Same good coffee as expected. Yes, some local private coffee spots are better eg: Two if by Sea, Selbys Bunkerbut at least you know what youve got.This spot is in the hotel so the cozy chairs are in the lobby.

Bad customer service, casheir seemed really impatient and not willing to take my order, anc when i wanted to scan my rewards card she assumed for me that i was paying with the app and then proceeded to walk away so i couldnt correct her mistake

Not a bad little cafe. Not a lot of seating but Im always taking it to go. Hours are variable on traffic I overheard a barista say. Friendly staff and typical Starbucks fare.

This is one of two Starbucks in HRM that I find is consistent! I NEVER have any issue with my beverages, food orders or customer service when I go here. All of the baristas that work there are great! They are very friendly and have great customer service (even remembering the drinks I ordered). I even saw one male barista offer to help an older lady who had her hands full, bring her beverages up to her room. Its nice to see that he noticed the situation and acted without thinking.I definitely recommend this Starbucks to all my friends in Dartmouth. I tell them this is the best Starbucks in HRM! Because its true! Keep up the great work!

Not a lot of seating but service is good. In the lobby of the Hilton Doubletree so you have to go in the hotel first.
