Starbucks in Los Gatos

Dont go here if you are in a rush or order ahead. Its Starbucks, you know what you are going to get. They have a nice patio to sit and enjoy your drink or food.

This place is just awesome, thanks to people like Liam. We had placed wrong orders and when Liam learned about this, he promptly offered to help, not once but twice, and ensured we got the right beverages before we left the store. Needlessly to say, we’ll be visiting again. Thank you, Liam

About 10 mins walk or a 3 min drive from the Good Samaritan Hospital. Excellent location and they make great coffee ☕

This place has the goods. Quality bevs that will get you jitzed...yums that will satisfy a Goliath-sized hunger. Outdoor seating available for those with toddlers that tend to leave a wake of crumbs and destruction.

the most honest and trustful staff!!my wife happened to lose her iphone on the table outside and we realized that only an hour later. I am glad it was found by starbucks team who held it safe, returned it to me and even refused to take money i offered. leaving a feedback here as don’t know how else to show my gratitude. If everyone was so honest as these guys the world would be a different place!

Yet again this morning, they cant find an "opener" who will actually show up and open the store. They consistently cant open the store on time and when they do they dont have coffee ready... at a coffee shop... worst managed Starbucks Ive seen consistently over the last several years...

Pretty boring Starbucks hidden away just off the freeway exit. The parking lot is small and getting out tends to lead to a line of blocking cars.

This location left me with a enjoyable day and My Clients more relaxed... regrouping after a trying products quest at electronic stores... Smile!

Ordered on app(11:45am), after half hour waiting in spot 4, went in. Didnt see anyone working on chai tea. Had to grab subway that was in se parking lot and just left after. Never got chai tea. Probably not getting a refund. No customer service in app. Couldnt even find on websiteEdit:Came back later and explained. They gave me one then and $4 gift card.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, even tried ordering ahead of time via app. Waited 25 minutes today and still no order ready. That was the last shot for this place.

Store is ok, but parking is very limited. Seems to always be crowded with not enough tables and seats. I also saw them get a large order wrong and the workers sent the customer to the back of a line of about 10 people to get an adjustment. The customer was a lot more patient than I would have been.

I have been twice in this Starbucks and both times happen the same thing the lady who works there ignored me, I was for 5 min in the lane and not body help me, 3 works there and clients and not body help me, but 2 other customers show up for online orders and she went and told there if they need help. The question is why she didn’t help me because the way I look or because I am not white like her and the other customer she helped. I hope the manager do something about it ,

The people that work here are extremely friendly. Unfortunately I think Starbucks as a company has fell off. There is absolutely no consistency from store to store. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and when I received it the color was almost white which means he added way too much milk. The drink should be a brown/tan color if made correct. I didnt bother asking him to remake it but I sure do wish Starbucks managers would train the barristas on being consistent. Maybe have them make you a drink at random to make sure it is made and tastes correct. I do appreciate the professional staff at this location. I have been to some where all they do is talk to each other and never acknowledge the customer. I have yet to find a Starbucks that is consistent no matter who is making the drink and no matter what time of day.

Ordered Iced Green Tea Latte, Venti but got it almost half gone because of the foam. I guess I’ll have to start ordering it “with no foam?” But it shouldn’t have foam 😅

Parking sucks. Starbucks its self is clean, nice employees, and my drink has always been made well.

Convenient location. I ordered online and picked up my order without no wait. Their dining room is not open for seating.

Im tired of wasting my money! ALL of the Starbucks locations that I have gotten coffee from, have seriously gone downhill in quality in the last few years! Their coffees now are almost devoid of coffee flavor unless you pay extra and add an espresso shot! I will from now on, go out of my way to get coffee from Peets, Caribou Coffee etc. to get a quality cup of coffee, or do without!

Starbucks is always good for me! My drink is always hot. The servers are always friendly. Its a win-win every time!

Asked for a hot tea to be blended with ice. When I got the tea, the venti was only 3/4 full, lots of foam (?And not blended with ice... but I understand its covid time, so maybe not the best times to ask for special drinks to be made..

I stopped by this location yesterday a little after 5 AM to get breakfast and coffee before my appointment across the road with Stanford Cancer Center. I commend the location and the early morning staff for strictly following proper social distancing measures. Although this review is not only meant to praise the cleanliness and the safety feeling it gives their patrons but particularly about the young lady who greeted me at the door. All three staff had a pretty good system where one was the runner (the lady greeter), the second staff (malewas the dedicated barista for the day and the third staff (femalewas manning the cash register and helping out at the kitchen. Obviously, customers weren’t allowed beyond the makeshift barrier they have provided as you enter the door. Unfortunately the cash register and the app scanner was understandably located in its original location which was behind the makeshift barrier.So in order for my app to be scanned, the lady runner has to bring my phone over to the scanner. The staff saw that I was not comfortable with the idea because I didn’t see the runner change gloves after she helped the customer before me. I was trying to explain why I was feeling uncomfortable and apologetic at the same time, telling them that I am an immuno compromised cancer patient. The lady cashier immediately dismissed me by saying that I can always go to another store. I got all flustered because I was thinking I didn’t have my sani wipes available because I knew that I did not need to touch anything except for my order and I just wanted my coffee and breakfast.The next scene is how I find the lady runner’s response highly commendable. After hearing about my condition, she immediately offered to wash her hands and change gloves to which my knee jerk response was, “yes please”. Without saying a word, she did oblige while the cashier was mumbling a comment to the barista and shaking her head.At that moment I felt embarrassed because I realized she didn’t need to wash her hands, she just needed to change her plastic gloves and yet she went above and beyond what was expected of her. That’s great customer service right there! I wanted to go back and ask for her name but I didn’t want to give her the wrong impression. Obviously this lady was trained well and was putting her professional training to good use. She remembers her core values and knew how to practice them as a means to de-escalate the situation. God bless her for doing such a great job and may she be recognized as a valuable employee of Starbucks!

Drinks and food are moderately pricey but good, service is usually prompt and always courteous. Atmosphere is a sports bar-type environment.

This location is bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Also plenty of outdoor seating. I had delicious iced latte served up with a smile.

Did you know that all of their team drinks are available without sugar? I had a lovely simple green tea with 0 calories :Im on a crazy sugar free diet these days :). This place is particularly good for small groups that need to have a meeting also.

Wasnt a busy place but the garbage can outside was overflowing. I was there for 90 minutes and could not believe that they would not find time to empty it. "Thanks for letting us know. We will take care of it when we have time" was the response.

While Google maps says they are open till 9:30 p.m. on Saturday they are not. 8:30pmThis particular Starbucks offers wonderful service even when the lines are relatively long. It is across from the hospital complex thus gets a substantial number of doctors and nurses during their bteaks and before shifts.The Baristas do a reliable consistent job making mochas, and espresso drinks so well that i will dtive out of my way to hit up this store.

Parking is weird: underground, or dirt, or tiny paved surface lot. North facing balcony with up-close view of freeway offramp - which I enjoy, but need earbuds. Inside is a bit 狭 cramped.

What is there to say?? Its a Starbucks. Its the exact same as any other of the thousands of Starbucks. I ordered a coffee, I received said coffee, and it tasted like coffee. If you want to have Starbucks coffee, go here. Or drive up a block and go to a different Starbucks. You know what to expect when you go. And thats what youll get. Exactly what you expect.

Delicious Matcha Chai Latte!! Im addicted. This location runs like a Swiss clock. Love the "mobile pick up" option too. So efficient, friendly and quick. Given (void of males behind the counterits womens month- you ladies killed it!!

Been their customer for 10+ years. Lately the quality has gone way down. Been using Mobile order for a while, for the last two days, they got wrong drinks for each order in a roll! For a normal latte, they have sticker on cup but add mint into it. The manager is not as capable for sure.

Usually I wouldnt bother to review a Starbucks as theyre all pretty much all the same. BUT this Starbucks would easily have to be the worst Ive ever been to. The staff were uninformed about what size my drink cup was. The wireless chargers didnt work. and they never bothered to call my name at least not so that I could hear it so my drink set up there for a while before I decided to go check up on things and grab it.I would recommend the Starbucks at the corner of Los Gatos Boulevard and Winchester over this place but they are closed for repairs at the moment.

I go between 3 and 4 stars in this place. I guess it is one of those places that it depends on what you order and who your server is. They get everything else right, decor, menu, etc.But the experience there seems to always come down to those 2 things.

Busy Starbucks location near Good Samaritian Hospital. Friendly staff, parking lot and also parking in an underground structure as well as a dirt lot. Tables inside and out.

Small cozy shop not much parking out front but I found parking in the back underneath but it said whats for tenants so I dont know if Starbucks is a tenant but the good quality Starbucks Im used to

This is the closest Starbucks to my home, but I try to avoid it. First of all, its on a busy corner and parking is a pain. Theres more parking in a garage underneath the building, but its inconvenient to access. The store itself is clean and well-kept, but the employees are always slow; even when I use mobile ordering it takes way too long to get in and out. The location down the street at Los Gatos and Blossom Hill is a better pick.

Its Starbucks! No mystery here. This is a nice enough store located next to the freeway (CA-85art the Los Gatos Blvd/Bascom exit (across Los Gatos Blvd from the Stanford/Good Sam hospital medical complex.The partners are friendly and the customers are dominated by medical personnel who clearly frequent this store. This is a busy, well-run store which features a great location and inadequate parking.

Parking can be a challenge, only 20 min parking is obvious, but skip that and go around and park in the parking garage beneath. Staff is friendly and quick. Only wood chairs, no arm chairs. Has baby changing tables in both restrooms. Free Wi-Fi.

Parking at the front is a bit limited and only for 20 minutes but in the back the building has a large garage but the entrance is steep for low cars. The staff is friendly. Enjoy your coffee! :)

The guys that work here are the best Starbucks folks Ive encountered. Friendly, relaxed, and never get my order wrong. Parking can be a little tight, but Ive only had to park around the corner once. Google WiFi a plus too.

Parking is hard to find during the day. Parking spaces are tiny, large cars need to park in the back. The coffee is consistent. The service can get spotty. Not one of my favorite Starbucks.
