Starbucks in West End

I will really miss this Starbucks. Closing on Family Day. The other on Davie at Thurlow is way too small and is not accessible for many people who have mobility challenges.. I guess Melriches will get my business. So sad.

I am a coffee lover and I drink 3cups of coffee a day. I visited this location on my way to work today and I asked for a Venti size coffee, the lady poured %70 coffee and rest of it hot water and continued to chat with... Because I was in rush I didn’t realize until 2-3blocks away. Instead going to this location again I would prefer to go to Thurlow &Davie location next time.Thanks for the hot water

Really small Starbucks, but good customer service.

I understand sometimes mistake happen. I ordered one venti Iced coffee sub toffee nut with heavy cream and a Grande cold brew salted cream cold foam with toffee nut. End up with I’m getting Grande cold brew sub toffee nut with heavy cream. I requested the drink to remake and I’ve the wrong size the second time. At the end I received a cup of coffee with the right size with no syrup at all. Also with no apologies. By the way I’m a Starbucks partner too. And I know exactly how is the drink taste like as well as the policy too. I was just being kind and sucked it up and walk away with what I’ve got.

Always satisfied. I ordered Vanilla cream cold brew around 11am via mobile today, and the barista gave me the perfect & tasty drink. I want all ppl to know here is the best cold brew on Davie!

It was just okay, not as good as the Starbucks on Castro in SF during Folsom 2010, I didnt have to worry about what to wear so I wore my track shoes & bear logo socks, oh & my piercings, too much information (??)

This is My Starbuckys! Baristas are ever so nice. This Davie Village location is always clean and cheerful. Kudos to all of the staff :-)The Street Scenes are on my way to Starbuckys. As you can see The Wilds of The West End are becoming another Skid Row".

Full of all the Christmas charm, Nice balance in Holiday music So no one gets the blues. Great merchandise to choose from.

Unprofessional and unnecessary conduct, for what should have been a simple order of a tall pike, by a young female barista too proud to serve coffee.There’s more to customer service than punching tabs on a screen and pouring coffee. I was left with a bitter taste after my interaction with the barista with no name tag. Go to the adjacent Starbucks on Thurlow.

This Starbucks is a clean, friendly space in the heart of Vancouvers Davie Street Village. Simply said, I LOVE this store! I am a loyal Starbucks customer, and this store is second on my list of all the Starbucks locations I frequent... second only because the Davie & Thurlow location has more convenient hours.I recently had a very disappointing and somewhat upsetting interaction at this store. I was initially served by a new employee (I didnt get her name).. she was very professional, efficient and she made me feel valued. Kudos to her!That all changed for me when Lauren (the store managerbecame involved. I should state, from the onset, I have had the opportunity to to have many interactions with Lauren in the past... and theyve all been fine...ranging anywhere from neutral to very engaging and enjoyable.... she often takes the time to ask about my day or otherwise build rapport.On this occasion, Lauren was also working the barista machines and was all caught up... (i.e. the order I made with the trainee was the next one to be made). Lauren was confused about which Frappuccino I wanted .... and with a surprisingly stern and frustrated look insisted I specify what I had already ordered. I was taken aback ... but said "the Vanilla Frappuccino" ... adding "the solid white one."She continued (with an elevated sense of frustrationby explaining Starbucks had 2 types of Vanilla Frappaccinos ... one with coffee .. one without... I repeated for the third time (once with the trainee, and twice with Laurenthat "I wanted the all-white, Vanilla Frappaccino."She then said "well what you needed to order was the Vanilla BEAN Frappaccino".., (speaking AT me as if she was educating a 3 year old.....). She then sighed deeply and turned her frustration to her trainee and let her know she rang up the wrong drink, stating "now we have to correct this because we track our inventory around here."In a moment of disbelief I watched as Lauren prepared to fix the mistake on the computer. I asked, "are you going to correct that before you make my drink?" (There was no difference is money owing...it was a reward redemption)...... At that point Lauren GLARED at me and said "yes we are!" (I wont soon forget that glare).I had given her the "out" to do the right thing (i.e. serve the customer in a timely, dignified manner first, and then correct the error... Not only did she choose to react inappropriately... she did so in a highly disrespectful manner.Has Starbucks lost a very loyal customer who spends THOUSANDS of dollars a year? Nah... not a chance... any truly loyal Starbucks customer wouldnt give up their coffee for one terrible interaction!!Has this store lost my business? For now, yes. I understand that everyone has off days or bad moments ... but I also know those moments do have consequences... I wonder if Lauren can take a step back and realize just how insulting her tone, body language and words were.Sincerely,John "Jack" Kilgour

Its Starbucks. Large variety of beverages. Friendly staff. Food is all pre made but its ok. Not spectacular.

Lots of space to sit in a busy neighbourhood

I am visiting this Starbucks location for 14 years now and I must say that it is one of the best coffee shops in DT Vancouver. I enormously appreciate that the staff is alway welcoming and accommodating towards people with disabilities. Love ya, guys!👍

Roomy, clean Starbucks, not as congested as many other ones. You must use notify the staff for them to unlock the washroom door.

They didnt have sockets, which is weird as Starbucks usually have them and is one of the reasons why I would choose a Starbucks over another coffee shops. Anyway, the rest of the place was average Starbucks.

Super friendly staff and one of the cleanest locations Ive seen in a while. The staff genuinely went out of their way during my visit. Theres lots of seating and its a great place to meet up with someone else. Lots of locals hang out here so you know thats a good sign :)

The girl who worked here (cant remember her namewas exceptional in her customer service. They went out of their way to really understand what kind of coffee you were looking for. I highly recommend.
