Ordered two lattes to go this morning, went outside to enjoy. Horrible after taste, thought it was just mine, my wife commented how bad the coffee was this morning. Return both to staff and explained that both were undrinkable. No response, so just left. Some training definitely needed here. Went to McD, at least the coffee was drinkable and a fraction of the cost. Will not be returning.

I was on holiday in Dungarvan last week and this was by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to , the staff there are so nice and the coffee was delicious ! Highly recommended!

Went in to Starbucks with my daughter, asked for two caramel frappes, ones no coffee. I’ve very bad sight in one of my eyes and had left my glasses in the car. When I came back from the bathroom the two frappes were on the counter. I was looking on the labels to see was there an indicator as to which was which. I couldn’t tell so I asked the staff which one had the coffee in it, to which one replied in the most sarcastic tone “The one that’s brown I suppose” I genuinely didn’t even reply. I didn’t acknowledge his rudeness and as I walked away the other male and female behind the counter laughed. Never again will I step foot in there and il be telling friends and family the same!

Lovely staff that are typically very friendly. Drinks are quite overpriced and depending on whos made them, usually arent worth the price.

Not sure if we visited on a bad day.. but they took ages to serve our order and it didnt all come together and I ordered the raspberry and almond scone to go with my americano and it was stale and they literally just plonked it in a paper bag with no butter or knife or anything. I had to go back up to the counter like three times to remind them of different parts of my order. For the price you pay at Starbucks I expected fresher products and friendlier staff.

A typical Starbucks, nothing exceptional here. No sign of bathroom here, but the adjoining Shopping Center has one.

My peach ice tea wasnt great this time.I bought few mugs, was not given a bag so had to kick the door open. Riddiculous!

Love Starbucks, Dungarvan. Coffee is delicious, service great & ambiance super. Sitting at the large window you can watch the rest of the world go by! Took my mum for her Christmas cuppa & geting "foam" on the side was not a problem. Staff couldnt be more helpful 😊☕

To be honest, Starbucks has very high standard in Taiwan so I was expecting more when I visit my first Starbucks in Ireland Dungarvan. However, I ordered the flat white with soy milk but they made it wrong~ coffee wasnt up to standard taste burned. Well... So cant help to felt bit disappointed. I will try again, hope next time they will change my opinion.

Probably the worst Americano I have ever drank. Could even get a weird smell from it before even trying to drink it. Complained about it but was basically ignored. Ate my overpriced sandwich and left the "coffee". Am now having a proper Americano in Cass & Co. Never again.

Its Starbucks and you know what to expect but here you can always get a seat and the staff very fantastic. You can watch the world go by as it looks out onto a little plaza. And if you need to work or search for work very calling atmosphere. Embodies the modern Ireland well and as a female you are not pestered by anyone. You have a safe place here.

A place for pseudo fashionistas and the young. I am neither. If you want to pay through the nose for fashionable froth with a mispelled version of your name on it, this is the place for you.

Its a Starbucks so you should know what to expect. It has some of the dearest coffee in town, and they tend to upsell a lot. The coffee to be honest isnt great. On the positive side the staff are pleasent, the cafe is spacious and the WiFi is good. They also open later than most of the other local coffee shops.

Did not know how to make coffee ordered. Staff were rude and arrogant.

Staff are not properly trained at all . They rather talking to each other than having opened ears and listen to the customer. Have been there several times floor is always dirty . Shame on Starbucks that they hve given their respected brand to such a careless owner who lets happening all these . 4 out of 5 times i did not get the order properly as i have asked for it .
