjoy their drinks, have peaceful conversations and surf the Net in peace and comfort. Visiting the place at night is best as it is the quietest time.

Decent coffee, pastries taste like re-heated frozen fares and service can be slow during busy periods but staff do try. A positive is that its one of the less busier, slightly hidden branches with plenty of seating to catch up or work.

Spacious outlet in the heart of KL. However service is a bit slow despite not many customers. My drink was placed at the reserve counter without any notification and my friends drink was missed.

Typical Starbucks but with more countertop style sitting area which is great for doing some work - plenty of space for laptop, files, paper, etc. Not too crowded and quiet too.

This place is quiet and suitable for discussions unlike other Starbucks which is full of people.

You would need to observe carefully to find this Starbucks right inside the row of building, away from the main road. It has a nice setting for solo or group. Had a nice late breakfast of hot chocolate drink with a muffin.

This PJ outlet is downright terrible, its slow asf, orders are slow, they dropped my Limited Edition Tumbler, they spilt chocolate all over it, its downright terrible, thats all.

Theres one guy barista who did the best iced caramel macchiato Ive ever tasted. I requested for extra caramel drizzle and he did a great job. I can taste the caramel in every sip and its so delicious! I can never get that at my starbucks near my housing area (tmn equine branch), tried requesting the same twice but dissapointed.

The chair provided is not so cosy

Ive been here six times, and most times Im a bit disappointed with some aspects of service ~ either its a bit slow or the servers are shy to speak in English. There are limited seats outside, and the ambience inside is somewhat alright. The coffee and cakes are the same as other Starbucks branches. The lavatory is dirty.

Nice cosy corner lot shop for coffee.There are also light meals, hot and cold ones.The staff here are very friendly and accommodating.There is also a big option of mugs and tumblers on display for purchase.Use one of these purchased mugs and you get RM 2 off your drinks.During my visits, the toilets were clean and so was the surroundings.There is both private parking and also MBPJ parking in the vicinity. Or you can park at Wisma Thrifty and walk up.

It says open from 7:30, waited until 7:45 at the front door, nobody is coming in. Couldnt wait anymore and left. I cant possibly be waiting until your staff come in, take their own sweet time turning on the espresso machine and give me your first shot of espresso? Open from 7:30 means, your staff has to be in the restaurant before that, get all the preparation done and start business by 7:30!

Nice location for a Starbucks. Tucked away in a newly refurbished building. Pretty quiet, and good for meetups and studying.
