11/25/22 I made a mobile or online & my bakery iteam & refresher was great how ever my Frappuccino was not it tasted very watery & the whip cream was old I was very disappointed!
I don’t know where to begin with the horrible experience I had today at this location! I guess to start, I always order through the app when it’s available, today I submitted my regular order via the app as I entered the parking lot (as always). There was a line (in drive thruand as usual, pulled to the screen and let them know I was here to pick my order up. To my disbelief, I was met with combativeness and they chastised me for ordering via app and not the window! I was speechless! I was Told the time my order came through and what the current time was and to NOT do that and I would have to wait. I responded; “understood, I will just place another order at the window” (as I’m a customer in the drive thru). I was told no I will have to now come in they just got a large order! I then asked for a refund and was told to just call Starbucks corporate they can’t help. This was the worst experience EVER on my birthday…at STARBUCKS! I pulled to the window after a long wait in line and they were even more rude at the window, saying it’s not ready and to pull around and come in and shut the window! I pulled around as instructed and called corporate where I filed a complaint and received a full refund and a gift card for the horrible customer service.
It’s nice you don’t have to ask for code to use their restroom. Service is very good and fast.I did notice that the croissants are getting smaller and more expressive than what they used to be. But, it’s not this store’s fault. I guess all the croissants from every Starbucks are all getting smaller and a lot more expressive after the pandemic. Part of the inflation we see around us.
Walk in .. its much faster! Kind baristas and great drinks!
I come here almost every other day due to my house being one street over.. I usually don’t have ANY problem with the customer service here but I’m not sure what was wrong this day with Catilin or Caitlyn. As I approached the cashier to order she walks off with no acknowledgment, never said that someone will be with me momentarily. She first started cleaning up, went to the back a few times, came back out and started making the man in front of me drinks that she rung up and cashed out.. still no acknowledgment from anyone at this point. After a few minutes standing there, being constantly walked by and over looked by someone who saw me.. Frank finally asked me have I been help! So nice and polite he took my order and made up for the rude inconvenience! Frank save the day and earned the store 4 stars even though Caitlyn deserves 1 star! 5 stars for Frank!

In my rush, I placed a mobile order at the wrong location. Despite the location being packed, I waited for 10 minutes and fumed inside - when I asked about my order they kindly told me I was at the wrong location and STILL provided my drink. They made my Saturday for me. Thank you!
Super slow drive through. No idea whats going on because its not like tons of walk-ins happening either. Skip this Starbucks location.
I was pleased to find this in so convenient an area. Off main drag and a traffic light in same lot. drive thru was pretty reasonable wait. moved along well. Delicious drink and loved getting vinti ice cup for my own bottled water.
Warm Coffee Everytime!!! Every time I order dark roast coffee it’s never hot. I have to heat it up when i get to work. I stopped going there. I now got to the Starbuchs off Briarcliff and Druid Hills. The coffee is always hot and fresh, service is much better as well.
Line was long at drive through because they weren’t taking orders efficiently. Waited at the speaker for a while with no cars in front of me but a ton behind. Hire more people and pay them better if this is a staffing issue.
Good service and they move through the line quickly
Considering the current staffing issues at most places, I was impressed with this location’s efficiency with only a few baristas. The indoor vibe is group oriented, with a large space and multiple 6 person round tables. Coffee was a bit delayed but came out hot and made as ordered. The baristas were kind and respectful, and I enjoyed my visit!
Do not go inside, they are disorganized and the wait is longer than the drive thru.

Just wanna say thank you to Ms. Joyce and Etsub. My dragon drink and chocolate crème cold brew were amazing. Very nice staff here.
Rosa has great customer service skills and she was so sweet even bought the drink to the car on a rainy day thank you rosa people like you make the world a better place 🌏💝

After my regular starbucks messed up my drink and didnt give me refund or didnt remake it, I went to this location with my reciept and they GLADLY made my drink the right way. Will be back again. Appreciate yall.
Horrible experience this morning. Clearly we could see multiple employees in the facility and I was in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes with no response to order. The least they could have done was come out and explain what was going on. I’ve been here multiple times with no issues, but today made me want to never return to this location
Prices have gone up SO MUCH its outrageous and not worth it.As much as we love their food and drink were gonna stick to making everything at home, at least until inflation goes away!!!
Very poor service being starbuck only serving black coffee and ice water. Even the employe at work was very rude unacceptable service from starbucks..!!
If you place a mobile order, be prepared to wait in the long drive thru line since they are currently not open on the inside. I was unaware and on my lunch break, and couldn’t get them to answer the phone to cancel my order because I couldn’t wait in the line.
Very disappointed in this store, line is always wrapped around the building. Today they had mobile orders turned on but the doors locked and made people go through the drive-through. Super inconvenient, why have mobile orders on if you aren’t going to use them? There was also no sign on the door so I had to shout from the drive-through and ask what was going on. It would have been totally fine if mobile orders were turned off or there was a sign, but just no acknowledgment of it was poor management. I’m sure they were short staffed which I totally understand but there could’ve been steps to not inconvenience people more.
I started drinking coffee two years ago at the onsite of Covid... and, I have to say that this location was always so kind and personable even when they were tired, drained and short handed. Extremely fast and friendly staff and barista Natalie was amazing throughout this difficult time. She is always personable, friendly and helpful even if they only have a few people working. She is a wonderful asset to this location and Starbucks as a whole.
Stephanie has absolutely made my entire day awesome. My coffee is PERFECT!!! After hearing some not so good news earlier… this is truly a treat putting a smile on my face. THANK YOU STEPHANIE!!!
Only drive thru open. No order ahead. No in store pick up with a mask. Drive thru is wrapped around the building in a tiny parking lot! Not waiting 20 minutes!
A bright spot in a bleak part of Tucker. Good for a recharge, but they had to close the lobby at 6 unfortunately. Be prepared to create your own tidy spot if you do sit down.
Great service white chocolate mocha with whip was the drink and it was great the line was very fast and was happy with my service great clean store
This business is so inconsistent. Some days they don’t have straws, some days they don’t have napkins or both. And it never goes by their website ; the system says it’s open but the doors are always closed. Please get some consistency or close down.
Today, I witnessed a barista here do his best to serve an incredibly difficult and honestly rude customer. He was patient and understanding and calm, which is sometimes tough to be on Christmas Eve when you’re working. My drink was perfect, and he offered my pups some puppaccinos with a smile after politely apologizing for the wait (which he didn’t have to do). Customer service: A+ even in the tough moments. You go, barista man.
This Starbucks location has very little parking. But ample seating inside and out. Staff has always been friendly each time we have come. Cons- hours get changed but you dont know till you get there. So good luck getting out of that tiny parking lot with a line of cars that also need to back up. A few times our coffees had to be made again. Because it was made with the wrong milk.
Nice staff just horrible location for such busy service. Definitely plan to wait here.
This has got to be the worst Starbucks in Georgia. The workers are RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. They always make my drink wrong after they take the correct order, then get an ATTITUDE when they have to remake it.
This location is usually ok but for someone who comes here EVERYDAY, I’ve definitely noticed a decline in the service. Hell they aren’t even open at the time that it says they open anymore. They usually open at 5am I’m always there at 6:30 before work but lately no one has been there. I understand they are short staffed but one would think to update the page to the correct hours if the store hours have changed. Or post signs! They also run out of a lot of things frequently. I now drive out of my way and just go to the one on N Druid Hills. Never have a problem at that one!
Wow, best customer service at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everybody was absolutely friendly, and helpful. Drinks were delicious! 10/10
Even when busy they tend to be one of the more efficient Starbucks out there - and I e been to a LOT is Starbucks. The biggest issue with this location is that there isnt enough space for the drive thru, and that causes problems. Now that we are emerging from COVID (kinda), best to go inside.
My issue is that about 80% of the time my drink is not made properly. Like missing one of 3 main ingredients like no sweetener even though recipe calls for 6 pumps. Or light ice and it’s full of ice. I don’t make special, off-recipe, or super specific drinks. The most I’ll do is choose no or light ice, OR extra syrup (lately not even that). I go to about 4 Starbucks shops and order the same two items. So I know how my drinks typically taste.Pictured here is one of a dozen times lately, I have light ice and it’s filled to the brim. There is zero sweetener. That’s not even the recipe. They do not read whatsoever. Surprising for a Starbucks, employees are typically better than this. I’m not returning I’m over it
Normally I have a great and fast experience at this location, however today was a different case. I ordered ahead on the app to have a faster service and unfortunately my drink was incorrect. Instead of me requesting a change. I decided not to because the older lady(who’s name tag was unreadablehad a extremely bad attitude with EVERYONE that brought their incorrect drinks back. I completely understand being busy and possibly in the weeds, but good customer service is very important and that is not what multiple people received today.
Extremely friendly staff and great coffee you really cant go wrong. I am saddened that they do not offer caramel drizzle anymore.
There were about 10 cars in line before me, however I had ordered via the mobile app, and the line moved quickly. I was served with excellent customer service. This is my new favorite Starbucks location.
The employees are always super sweet, but quality of the drinks aren’t always consistent. I literally come here every morning before work, and my caramel macchiato almost never has any foam on top.
This Starbucks has gone downhill. After 3 bad experiences, I went to the manager and she was wonderful and apologized and offered me a free drink and paid for the precious order which I was overcharged and was inaccurate. I gave them chances after that and little mistakes I can understand but when I am paying $7 for a drink and being spoken to and treated like I am dirt on the street, never again will I bring them any business.Today’s experience they did not put any sign that the inside was going to be closed (no reason why, but today the doors were locked).. no one wanted to answer the door so people called. They brought one lady’s order out and the gentleman who called after they told him that they were too busy and aren’t bringing orders to anyone and we have to sit in the drive through even though we all placed mobile orders for pick up. When I called and expressed my displeasure of bringing one persons order but no one else’s, I was only greeted w attitude and it was on speaker so everyone who was waiting with me heard it and witnessed it. The customer service is trash. And some how they always tend to overcharge. I get the same thing and when I notice a difference and have brought it up, they have said oh yeah whoops we charged you for almond milk. That is unacceptable. It seems sketchy. And not only that but they aren’t informing anyone of anything that is going on. And the customer service is honestly the worst. As much as I love my Starbucks this honestly makes me want to just start going to Dunkin.During my call he said I can give you my manager and I said yes, I was not given the manager but in the mean time an employee walked to the door w and a gentleman asked to bring the manager out and the employees response was that she was not in today. So that also was interesting.Disorganized, rude, long waits, higher chance of something being wrong than correct, no customer service.. completely not worth it.
My first time trying Starbucks I must say it’s pretty amazing especially the new breakfast sandwich they have right now! The whole morning team that works at 5 am Great staff! Keep up the good work! I will be visiting again!
I’ve only been to this location 4 times, but it only takes one time to ruin an experience. Unfortunately, on my last visit the employee at the drive through said unnecessary, unwarranted rude comments to me. During a time of uncertainty, just be a decent human being. It’s not hard and maybe be decent all the time regardless of what is happening. Other than that my orders were always correct and quick, but I will not take the risk of encountering another rude employee to start my day.
The drive thru is a little difficult and slow but I I saw a guy go in and come right out so the indoor service should be good. Also my drink is new and really good.
Manager said he could not accept a $100 bill, Strike 1. Added a danish to my order that I did not order, Strike 2. Cashier tried to do everything to get me to keep it except give it to me for free which I didn’t want, but wouldn’t switch it out for a tall pink drink which was about .97$ more. Paid with a debit card and had to do a credit to refund after all this. Just makes me wonder if they wold have done that for some else... Will never go back!!!!
In this specific Starbucks they always give me great service. I come here with the lady that I take care of and we always have a good experience. It is clean and good service. Im so glad that they put a sign with some rules and regulations for the clients. I dont like a dirty coffee place.
Getting straight to the point, there service was fine. No problem here at all with the service. I had a double shot that was strong as I expected, which was great. The problem I had was with the parking. OMG!The parking lot is much too small for a Starbucks. On top of this, the lot is shared with another business next doorMy options: wait till someone leaves to get a spot or park behind Starbucks in the hotel lot where they had signs promising to tow non visitors. I decided to wait the ten minutes or so.With that being said, if you have time to spare, no big deal. But if youre meeting someone for a scheduled meeting or quick coffee, fine another spot with adequate parking. Sorry.
Parking is very tight. But I love this Starbucks! Service is great and its pretty spacious and has plenty of seating
