Walked in with 15 min before closing because I was headed out of town and needed some extra help for the road. The staff was wonderful and acted like it was not a big deal that it was close to closing time.
Nice people working. They were out of something I wanted but were gracious about it. Food and drinks came in good time and tasted good.
Dude in the drive thru obviously wasnt listening. Drink came out all wrong. Didnt feel like expelling the energy and gas driving back to complain. When you spend 17.52 on 2 drinks you should expect them to come out as ordered. Will not return to this location. Not worth the headache recieved.
The team is really nice, never had a bad experience here, just Starbucks is so expensive.
The line for the drive-thru spills out onto Highway 7 even at times I would not expect the coffee shop to have a rush of customers. To this stores credit, the line moves quickly. The staff here are phenomenal. They work squeezing around each other behind the counter like choreography. Their customer service is top notch. It appears these coffee experts really do enjoy their job. Ive been to this location several times for complicated orders for three to 4 people (up to 10 customized items of drinks and food), and I can honestly say they have always delivered 100% accurate items.This feat is... mind-boggling to me; Given the multiple customization options available for each Starbucks menu item, I imagine the probability for every item accurately fulfilled to be very low.But no....the cold brew has light ice with oatmilk and 3 pumps of toffee nut syrup exactly as ordered.A few miles down Highway 7 at McDonalds, the Golden arches have gotten our order wrong so consistently, we joke that its the McDonalds surprise grab bag". Order a Diet Sprite? Good Luck! You may get a small fry, or BigMac...even a shake. Odds are that you will Not receive a Diet Sprite.I digress.[Insert slow clap here]Well done, Hwy 7 Blue Springs Stabucks employees. I normally do not go to the Starbucks and one of the staff members was very rude. I asked if she puts the reusable cup discount on my order proceeded to tell me yes and without doing it and then goes and slams my cups down. I know its only $0.10 but its the little thing.
Went in to get a decaf coffee. You can only get a decaf in a pourover? Nothing against this place, but if you like coffee you are in the wrong place. The exist for multi ingredient drinks. Some of which are "inspired" by coffee. If you go in after noon, there will only be 1 brewed coffee. Would you go to an restaurant that only served 1 dish? I guess I would if that one thing was amazing. But Pike Place is not amazing.
I ordered ahead and went inside because the line was really long. The people were nice and the coffee is good.
The workers here are so awesome! I get the same order every time and they always greet my dog
I’ve used this location from time to time, and have found experienced poor customer service. There are a few staff who are friendly, but management is lacking.

Took my daughter here for a lil reward after doing some volunteering this morning in LS. Were not coffee people but Ive had the white chocolate hot chocolate before at another location more convenient for us and LOVE it. So thats what we ordered, along with a piece of pumpkin bread, which is great by the way. As for the drinks, it took forever to make as the drive thru was being taken care of first. The white chocolate hot chocolate was horrible!!!!! Tasted like hot corn milk, no chocolate flavor at all, I thought maybe after it wasnt soo hot it might taste bit better. Thats a huge NO!. You ever try hot corn milk? Its horrible, definitely do not recommend.Erin was our cashier, said she was fairly new, she was the only one who greeted or spoke to us. The 2 drink makers, didnt interact with us. This box is checked, its a no for us. Sorry. Not sorry.

I think it is time to give up on Starbucks. The last five times I was at a Starbucks something was really screwed up. This location has the longest wait for a drink I have experienced anywhere. Drive through is prioritized over in store. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. When it arrived I looked for a napkin and could not find one. They have been out of napkins for over a week! They could have told me before I ordered. They have napkins at the grocery store. Why did the Manager of this store not go get them. Very disappointed in Starbucks. It was so good in the past.
This is the QUICKEST Starbucks drive thru Ive absolutely ever been through. The staff is always so nice and polite! They always make sure they hear the correct thing when ordering and apologize if they didnt hear you correctly. Certainly my favorite stop in the mornings!
I do not like coffee but for those that do well this is the Starbucks to come too.So clean and an array of sandwiches and other drinks besides coffee. The staff were very nice, funny and efficient.
My drink is pretty complicated… and they always figure it out on the first try… I can’t say that about every Starbucks. I don’t judge them, because I have a very “Karen” kind of drink. But they totally got it on the first try! KUDOS!
Good place to get coffee. Typical Starbucks. Has decent coffee, the best thing about Starbucks is that you know what you are getting. I certainly feel small, locally owned coffee shops are more exciting to go to, but some of them just can’t make a good cup of coffee. This place has a good menu, good food, quick lines. Clean shop. Good parking.
The slowest service I’ve ever experienced. None of our sandwiches were out together correctly and we waited 30 mins for a water.

I get very mixed experiences there. Some days theyre really nice, I can crack jokes with them & the coffee is great. Other days theyre rude, short & get my order wrong. For a place that didnt hire me when I applied they sure hire quite the mix of people. Sorry, that was rude, all Im saying is they can be pretty harsh with their customers at times. The coffee is very well made though, cant complain there. And the decorations inside are really nice too. I kinda with the seating was more tucked away and less like Im being put on display when I sit down. Again, these are all just personal preferences, I have nothing against Starbuck, possibly cause I may be getting a coffee addiction.
Lately at this location, they are out of things to make your drink. Today went for b day reward and again out of ingredients to make. Also, if you go after 10:00 AM out of breakfast items.
After going to all area stores this one made me stop spending my money at Starbucks. Used to go in a show them my phone with the ingredients for my Keto drink. The cashier would read the 4 , yep, a whopping four ingredients for my drink. And I would almost always start my order with, I would like a Grande. Then they would ask what size do you want! Then at almost EVERY store they would go rogue on me. The would ad lib the ingredients, they would not read the ingredients. Would literally get a different drink almost every time. One time they actually used half & half instead of heavy cream! When they were corrected they acted like they were mad that I asked to have a correct drink. Finally, after about a year, just bought the ingredients myself at the store and made the drink at home. Hope everybody does the same. For $5 dollars a drink, way cheaper doing it at home.
First visit at this Lees Summit Starbucks. Had Venti Cappacino and blueberry scone. Both were hot & tasty. Many workers and all very busy. Minus one star for lobby floor & bench not being cleaned to the usual Starbucks standard.
AH 👏MAY👏 ZING👏. This location has consistently fueled my Starbucks addiction since reopening back up after all the initial pandemic shutdowns. While various Starbucks locations around the LS area have repeatedly shutdown for days at a time, this Starbucks has managed to keep their location open the WHOLE TIME. The morning crew is on top of their game and always prep my order to perfection. Theyre mindful of their volume and customers in the morning and plan accordingly for mobile ordering (which a lot of Starbucks locations fail to turn off if they cant handleso hats off to this team. Keep kicking butt and a BIG thank you!
The employees are polite and the food great as usual BUT they are very slow. The only other complaint is how the traffic flows. No set direction for the line outside of the direct building lines.UPDATE: I upgraded them to a 5 bc I went inside today instead of waiting in the crazy long line. Those ladies were killing it. I have rarely seen a quicker nor more organized group of employees in any restaurant let alone a Starbucks. Well done ladies

This may be the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. On multiple occasions its taken 20-30 minutes to get our order. They are also regularly out of items like cold brew, black tea, dairy alternatives, and various foods items. I highly recommend going to one of the Starbucks on campus if you want Starbucks in Warrensburg. You may have to go in but youll be in and out much quicker and get what you want.
I really wanted to treat myself today and was looking forward to a yummy caramel macchiato. I couldn’t wait to gulp down a big sip. However, when I did...I got a disgusting surprise...the “caramel macchiato” tasted like black coffee mixed with dirty dish water. It seems there must be a lack of training at this Douglas location. Will not go back. Waste of money!
I’ve been really disappointed with the inconsistency on how the Starbucks on Douglas prepares a cappuccino. Too light, too heavy but never the same. I sure hope the training improves soon or will have to find another coffee shop with better customer service and more capable management and workers.

My wife really wanted a Pumpkin spice latte, after seeing a location to the East was closed, we drove over here, there was an excessive line in the drive thru. Soon finally arriving at the window the employee was really friendly. As far as the drink, I tasted it and didnt seem like much of a Pumpkin flavor to me.

This is the SLOWEST and RUDEST location I have ever been too. I drink Starbucks almost daily, and every time I go to this location it’s the worst. I sat in line for 30 min last week, and when I said something all the guy could say was “yeah we are busy”....but they weren’t that busy. Go to the 291 location !!! They are much more friendly and have a sense of urgency!
This is a redesigned SB and has all the basics. One issue I had was I made a mobile order, and the app reported it would be 1-4 minutes of prep (usually is when they are not busy). However, I arrived around 2 on a Friday, and went inside to pick up. It was about 20 minutes before my drink was ready. Obviously the staff do the best they can, but its frustrating the app reported a very short wait time.
4/19/19 My little sister and I took a trip to this Starbucks; shes a first timer. Upon arrival, the environment seemed a little abnormal. The workers were talking over the headset completely making jokes; ignoring the fact that we are customers. We tried to order the strawberry Acaí refresher, the worker (Melissa stated "umm NO, we are all out:" keep in mind this is the only drink I come here for. A male worker comes up to us and makes some suggestions (very helpful). Next, a customer walks in and lady who was helping us (Melissa), stops in the middle of our conversation and completely ignored/ avoided potential compensation for the inconvenience at the store level. We felt unwanted and mistreated! This is not the normal Starbucks experience, Ive ever experienced; most of the time the workers are nice and willing to help. THIS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AND FIXED!
Greg! Super welcoming and hospitable during all the chaos. I went during a busy time, he welcomed me warmly and got my order in fast. Super nice guy with a great smile. Keep it up!! The ladies in the back made me drink prompt and I was able to get in and out with no problem.
This is the most poorly redesigned, uncomfortable, impersonal Starbucks location weve ever been to. The layout is terrible. There is a lot of open, useless space, yet the tables are crammed together, theres no decent study area, no place for groups to converse, and the ambiance is terrible. Since the redesign this location is no longer relaxing or comfortable. Just an FYI- the staff are wonderful, though.
My kids and I love their coffee, tea and frappuccinos. I just wish it didnt cost so much. They could cut the cost of coffee in half and still make a huge profit.This location is so convenient when we are out shopping.
I just waited 10 min third in line in the drive through, still didn’t get my drink. I wound up leaving after sitting at the window for a while and the partner not acknowledging me. I know the car ahead of me only had one drink. Waited 4 min just at the ordering station alone before she took my order. This is my second long wait in a short line at a Starbucks in the last two days. I think it will be a while before I go back.
Listen here... I ordered a viente coffee with 3 shots of blonde espresso and heavy cream, not some unknown iced coffee, not 3 shots of espresso, not coffee with 1 shot and barely any cream...this is the worst coffee and service i have ever had. It was the young dark haired guy working this morning. I gave up trying to get my correct drink. I would love to have my money back, i would have asked while there, unfortunately i was too pissed to bother a 4th time.
Close to work so easy to stop at but this one is getting worse daily. Runs out of Pikes one trip then gets a mouthful grounds another.
This is better than your average Starbucks, mostly because of the staff. Always had a great experience with cheerful and even friendly interactions.Having said that, its still a Starbucks. You know what youre going to get - average coffee for high prices.

Wonderfully kind yet efficient staff. Good coffee, amazing interior décor. Homey feeling. Wish I lived in Lees Summit because of this place.
