Starbucks @Uptown in Petaling Jaya

Ambience is OK, not too crowded but I guess it depends on the timing. Ordered Iced Toffee Nut Latte but quality is 👎 The ice cubes melt when I got my drinks. Really frustrated. Slow service too.

Overall good. Staff is sooo friendly.

Is a good place for a coffee or dining in. But the parking here is terrible. Very hard to locate a parking space....

A bit too loud the customers here, like pasar. Some more their music also loud.

Only 1 person is making the drinks at peak hour and he looks exhausted (about ~8 customers waiting, total waiting time 19 mins)

I came on 27june2021, 12pm. That time is MCO with SOP, I want to praise the 3 staff (1 guy and 2 ladiesfor their professionalism and patience. Because come a really demanding and rude aunty customer who trying to find fault in everything they do. But they handle with patience. Starbucks really need give this 3 staff some recognition and even payraise. Especially the Malay lady staff

It’s good choice to have coffee here while doing work with laptop. It’s such a nice place to hang out with friends too. The disadvantage is the place has always been crowded at night and limited parking space.

Bad attitude from an Indian female staff. And the cafe latte was so plain with only taste of steamed milk. Worst experience from a Starbucks outlet. Not going back

I like going Starbucks. This outlets ppl service very very very very bad. Place also never clean. This is the Starbucks outlets I have been going is the bads. Never go to this outlets again.

One of the two only Starbucks around Damansara Uptown.It is unique due to having a dedicated smoking room for customers only.The music are usually a good match for patrons working on the laptop or having a discussion.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the baristas are mostly friendly. They do follow the SOP properly. I like to go here to have a good chat with friends.

I usually order Asian Dolce Latte at every Starbucks outlet for a fair comparison of each outlet. This branchs Asian Dolce Latte is so much better than the rest. Its thick, rich and smooth, like how it should be. Good job to the barista.

Customer service here is fine. But i would like to stress that all staff should have their masks on when attending to customers and/or preparing food/drinks.I came here several times during the lockdown for takeaway coffee and i noticed yes few of them do have their masks on (thumbs upbut some do not have one. Some, just have their masks hanging on their chin. Why??I mean, during this sensitive period, they should be more cautious especially since they are handling f&b. At times like this customers dont feel all that comfortable to see staff talking and preparing our drinks without a mask on.

This one was at Uptown... certain food not available for dat day, mgtmt shld put a red sticker on it immediately for whatever is d reason since u were eyeing dat when u walk in...quite a let down. This place is for some sort of peace n quiet but another let down 4me was dat a mere 2feet away an interview session was going on where i can hear every word both in Chinese n English...my guess wld b not d fault of Starbuck n its mgtmt but these 2 people shld at least showed a most basic courtesy n respect to fellow patrons by taking it 2d patio which is more private but i make another guess dey want d comfort of AC.....

Pros:1. Nice location2. Cozy interior design3. Drinks well ✋ craft and food was nicely heated.Cons :1. Parking spot extremely hard to find2. Quite cold in the inside store if u stand directly to the aircond space3. Single people who accommodate the corner space to do work makes other cant occupy the seat.

Syazali is a very hardworking and responsible staff. He is friendly and patient. Also go extra mile to explain to us the different of size and price proactively. Which I didnt see that in other store. He made my days. Good work, keep up 👍👍😊😁

Starbucks near to OCBC in uptown damansara is a cozy place with nice ambience. It’s good choice to have coffee here while doing work with laptop. It’s such a nice place to hang out with friends too. The disadvantage is the place has always been crowded at night and limited parking space. Suggest to park at uptown 7 and walk to Starbucks around 5 mins walking distance.

Starbucks which is located in front of OCBC Bank and adjacent to the local watering hole of Three Stooges in Uptown has always been a cozy comfortable place with very good ambience and nice scenery.Starbucks is a chain of mainly serving coffee joints for the most discerning customers who likes to drink specialty coffee.Starbucks serves excellent selections of coffee beans for their coffee. I go for basically cappuccino, tea latte and their black coffee.The place is indeed comfortably cool and cozy. It is a trendy place with trendy people from young, middle aged to the senior generation. They are discerning and special coffee drinkers whose tolerance for a perfect coffee tastes and aroma is absolutely unique and non negotiable.You can bring in you laptops and sit in Starbucks without being interrupted while enjoying your favourite coffee beverage. There is always their speciality doughnut for those who would like a sweet tasty bite. The curry puffs are superb . They served an array of hot and cold combination of coffee with several flavours - my choice being vanilla.Starbucks prices are for deep pockets and they have a very very strong and very visible Brand. It is an international known coffee place depicting a special international life styles and caters for the trendy, the conservative and the discerning coffee drinkers.The place and even the toilets is clean.The service is unmatched and they are the same everywhere when you enter a Starbucks joint. There is a bigger Starbucks at the ground floor of Starling Mal not very far from here.. only a 10 minutes walk.A place to go for discerning coffee drinkers. Ambience is good, music not too loud, staff are friendly. The price is expected from a franchise. Theres plugs on the floor, to the side most tables, except the round ones in the middle. Theres even plugs at the long square table - to charge electronics.

The bun so ugly and taste no good. First time experience Starbucks served not presentable food to customer.

Nice corner coffee place to chill instead of meeting formally in the office. The place is not too crowded and with natural light from its large windows. Seating with smoking and non-smoking area. Staff are friendly. There is a OKU car park lot just in front of the shop.

Nice spot to chill but no comfy lounge chairs. Coffee tastes more bitter than normal for Starbucks.

Came at 9.02am this morning. The door was locked despite the opening time at 9am. The man at the counter saw me in front of the door but didnt bother to open the door and pretended that he didnt see me. I had to knock the glass door repeatedly before they decided to open the door. The lady opened the door with sour face and said they not ready when I asked whether I can get coffee. They took my order nevertheless at 9.03 and I left the place with my coffee at 9.06. They only took 3 mins despite saying they were not ready. This is my first unfriendly Starbucks experience.

Been here several times, not much to say really - the staff are all pretty friendly and their service is fantastic. Food and drinks are the standard good quality. Dont mind hanging out here again.
