Starbucks @Subang Parade in Subang Jaya

Coffee and food, ok as a usual. The muffins are not fresh. They warm it up but definitely not fresh. Service average. Ambience isn’t great. For a start, it’s just too warm even on a rainy day.Longe seating is limited. The small tables and wooden chairs are ok to sit on for 30-45 mins. Intentionally designed that way, methinks.

Good customer service. Accept e wallet on top of starbucks card and app payments - same as starbucks nationwide. Smaller sized outlet with alfresco kinda feel except you are not outdoors, just a really high roof

Friendly staff and very very cozy place

This outlet is too small with limited tables. Staffs are really friendly. A lovely girl named Dayana served me. She was really lovely. The Frappucino she made was one of the best I ever had.

Nice place to chill but the tables are limited here. Theres not much space between the tables and the counter so if its crowded it can get pretty uncomfortable. Since its right next to the railing and in an open area, its not an ideal place if you want a quiet place to read or work. Staff is efficient and serves promptly.As it is located on the first floor, you need to ride the lift or escalator. Unfortunately since Subang Parade management doesnt bother to fix the elevators and escalators, its inconvenient for patrons to visit the upper floors, this Starbucks outlet included. The space here is also very cramped, not wheelchair friendly at all.

I asked caramel macchiato with oat milk, but instead they gave me regular milk. Please be aware next time.

Having coffee break for a while here.. Resting before continue shopping.Bit confusion at counter with the problematic payment machine. However the staff very helpful. Appreciate it.Staff very friendly.

Peaceful and comfy starbucks outlet for me to enjoy the drinks while troubleshooting the laptop , the staff is friendly and helpful .

Corridor-space-turned-Starbucks. Can get very noisy because the design of the mall itself is very open, not so conducive for work or study but alright for a chat. Other outlets usually have music in the background but this one, if you’re lucky, a spontaneous remix of children screaming sounds and general chatter. Seats are quite close to one another so not so much conversational privacy.Also, because of the structural design of the mall itself, at some point it was actually quite hot and humid.Other than the design and layout of the store, it is not inferior to other outlets - drinks are of normal standards and staff are reasonably pleasant.

This outlet is small yet unique. Open space concept with mixed design for seatings. It is airy and you can enjoy hanging out looking over the shop lots around.

Well its Starbucks !!! The usual fare of food and beverages, the usual ambiance..4 stars !! .. however in this outlet the standard of service needs to be improved ..and the workers make so much noise amongst themselves as if its their personal kampung... as a patron their noise is very intrusive ! Being a happy bunch is very differenr from being a loud intrusive bunch.

Carefully hand roasted beans on drip coffee of the week. Went surprisingly well with the bagel.A good place to catch up on conversation with good friends, new and old over some coffee and perhaps something light.

Good times with decent coffee here with friends and family. The barristas here are quick on their feet preparing the beverages.

Like to chill here because not many people during weekdays and weekends too. Yeah, drinks here expensive but I used to order black iced coffee that is the cheapest range and I can spend half a day, doing my works and charging my devices...staffs here are friendly, no bossy 👍

Nice place and nice environment. The staff all very friendly and polite. Normally i like ice cream. The food all very tasty. Great service. The main think is ice cream very sweet. The food all very tasty like any other starbucks.

Cool place to chill and read. Not a lot of people and the mall is quite empty on weekdays. Even weekend isnt that busy.

A bit narrow for in-store spaces, but the extended coffee tables are plenty but occasionally occupied by non-customers in the weekends

Indifferent staff

Why are they not enfocing the "No Smoking" policy here?!Pretty upset that there were a few people (not even customerssitting and smoking under the no-smoking sign.
