Starbucks in Euless

I don’t drink much coffee but I have been coming to this location since they opened. It’s 5 minutes from my house so it’s convenient, lately their customer service is hit miss. Some of the employees aren’t friendly and multiple times my order has been wrong. Today I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte and I got black coffee.

Went to the drive thru. The last latte was really short. It had a lot of foam so it wasnt worth money I spent.

This location always gets my order right and Heidi in the drive through is so helpful and awesome. She’s always very nice and offers great drink suggestions if you’re unsure what to get or if they’re out of something. Highly suggest this Starbucks.

Ordered a venti received a grande with a venti sticker on it. Poured into a 16 oz mug and there’s nothing left over.

Logging in from my spam email so pardon the name this is posting under, but I just had to write a review.This Starbucks is literally THE BEST, everything is always spot on, the line is always moving and the people are always super sweet! I go here usually like four days out of the week for our office right around the corner and Heidi is always working the window when I do. Her service is fantastic and she can put a smile on anyones face!Everyone at this location really deserves round of applause though, you all do amazing and make both mine and my teams day! :)

Dissapointed isn’t even the right word to descried this. Waited 20 mins on a medium lemonada.

They tend to be a little slow and arent always stocked how they should be. But out of all the locations in Glade Parks, I would frequent this one the most. I have yet to have a wrong order here.

Most of my experiences here have been great, they have never gotten my order wrong and always are kind. The drive thru moves pretty fast and the inside is very clean. I have had some issues with mobile orders in the past but it was always handled graciously. Definitely recommend this Starbucks as they are speedy and accurate

Super Rude people who take drive through orders

Bad costumer service specially drive through I’ve come to this location for years never had a bad experience from a condescending adolescence trying to have a rude bad costumer experience she didn’t even say thank you and so rude and little bratt I do not recommend this Starbucks at all completely unsatisfied with their service , will not come back ever again and will tell family members and friends not to come

I love coming here on my lunch breaks! This Starbucks is always so friendly and clean. Heidi is a rockstar! She always brings a smile to our faces!

I was very disappointed that my coffee was not even hot it was look warm and they never apologized or explained to me.Not a good place to go and spend your money.

Went to get a breakfast sandwich a couple of weeks ago around noon and was told they did not have any because they were closed the previous week. I guess they make the sandwich days in advanced and are not fresh here.

This one is ‘temporarily closed’. The least they could do is put a sign on the screen where you order in drive thru.

Took 15 minutes to make 2 grande drinks because they were chatting behind register. They also took a while on the cars before mine as well.

Got this drink and it was amazing!

I fully understand that this store gets busy, however still upset that instead of the cold drink I ordered, I got the hot drink version of it instead. With the seasonal drink being new this week I understand some workers might not know which is which yet, but still disappointed to see I waited long for the wrong drink. Tastes great though, thank you. Just a little more awareness on the drink type. Giving 4 stars though because idk what this drink is but it tastes good.

They don’t make an correct order I repeated my order twice and when I got the order i realized it’s not how it supposed to look so I repeated my order one more time and she said yes and ITS NOT 😃

Went through drive thru. Not very busy today. Ordered 2 vente drinks. No straws...ordered blueberry oatmeal. Got plain oatmeal. Spent $20. No reason except poor customer service. Will not return.......

This is the worst Starbucks!! The line is soooo long and the wait is just unexceptionable. And when you finally get to order its STILL WRONG! Please so waste your time go down the street to Glade. Way better service !! Yeah

The worst Starbucks Ive been to. The bad part is the speed of service is horrible. The line is backed up to the street but then they have great customer service. Maybe its management. Need someone who can run this Starbucks better to gain more customers

I would die for these Starbucks employees. They’re always so nice and the drive through is super efficient. :)

We just came from this location, they got our entire order wrong and wouldnt pick up the store phone when we tried to call and have it corrected. The barista also dropped one of the (wrongdrinks she gave us and STILL handed us the drinks even though we saw her do it! The guy at the actual register wasnt very helpful either, he kept asking what our order was over and over again just to get it wrong.

The staff is friendly. Longer wait than expected today but they always apologize for the delay.

They ran out of whip cream, Labor Day weekend. I had to skip buying my favorite beverage. The staff is always very nice.

When I arrived to the order screen I could not find what I was looking for, however, the gentleman taking my order understood exactly what I wanted and fulfilled my order! It was awesome! These guys are good at what they do.

VERY SLOW service. Place is new and beautiful but even people who had ordered ahead for pickup had to wait awhile for their coffee. Food ordered was still good, but very disappointed with service.

I love this new coffee shop, inside is large and spacious and great place to hang out and chat or get work done without feeling cramped.

Magnificently upscale decor and excellent service now makes this location my new favorite Starbucks. This is one cool place.
