Starbucks in Rye

Had to wait 10 extra minutes for drinks, which I didn’t mind because the store was full. However, how the employee brought that message across was very disrespectful, while on the other hand she brought that message across to others in a nicer way. Never coming back

This place is amazing, the ambiance makes you feel that your with the most intimate friends, all of the staff members are very friendly. 2 Thumbs and 2 Toes up.

As far as Starbucks goes very friendly staff. Efficient.

Plenty of room and tables to sit down

The staff are great but the manager is very disrespectful and rude. He took two customers before me (who were white and had just walked inand then gave me attitute for telling him that i wanted almond milk like i payed for. He then proceeded to double charge me and told me i would have to wait 2-3 business days for my money back. FULL DISCLOSURE THE BATHROOM IS DISGUSTING, i thought i was going to faint from the smell, also the toilet papers are all over the floor. My first and last time eating there!

This location is usually very busy. I just started working in the area and ran over at lunch time. The staff was friendly and service was fast. The store was clean and in order.

I love all of the people here they are are so sweet and so warm and friendly. This is a great place to get your morning coffee.

Manager/staff constantly turn off order ahead function on the app. At the time of this review it has been off for 3 days. Pure laziness! Worst Starbucks in this area!

Theres a girl who works here, who is NOT very pleasant! Dark haired, small framed girl. Everyone else here was amazing.....she was not.

Staff was good drinks were great, but what really caught my eye was the dying plants. So sad to see such beautiful plants go to waste.

The staff are amazing.They made a great iced shaken espresso.Just beware that this place is like if someone designed a rave for kids. There is no space to move, they are just hanging out everywhere, wilding, living their best adolescent lives ever!Be prepared!

Went there Saturday morning with a gift card my boss gave me. The app wasn’t working so I tried paying with the physical card, this high school barista glares at me and states how much the coffee cost. I simply asked if the card didn’t work since there should’ve been enough on there and she stayed “obviously not, again that will be $___”. I just thought this was rude since it was a simple question and no one was behind me in line waiting. I usually go to Starbucks as a treat to myself but never again will I go to this one with rude high schoolers think that what they say doesn’t matter.

Good staff. Pup always loves it when I can get him a Pupaccino!

This is a great Starbucks -- even though its a chain cafe, the staff are really warm and friendly, which gives it a local feel. The drinks are great, like most other Starbucks.

This was an exceptionally clean Starbucks in Rye, New York. The help was very attentive to requests and my drink was made absolutely perfect. Ive been to this particular location many times but today it was completely empty except for outgoing orders. The music that was playing in the background was way too high and drowning out even thinking and thats often a common downfall in Starbucks. When you enter a Starbucks it should be a pleasant atmosphere.. When music drowns out your thinking and the ability to talk to somebody then you know something is wrong. Regardless of my pet peves, this is a beautiful coffee shop to attend.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. The people that used to work there were friendly, fast and professional. Now every time I go in theyre just standing around talking. One person is working on drinks. Takes forever and they are rude when you ask if anyone is working on your drink or food when clearly you can see no one is because they’re standing around talking.

This Starbucks is located in a wonderful spot. It was not crowded when I visited, so that is a plus. The barista was great and is very fast in the bar, props to him!

I stopped in to this Starbucks coming from Massachusetts and I was impressed by the staff’s friendliness, speed and ability to get my espresso in my hands in minutes. There was a typical line of five or so customers so I knew it was going to be at least ten minutes before I was asked for my order. I was pleasantly surprised I was walking out with my espresso in five minutes. I was indeed impressed by the service of the barista and the cash clerk ability to get my name and order right. Bravo guys for a well oiled Starbucks establishment.

One of the better Starbucks in Westchester. Friendly staff, good speed, decent amount of seating. It’s difficult to review a Starbucks like this because it’s a cookie-cutter style, but don’t worry about walking into a place with disgruntled and lazy employees – these people work!

I work here and this place is great. Best Starbucks on the coast.Get a chorizo sandwich and some sriracha. Best combo imo.

Typical Starbucks. Staff was courteous and efficient. The tables and restrooms were clean and well maintained. The music was not overly loud or obtrusive.

Great atmosphere. But be prepared for a line. Staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help. Great with kids.

This location is actually great for service and atmosphere. They recently renovated and the place looks great. Service is always on point and friendly. Its a great spot to spend your lunch break with a friend. Theres a few other food options in the area if you only want coffee from Starbs. The only bad part is parking and driving. The streets are very congested and parking is impossible. A lot of the time, i would park by the school and just walk over.

Excellent Starbucks. Love making online orders to pick up here. The staff is the best, always enjoy going here.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is the friendliest at any Starbucks Ive ever been to. They made us effort to know us even though we almost always order online. They even took care of me when I inadvertently sent a drink to the wrong store. They are the best!
