3872 Burbank Rd, Wooster, OH 44691, United States, Wooster
Seattle-based coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts, light bites and WiFi availability.
They are absolutely a great group! They are so kind and willing to help in anyway!!!
a worker was really rude, i believe her name is kat, i could not see her name clearly, i was asking about the snowman cookies and she said that “they aren’t worth it” also her and the other baristas were all giving me dirty looks and i could see them glancing at each other then talking into their headsets. overall terrible environment and i couldn’t wait to get out. felt like high school all over again. it was a really upsetting environment
Parking lot ruins the entire experience because you can’t get through. Needs a second exit. Terrible experience every time just for that
Storefront was very clean staff was attentive and pleasant. Copy did take a little while though and seemed like one girl was only running the line by herself.
Employees are very nice and coffee is great
Consistently good coffee and friendly service, but the drive through can take forever sometimes.
Usually pretty fast service. Staff is also kindWe had an issue with our order and I feel they (and Jude, the manager at the timewent above and beyond to fix it. I was really impressed at their compassion, even during a pretty busy time!
Popular location, but they are efficient & the line goes QUICK!!
There is nothing wrong with the staff or product but the time it take to get an order is 45 minutes on a busy time. The parking lot/drive thru line can barely maneuver. This is a bad experience.
Did a mobile order, time for pickup was 8:50 am. It was 915 before picking up my drink. Nothing like sitting in Starbucks for 25 mins on a drink you ordered over 40 mins ago. Insane
I avoid this Starbucks. Ive had numerous bad experiences from not being open, to messing up my order, to waiting in line for 46 minutes before I got to place my order, and and staff being rude. You are better off going to any other coffee shop in the area if youre in Wooster.
A great Starbucks but sadly they’re always out of the strawberry refresher they had it for two todays then ran out of it’s the most popular they should order extra
I sat in line for about 15 minutes before I decided to just go elsewhere. Drive thru was moving about one car every ten minutes or so. I was about 8 cars back and I didnt have 90 minutes to wait for a coffee.
It’s busy but always adequately staffed. Always a line but it moves. Inside is faster but like most Starbucks focused on the drive thru, with good reason.
Everyone here is polite and helpful! I hate the new refreshers though please please bring back the berry hibiscus!
My Daughter and I went through the drive-thru and she got an Expresso. They gave her the one she did not ask for and charged her for the more expensive one. The Woman who took the order failed to tell her they were out of the other one when she took her order and she didnt seem to care. Get a different job if you cant even get a coffee order right and tell the customer you are out of something. ☹️
This store was very clean and the employees were awesome they greeted me and they also were very efficient
The line is ALWAYS extremely long, which for them, is a good thing:Unfortunately, it blocks other cars from entering or exiting plaza, which is obviously frustrating and causes lots of bad vibes. Last but not least, once you reach the window, there is a good possibility they are out of whatever you are ordering. I get the pink drink, which seems to be a frequent item they run out of or the components to make it. Its almost not worth the trip or money. On a side note, the staff is always very polite.
Visited this location on 4/12 and Rhea made me an excellent iced mocha. I’ve been going to Starbucks for at least 15 years and it was one of the best I have ever had. She was very polite also!
Ordered our drinks paid, waited shortly for them. (which is good because the drive through is like ALWAYS wrapped around the building! Its good stuff so I can see why). The staff was courteous, welcomed us, and say goodbye. Super sweethearts.
Hours are inconsistent, also have a sign at the drive thru saying cafe is open when it is not…generally love Starbucks but this location is unreliable. Make sure you call first!!
They were all very polite and smiles on their faces. The service was slow but they were SLAMMED and I worked in McDonalds management for 10 years so I know that can be rough. Good work!
They are always packed and Im not a fan of the location (its crammed into too small of a space and its hard to manage to get through the parking lot). I go there when I have gift cards given to me but I honestly prefer Dunkin Donuts if Im spending my own $$, because their prices are much more reasonable, I personally like their selection better, and their location is much easier to get in and out of. But the staff at Starbucks is great and if $$ isnt an issue and you love their products then youll love this Starbucks. Just be prepared if you have a large vehicle that its not easy to get in and out of when busy (and Ive never been there when its NOT busy).
Good service and good coffee. Only gripe would be the parking lot is very small so if you park you will have to wait a bit to get out because the line for the drive through goes into the parking lot. Overall decent location.
Tried to go through the drive thru and there were employees that came outside and told us the drive thru was closed as well as the inside dining. Even though their hours say theyre supposed to be open late..? They gave us no explanation or anything.
The line is regularly wrapped around the building and has extremely slow service. The coffee is subpar compared to others in wooster. It is the only drive-thru coffee on the north end, which sucks! Id rather get my coffee from some dude on the street than wait in line for sugar milk with a shot of espresso thrown in. On a plus note workers are usually competent and friendly.
hey here’s something you should do: update your freaking hours if you’re gonna close at 9 instead of 11 like your page says. then expect people to be all happy and cheery when you passive aggressively tell them to leave after taking their order. that’s not the way buddy.
Great coffee! Great variety! Staff is always friendly, helpful and look like theyre working hard. Love using the app to order ahead. There is a traffic flow problem. Long line prevents exiting the parking lot. If you park to go in, the line from the drive thru prevents you from pulling out and exiting. I would go more often if it were easier to get in and out of the parking lot.
This Starbucks has always been good to me and I have always had friendly service. However, my 3 star review is towards the ridiculous drive thru traffic. I know the in house workers have no control but I wish they moved this Starbucks to a bigger building with a bigger parking lot thats organized and not so tight.
I am trying to go KETO. My daughter wanted Starbucks as her friend had given her a giftcard. So she got an "apple crisp caramel" something and I thought God no, that will surely throw me out of Ketosis 😱.So I explained to her my situation and asked if they make me a drink that was low carb, no sugar and had fat!!!!And they did! And it was pretty good!!!I had a small coffee with a shot of expresso and heavy cream!!!
I study here a lot since I go to college nearby and the staff here is so kind and welcoming. They always ask me if I need anything while Im studying and check-in on customers that are sitting inside for a while. And the drinks are great but thats a given. Best Starbucks Ive ever been to!
The place is always packed but always worth it.. I normally go inside to get my order to go. The employees although under pressure smile and still give you a nice experience. They are all moving and working hard to get orders out.. my coffee is always just what I wanted!!!!
Waiting in line for about 30 min for just a trenta refresher. Then as I placed my order and driven forward to continue waiting in line, the person behind me placing there order must of been friends with the barista, cause they were having a full blown conversation. If I was focused on one thing, it would be making coffee and not having a conversation with a friend. Sep 2 2021 at 1010pm
We waited 25 min for 2 cups of coffee. After getting the coffee it tasted like water. Biggest joke of my life. Never going back to this Starbucks.
I love the employees at this location! Ive never had a bad experience with the staff. Sometimes there can be lengthy wait times in line at the drive thru, but they do their best.
The white chocolate mocha was delicious! The best time to avoid a long line is being there early in the morning, especially during work week.
Brandi did an excellent job at serving us. She was extra helpful with food allergy items. Brandi represents your business very well in the way she was passionate about helping us with our coffee choices. Thank you!
I love this one! I have always had great food and even better drinks from this restaurant. They have always served me happily and as fast as possible. No wonder theyre so busy! Drinks are easily customizable and I personally live for their cheese danishes!
This is a particularly good Starbucks, as the baristas are very cute! (As proven by the photo.
Things have gotten better since my last review. My drinks are made correctly, the store is clean and neat, and the baristas are really nice. They also seem genuinely nice, and I love that they see my dog and ask if she can have a pup cup.
Friendly, caring, and helpful baristas! Wooster Starbucks is the best! This is a very busy store at rush so sometimes there is a wait, but the drinks are excellent and always worth it-- I love their cold brew! Take time to ask the baristas questions about their favorite drinks and get to know them, they are really thoughtful and unique. If youre heading in the store, make sure to wear a mask.
I am from Seattle and very found of Starbucks. This store however has wasted many of my mornings. I understand they are having staffing issues. What I dont understand is why they cant update the app, or at the very least the sign on the door. I dont live around the corner and it takes 30+ minutes of time and gas. I went this morning and no one was even there at 5:15 am, they were suppose to be open at 4:30 AM. A time right before they hired someone new, they decided to open 30 minutes after the posted time. Again, a simple sign update goes a long way, instead of staring out your windows wondering why people are agitated and treated us like we are the problem.
This team had a BOGO Happy Hour the day after Christmas (one of the busiest days for retailand they had customers yelling and cussing at them but they did a great job. They got drinks out as fast as possible with how many orders they had piled up. There were at least 65+ drinks consistently so it took a long time but they were open and honest about that and kind the whole time.
I love this Starbucks! The staff are always super friendly! The one time my drink was wrong I let them know and they immediately replaced it and gave me a gift card for $4 off of my next drink. Could you ask for a better response than that?
There was MOLD on the display food and no less than a dozen flies in the case when I went there the other day, and the employees, including the shift manager, seemed entirely unconcerned. I’ve been there a lot and the drinks are good, employees are friendly, but I’ve waited THIRTY minutes for a drink before.Only use the drive through if no one if there or if you have 20 mins to kill. Now that I know how little they care about about health code I may just stick to Sure House whenever possible.
Ive had good experiences and meh experiences at this one, which happens in a very high-traffic Starbucks: sometimes they have the time to engage with you as a customer, other times you have fifty drinks to make and have to focus on getting as many made as fast as possible. The parking situation here is miserable however - very tight with little room to maneuver.
This store is kept clean and has good drinks, but it is ALWAYS busy. I came at 3 PM on a week day and waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for two drinks. This happens almost every time I am here, along with the tiny parking lot and dysfunctional drive through, I avoid this Starbucks at all cost and would not reccomend it to anyone
Typical Starbucks. There is a drive-thru which is fantastic!! Not entirely busy when I went through today, but it was slower than normal. No big deal. Sometimes I’m a little slower than normal as well. I purchased day grande caramel macchiato which was hot and tasty. The drive-through cashier was friendly.
This Starbucks has one of the worst setups I have seen for a drive thru. It is normally busy so the line will be very long, but not only will the line leave the drive thru. It also will wrap around the parking lot and will block you in if you decide to park and go inside at peak hours. They are working with limited space and they tend to keep the line moving so usually you arent stuck too long.
It may take a little while sometimes but the drinks are always consistently yummy. Im always very grateful for the staffs help and patience as I stumble my way through a car full of special drink orders!
