The Starbucks is always clean and they have a security guard outside to keep the riffraff away. Always feel safe here and the employees are great along with the copy of course. Its a big location with lots of room and if you need to study or just go catch up on your reading, its a good place to do so.
I love going to this Starbucks location first thing in the morning. Like always I order a Venti Soy Carmel Frappuccino extra Carmel and for breakfast I had the Tomato and Mozzarella Panini warmed. If you havent tried the panini you should. Its not just for breakfast. You can order it any time.

Why is every electrical outlet covered or screwed closed??I usually touch down at Starbucks all over socal between appointments and I have never encountered one where they have covered every outlet with a blank plate.

This location has intentionally blocked off all outlets. So I am not able to use my computer. Also music was over the top loud. So even with headphones I could still hear the lobby music loudly.

They have all their wall outlet covered. I love starbucks but i really hate this store because i cant plug in, have a cup of cofffee and have a small gaming session. Like what if i need to charge my phone real quick? The worst starbucks Ive gone to by far just because the way this store is set up. It is clean just no power outlets :/
Will not go back after learning they are retracting their earlier mandate for vaccines for their employees. Obviously theyre more concerned about profit than the safety of their employees or patrons.
What can i say grate drinks but the WAIT good grief, it is what it is tho you want Starbucks u wait huh lol Some 1 said 2 me they wonder what else thats an addicting add to there stuff makes 1 say hmmm.
Every time I come to this Starbucks, my drink never tastes right. It’s always made incorrectly. The employees are nice. Just that it’s very disappointing having to wait in like 30 m each time, pay money and my drink it never made correctly. Just go to another Starbucks 🤦🏻♀️
Starbucks, everybody knows Starbucks. Depending on what you want, its a nice pick me up or a refreshing delight. The associates are always friendly and welcoming. They have a big selection of drinks that theyre known for and its amazing some of the requests that customers ask for. They are a delight at any given time of the day or night. If youve never, give Starbucks a try. You wont be disappointed.
**Negative star rating*** 😑Second day in a row that Ive come to pick up my online order, and was ignored by two workers having a conversation next to the drink pick up. I made eye contact and said excuse me... but nothing they went about their conversation like I wasnt there. This seems to be happening at a lot of Starbucks... or maybe I just have bad timing. So went to get my refund. Wont be coming here again. Is it possible to get the money on my virtual card refunded??
One of the worst, and dirtiest starbucks i have ever been to. The bathroom is absolutely filthy. The tables are not wiped down. I do not think Starbucks has any idea of what is going on in this establishment. This should be a warning to Starbucks regional management.

Great place , Clean & fast pace great working team . They serve you with a smile and great attitude especially jose always does a outstanding above the call job , 10/10 everytime i will be returning because of workers like him.
I order a venti drink and they didnt even fill it up all the way ..we customers pay a good portion to Starbucks I usually dont complain I just leave and dont come back. Very disappointed
Worst starbucks Ive been to. They need new management to re-structure their entire process, especially mobile orders. I always preorder in the app with plenty of time so they can get the order ready but went in and still had to wait 20 mins after estimated ready time. Another time I ordered in the app, I got there at the estimated ready time and they had their lobby closed, so I had to wait over 15 mins in the drive thru line to get my mobile order. The point of pre-ordering is to avoid all lines and not have to wait. Them making you still wait in line defeats the whole purpose.
I love when their associate Irene is working the drive thru shes super friendly and always has their drive thru moving quickly! I understand its a group effort, but whenever I see anyone else in the drive thru they seem very distracted and either chit chatting with other associates or not moving with a sense of urgency! When Irene is working the drive thru I get my order quickly and make it to work on time and mind you, I go to this location every other day in the morning on my way to work. I dont know who was working that window today but she had us in line for far too long and there was only like 3 cars in line.
Always very friendly they never mess up orders and really clean. Only downside is the lines can get a lil crazy but dont they all. Regardless love this place.
Fast service and got my order correct. The staff was also friendly. I got the smores frap, but it didnt have a whole lot of smores flavor. I should have just went with an iced coffee, but I was still satisfied. Thanks.
We ordered 2 mocha frapachino with double shots and we should have tried them before leaving! We have ordered them at Starbucks for years and not only were they kind of watery there was NO WAY they had double shots that we paid for! There was no extra shot. Very dissappointing
They forgot to make 2 of our 4 drinks (a simple hot tea and a black coffee), the baristas were not calling out order names and just placed drinks on the counter, the cashier didnt catch the 2 food items on our order so we had to place a second order, THEN they forgot to make one of THOSE items!!! In addition to that disaster, the one restroom I went into was absolutely disgusting. There was no toilet paper on either of the two rolls, so people resorted to throwing soiled paper towels onto the floor. The floor was also soaking wet around the toilet. Truly the worst Starbucks I have ever visited.
They always know my drink and get it right. The staff is always happy and upbeat! They are not sluggish and always seem to have great customer service.
This Starbucks is a huge disappointment. They are so inconsistent when they make their drinks. It’s either going to be really amazing or really disgusting. Wednesday i went around 11:30am, the drive thru line was so long but i figured if lunch time so no big deal. When it’s finally my turn to pay for my drinks and food, they give me 3 out of 4 items and say to wait for my last item. I literally waited 15 minutes for my hazelnut latte!!! The people behind me were upset as if i had control of it. I could see the baristas just walking around and looking confused. Then when i finally got it, the cup wasn’t even filled to the top. There was over an inch left that could’ve been filled. And then drink of course was awful. It tasted like burnt coffee with a little milk. There was barely any flavor of hazelnut even though i asked for extra pumps of it. Horrible service and horrible drinks. Stay away from this place!
They got my order wrong and when informing the barista. She gave an attitude and seemed to be irritated. I then had to wait for her to make my drink. She walked away , so I assumed that she had someone else making my drink.....nope. The other baristas were busy assisting customers. She finally came back and made mine approximately five minutes later.
I got 4 drinks and 2 were whit extra berries which I didnt not get every time I stop in the afternoon I dont get good customer service the girls at the drive through look like they didnt even wanted to be there.

This place is wonderful! I really enjoy the vanilla chai tea latte (hot or coldand I like to sit and get work done at the window table. Staff are friendly and accommodating of my work sessions!
Dirty and messy... not at all busy. Ive been to Starbucks all over, from Times Square to Paris and this takes the cake, not sure why its so rough?!? Overflowing trashes, dirty tables, filthy bathrooms, no toilet paper, spills by the pickup area with no effort to mop up. Just messy...
They got some delicious cake pops, Frappuccinos, etc. They also got not just these 2, but also other kinds of bakery and some coffee too. If youre running out of energy or youre in for the treat, I recommend going there. 😊
Always busy.. theyve tried to control their line flow a bit more so that makes it easier to visit.. but its pretty crowded for as many people that utilize it. Otherwise, typical Starbucks
I arrived at 7am the store had a huge pile of trash in the trash can in front of the door. The parking lot was also littered in trash. Inside was clean but smelled like bad body oder all over the store. There were 5 people working and a 6th one coming in at the time and no line. Coffee was made to order as usual.
Just a regular Starbucks like all the others. I am not a big fan of Starbucks. Personally I seem to think that thier prices are high and their coffee is never hot enough. But thats just me. I have friends who would not consider going anywhere else. So, to each his own!
I wanted to try/sample the matcha tea before I bought a whole drink, but i couldnt. So i ended up stuck with something i didnt like!I thought Starbucks would of been more accommodating....
The coffee was amazing as usual. This location was and always is quite busy. Be prepared to wait in line for your cup of joe. It is however worth the wait. Thank you Starbucks for making my day a bit brighter and making it easier to people. Lol. Keep up the good work
A friend and i went in. I ordered my coffee and she ordered hers. She got her coffee in like 3 minutes. Mine was taking a little longer. I then started noticing that everyone that was coming in 20 minutes after me were already recieving their coffees. I went up and asked if my mocha frappe is almost done or if theyre was any confusion. The ladies that ette making the drinks turned to me very annoyed looking and told me that its in the blender. It sat in the blender for another 5 min. I asked to cancel my order and they looked very angry. Except the young guy ay the register. He gave me a refund and gave me that drink for the inconvenience. I started drinking it and they gave me a watered down chocolate milk drink with almost no ice. So it was warm. I returned it and they remade it but asked me to try it first in front of everyone so they know its good. I felt i was being bullied. Hopefully that never happens again.
Just left Starbucks waited 20 minutes because they forgot about my drink then was told when they had no lemonade for my medicine ball I would’ve appreciated it if they would have told me when I ordered it. Then waited another ten minutes for them to make my drink.
Those baristas are extremely efficient. They dont waste any time getting your order prepared. I am amazed at how good they are at their jobs. No dilly dallying around. And the work area is a lot cleaner than the Starbucks I have gone to in Hemet.
This is a really nice Starbucks. They were nice and I didnt know that theres plugs under the table so you can charge your phone or laptop. The bathrooms are clean and has space. Theres also outside tables you can shoot at. Next to a lot of good stores to shop at as well.
Yeah theyre fast when you go inside. except now I can put my order in before I get there. so now I just order on my phone five minutes before I leave and its ready for me... Great I feel
Clean, friendly, and barista listened to my order without cutting me off (usually what happens). Drink was made correctly, just a little slow and wasnt busy when I went.
Unfortunately I was treated rudely. I was in the drive thru. This is not the usual experience at Starbucks so I will hope the young lady had a bad day. Still gave a tip. Hopefully next time will be better?!
I spend a grip of money there... I go 5 days a week... The one on 40th and Waterman can never, ever get my drink right... I decided I will not go there because getting a coffee drink should not be so stressful... For god sakes that is their job to customize drinks for you... Ive tried other Starbucks and the same thing is happening. I think Im just going to decide not to go there anymore. Im sure they could care less...
They help you with your order. Also, they remember your ordering habits (when you go often). More so, they have great conversations about you want to try.
I asked about Americano, but paid for cappuccino. And when the girl figured out that she did wrong she didnt even say sorry!
