One of the worst locations Ive been to. Over 20 minutes to get a latte. Happened multiple times. Dont go to this location.
This location is always busy. It has drive through as well, and its one of the few starbucks with drive through around my area, so you could imagine the lineups during regular office hours. Otherwise, they are ok.

I visited this location on November 22 at approximately 8 pm. I attempted to purchase two of these cups, as I believed that they were on sale. This would’ve been $38.31 with tax included. However, I noticed that the total was $54.13, meaning the sign was misleading and they were actually sold at $23.95 each. I brought this up with the barista, who claimed she knew of this and there was nothing she could do about it because “they scanned as this price”. Nobody took the initiative to solve the problem (ie remove the incorrectly priced sign). Bonus star because I received a refund but other customers may not have paid attention and unknowingly paid full price for this item.
My drink was well made and the service was fairly fast.
Less space for seating. Apart from that quality, service and ambiance is good.
Love their bacon cheddar egg bites yum!! this location is very clean and the staff is very friendly !
Very very slow service, I went to this location on my break and I literally waited for 40-50 minutes for my drinks, still got most of them wrong.I asked one of employees that can you please hurry up like I’m on my break and it’s already finished I need to rush back. Reply I got was “I am not the one who’s making drinks talk to someone who is” I was so disappointed at this moment I knew my drinks were all wrong and were not made according to what I asked for so I just took them and dumbed them later.Worst experience ever.
Staff are extremely slow. Waited over 30 minutes for a single latte before I just asked for my money back and left. Very small line of people ahead of us, so this was not an issue of just being busy.
Been to this location many times, ever since the remodel this is a horrible location. Last time one of the staff making drinks, their sleeve was covered in dry/wet milk etc. watching them make the drinks this persons sleeve was touching the open lids of the box milks, carton milks, coffee , then touching the mouth lids of all the customers drinks they were making. Cross contamination !Second last time , ordered 2 drinks, on mobile said it was ready for 5:08 , we waited until 5:40 and ended up leaving without our drinks. So did many people.Very disorganized shift planning and order making. Will never come here again.
Love the new renovations. Only complaint is that it could use more seating inside.Friendly baristas!
Nice location, friendly staff, although sadly they just finished a renovation which improved server area and decor but they cut a number seats. They even removed any seating from one side of Cafe altogether.
Waiting in line at the drive thru was a long wait, but what’s worse is that the order was incorrect. I was looking forward to the vanilla syrup in my Americano only to find later that there wasn’t any added. The Vanilla latte my partner ordered also did not have vanilla syrup. We weren’t close to the cafe so decided not to bother, but it did not make my experience a great one. We will stick to our Starbucks closer to home next time.
Came in today after a very hard day at the office and had such good times. The barista Rianna make my drink sooo GOOD! Very fast and efficient and always smiling. Great customer service and great taste will be coming back!!!!!!!
Very disappointed today, spent almost 30 minutes all together in line ups and did not even end up with a drink because they were out of almond milk. Did not find out until I was in the line and then got stuck in the drive thru line. Customer service was also lacking.
So I was having an awful morning (Oct 8recovering from illness and not getting any sleep and I didn’t get the name but there was a girl working the drive through with dark hair and glasses and her energy was AMAZING! she was so sweet and welcoming and it genuinely just made my day and lifted my spirits, I hope Starbucks can do something to reward her for her wonderful customer service!:)
Waited for over 10 minutes for a cup of black coffee. Many people who ordered very expensive drinks were served ahead of me. Terrible service.
Very, very SLOW service. Baristas are either not properly trained or not prepared or dont care (or probably all 3?for busy Saturday mornings. They did not exude an ounce of urgency or professionalism. I waited almost 25-30 mins for 2 drinks.. Ive been at many other BUSIER locations downtown and they were SO much faster.Such a shame they closed the other location across the street, that location was quick AND practiced better customer service all around. Will definitely not return to this location. There is a reason why this place has consistent 1-star reviews.
Expect to wait 30 minutes for an Americano. Staff is nice but management is not staffing sufficiently….consistently over time. And they’re definitely profitable, just greedy
Very slow service, inefficient, and not professional. We did an order, the guy confirmed that it is available (went and check), and I told him that we need this item for our kid who is waiting, and please make sure to reserve it. 15 mins later, the guy asked me to come and said that the item was given to someone else in the drive thru line!
Mobile not ready and then put behind other inside orders.Here again and same issue this place is getting to be a joke.
I went to this location today and I must say Steve was just wonderful! He made my day. He was so sweet and patient with my order. It is very appreciated!
I just moved to this area and was looking for my new Starbucks home and I’ve found it! Anthony provided amazing customer service to me today and was incredibly efficient on such a busy day. Keep up the good work sir.
Like nearly all Starbucks, they make good drinks here.Their service is a little slow.I’ve waited for up to 25-30 minutes multiple times here to get my order, and for what you pay at Starbucks.Starbucks need to challenge themselves and give $5 gift cards or something if the wait is 15 minutes or longer.
Google maps sent me here and this starbucks is CLOSED! Should be a way to report this to google maps so people dont have their time wasted.
Worst Starbucks in Mississauga. One of the employees here lacks the basic mannerisms to work in customer service. Even after getting my drink wrong and in the wrong cup size, he just poured it into a bigger cup so it was quarter empty. I asked for extra milk and he said he can only add TAP WATER. I offered to pay for the extra milk and he just sighed and walked away. This is my second altercation with the same employee. Very disappointed with the service here. I hope they train them better.
I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Armaan. I came in with my 3 year old on Sunday, and ordered a special request drink. He made it, no problems at all. They were closing, but he let me and my son stay so that I could finish feeding him, made us feel very welcomed. He even offered my son a treat. Even cleared my table for us like at a restaurant. Thank you so much Armaan for your kindness and hospitality, you’re awesome, we really appreciate it!
Love this place - but ordered a travellers coffee - got about four sugars, 10 cups, no lids , no labels on the cream/milk- don’t know what is what.. no stirrers — (to the owners - was a pick up for PatriciaI mean this is at least 15 cups of coffee and four sugars… lol
I had forgotten the gift card I received but still ordered a $7 drink only to watch a new employee really struggle to make my drink and watched others get their drink before mine. I got that sinking feeling, As I was looking forward to this drink, I kindly asked the trainer if she can make the drink which she promptly said it will be done soon. As I expected, it was extremely strong, probably not decaf, and not stirred.
Long line but not that bad. We like the different variety of drinks they have. And as always, never get our names right 😂

There should really be a sign at the drive thru that says "DO NOT BLOCK LANES". People going to the drive thru here are constantly in the way instead of just waiting for enough room to get in the drive thru. Its very annoying and with slow service you cant even expect the cars to get out of the way quickly.
Horrible customer service took 25 min to make my order wish could give them no stars on the top they made my order wrong. Nice keep up your service like this to get more 1 stars and nice reviews with people frustration and anger.
I went kn may 21 I had bought 4 lemon loafs and two vanilla frappe with wip cream on top been going there for a while now always but this drink I was never once given cinnamon on my wip cream and when we asked her too take it off she flipped out on us in the drive threw yelling at my mother and my mother is sick I didnt appreciate the way she talked to her saying in her words now u are telling me how to do my job and she also replyed next time let us know of u domt wanting on well Sarah the lady in drive threw after saying that my mom says w cause me but I have never had cinnamon on it before and if I knew I would tell u guys not too but this is the first .. she was very rude she closed the window in our face my mom tried to get her attention again and after 3 mins she opened it and my mom asked her name I was so upset with the service whether or not u ask anyone can be allergic and I am so thats why we couldnt understand why she said they always put cinnamon on when this is been the first time ever ever I got cinnamon than she ended up changing it my ml asked her to she went and changed it alright she took of the whip cream half of it and put more whip cream my mom went to go try it and there was cinnamon still in it and I can see the powder from the cinnamon she is very luck and that is so wrong bec if I didnt spot that the second time I could of eneded up jn the hospital its not a joke my was very stressed out so we didnt go back but head office will be hereing from us regarding this pls be careful bec Sarah doesnt have any customer service and she did t care to change the whole thing when that is bad anyone with a allergy its very serious very disappoint ed if she is there I will never order from her again
Just like the other reviews!I requested light ice but seems like they added extra ice. Other locations don’t do this. It seems they’re specifically instructed to reduce their cost. Drink was just water, waste of time and money. Do yourself a favour and go to other location.
Love this starbucks! I go almost everyday and the people are the sweetest! they are so kind and welcoming! uber messed up my order and they gave me a free drink and gift card, even though it was not their fault at all. i absolutely love this starbucks<3
Great cafe, friendly staff, made a tall decaf Americano for me in record quick time. Lots of parking outside, drive through as well. Will definitely return!
Drive thru took long.In my order there was a juice involved, they forgot to provide straw. I was in a rushStill had to return to store to get one. No biggy but time consuming.
I always have a lot of customizations on my drinks and every time they make it the same. Taste and service never changes even over the years. Keep it up!
Definitely worse customer service in all the Mississauga locations. I was here earlier and the customer service was horrible. It wasn’t busy however in the drive thru the girl taking the order was rushing. I ordered my drink correctly as I always order this drink and they forgot to press almond milk. No big deal I mentioned at the window when I saw no almond milk on the receipt. The girl at the window was extremely rude and told me I would have to come in even tho it was their mistake. I’ve had this happen a million times and they are always apologetic remake the drink and that’s all. But because she was rushing and didn’t punch in my order right now I have to wait longer and COME IN… how does that make sense I chose the drive thru for a reason. To make it worse once in came in and waited10 minutes the girl making my drink asked if I was the remake I said yes and she basically threw the drink down and it splashed on the table. I was treated like I did something wrong. It was the worse customer service from a Starbucks I’ve ever seen.
It was super busy had to wait for 25 min for my order, but the drink was amazing
reading is vital! i asked for light ice! it says that on the slip! i watched her make my drink and she added 2 FULL scoops of ice! when i told her it was supposed to be light ice, she looked me in my eyes and send well i did put a light ice scoop in there. the ice is half my cup! she asked if i wanted it remade made. why not make it right the first time? i waited 10 mins for an incorrect drink, why would i wanna wait an extra 5 because you choose to make it wrong it’s the simple and little things!
I liked that they increased seating inside. Only issue is the long wait times if you actually order something in the store. Seemingly every Saturday they are under staffed and not prepared for the rush. 30 minute wait times for a simple drink order is crazy!
Staff are wonderful. Lower stars are due to poor management and what seems like understaffing. The drivethru line ups are ridiculously long, and they usually only have one flavour of regular coffee, pike. Do better starbucks!!!!
I was here yesterday. It was not busy until i came in. I am not sure of the cashier’s name - she has a black short bob hair. She was so nice! I haven’t visit Starbucks or get a drink from them in a long time so it was great to have a decent experience here. I had to wait couple of minutes for my order but i have no issue with that since i wasn’t in a rush. I ordered a mocha frapp with whip cream. 5/5 stars. I had a great experience and going there today really turned my day around for the better. I visited this Starbucks today not knowing what to get and was treated by a beautifully kind young lady named Brittani. She seemed ready to do her job and provide me with an unforgettable customer service experience. I told her I wasn’t sure what to get and asked what’s good. She made me her favourite drink and it did not disappoint! I finished it in 10 minutes! I only wish I remembered what it was called so I could recommend it to others when they go! It was the perfect drink.
Spacious location following all SOPs properly.Everyone had masks on.The place could also use a quick clean/mop.!Order was timely made only issue was with baked good they were all messed up and definitely didn’t look fresh.Presentation wise the bakery item was 0/5
Great location. Friendly and very accommodating staff. I ordered a drink that was apparantly no longer on the menu but they still made it for me as they had all the ingredients. Thats what I call customer service!
This location is the worst Starbucks in Mississauga. This store is always a mess, it takes them too long to make drinks, and the staff only care engaging in conversation with one another.When Coffee Culture in Streetsville opens I believes it will give this location a run for their money. If you want to sit down and enjoy a coffee you are better off going elsewhere.As a Starbucks customer for over 15 years (in particular to the North end of MississaugaIm very disappointed writing this review.
Two words: CRAZY BUSY!!!There used to be another Starbucks literally across the street from this one - to handle shoppers from this expansive strip mall. That other location had particularly rude staff and I’m glad was closed down.I guess the downside is that everybody now descends upon this one remain location, which gets crazy busy. I made the mistake of ordering my drink on mobile and getting in the drive-thru line to pick up. I waited for nearly 20 mins just from the point I entered the drive-thru.I probably would’ve saved a few minutes had I gone to pick up inside but I could see even the inside was crazy busy. I guess they need more staff, maybe a redesigned drive-thru with multiple lanes, or something else to speed up the service.As it is, I’d skip getting coffee and wait till I get to another less busier location.
