Airside Retail Park, Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland, Swords
Seattle-based coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts, light bites and WiFi availability.
Plenty of seating in this one inside and out. Coffee is decent but the price will always let it down.
Had hot chocolate it was OK no marshmallows
Very friendly staff lots of room no one seating on top of you good coffee
Very busy not enough staff
Nice place, the caramel latte is the best
Very weak coffee for something thats meant to be an espresso, staff have zero interest in anything but yapping to each other, cafe itself was slightly grotty, empty tables were left uncleaned even though the place was far from busy.
Im Im not a good day at school for girls are in place in a
Hamzah en Chahine are making a smile on my face while making my coffee. Thaank you guys!
The cleaning less of bathroom should improve. The bathroom were not properly cleaned
Easy to access in Airside retail ,right next door to Smiths toy store
Overrated, overpriced coffee but hey thats Starbucks
Ridiculously overpriced coffee sandwiches are not freshly made and also overpriced and noisy atmosphere staff are like robots that hate their jobs, pretty sad on the positive side the place is clean and spacious.
Very good coffee tasted here
Grand spot for a coffee. And outdoor seating is perfect when bringing the dog :)
I had no problems at all, staffs were so friendly and communicative, store was clean and staffs energy was good and working hard and order delivered quicker than expected, no rush at all. It was a great experience have a morning coffee on a relax and beautiful environment, this becomes now my favorite stargazing store around Dublin.
Hot chocolate is lovely the coffee can be bitter sometimes good selection of things to snack on and good WiFi if you want to use it
Good coffe, good selections
Usual squirt some syrup or chocolate into a cup of hot water. I prefer brewed coffee.
Starbucks is fine. No better, no worse. Imagine having a cup of high price, pretty bland coffee in a noisy, warehouse-type structure, thats exactly what it is.
Very good but the one in dame Street tops it.
Coffee at the right temperature. Staff clean and sanitise table after customer. Happy to return to the shop for another cuppa.
Very relaxing atmosphere nice place to chill wit a coffee and pastry
Nice please. Just great to have no smoking area outside. Not everyone who sitting outside like smoke.
Ive had better, tables left unclean and coffee lukewarm.
I have to say there was a lovely guy in there ive met a couple of times he was always so kind to me. Very polite and always making sure all the customers get everything they need. Pity about the other staff there given dirty looks and smart in there mouth. Thank you Conal for your help 😊
Its Starbucks.. they do coffee and stuff! Always consistent.
Was served by a lovely guy called conal excellent customer service given and Conal couldn’t have done anymore to assist me he is very good at his job and will definitely be back
I came here Sunday 23rd at 11am and all the staff in this branch were exceptional. The shop was busy but they all handled the crowd in a very professional way and so very efficiently. They were also very friendly and kind and this went such a long way, it was much appreciated.
I find, no matter what branch of Starbucks you go to, the staff are always great 😁...and the coffee is always fantastic
The staff make you feel very welcome ☺ the place is very clean and easy access in and out of the store 😀 👌 👍
My favourite Starbucks location in Swords! So quick and accurate. (I cant tell you how many times I order a plain black iced tea and so many Starbucks locations charge me for lemonade and add lemonade - I have no idea why.My order has always been 100% accurate here, and their friendly team makes me look forward to future visits.
Indifferent staff. My coffee tasted like melted ice latte tasted of milk. Wont be back staff dont care to make any effort with drinks. The Starbucks in pavilions or malahide much better then the airside one
Nice outlet. Usually not too busy. Pleasant staff and fairly quick service. Recommended if you need a quick coffee, and/or treat to go.
The dirtest Starbucks I have ever encountered. The waitresses just pick up the dirty cups and never clean the tables. I watched customers clear the tables of dirty cups and plates and this happened over a 40 min period with multiple customers sitting at the same dirty tables Toilets are disgusting and there seems to be a fly problem inside the eating area.
Nice coffee obviously but since theyve introduced the new cash registers they cant get an order right. They take the order okay, repeat it correctly and even tell me when handing over the cups which is which but under the lid they always get one of the coffees wrong, always and were home before we see their mistake. Unfortunately Starbucks Ireland no longer respond to complaints.
For the price you pay, you expect it to be decent. I dont usually buy from Starbucks but I certainly wont ever again. Pain au Chocolat was definitely not fresh, had to pour the coffee out as it had a dirty water taste. Criminal for the price it all cost.
Not impressed. Yes they had a one way system in place but there was no one cleaning/sanitising tables. I happened to notice a station with antibacterial wipes and took some to wipe the table we sat at. But i can guarantee you that that table would not have been wiped before our use. They need to move the wipes station into a more obvious spot they werent in an obvious place. Therefore they are not being used. In my opinion Starbucks should dedicate a member of staff to clean the tables between customers. Very worrying in current Covid world.
The place was relatively clean however people were sitting on dirty tables, even though there was sanitising wipes not one person was cleaning the tables. The cleaning station was not as obvious and they got our order wrong as well. Cups were left on the tables and customers were cleaning away the cups them selves putting them in risk with the current virus situation.
Nice industrial feel to decor but place has lots of glass and many openings which make it cold rather than a cosy chat place. Smoke from smokers outside is coming in which for an asthmatic made it uncomfortable.
I like starbucks coffee, but this particular one is very bad, you cant taste the coffee in the cold drinks at all, its very week, and has a burnt texture to it. i always order a iced caramel machiatto and wasnt disappointed in any other stores , but this one is bad. also the staff, i know how tiring it is working as a barista and we dont know what could be going on in their personal lives, but giving dirty looks to customers isnt acceptable, yous sell very expensive coffee, that is actually poor quality and to top it up with unfriendly staff is not good experience, personally i will not be going back to the airside store.
Not a great layout inside although big.. too many doors
Good coffee shop but the toilets were atrociously dirty when I was here (and im not preciouswhich really puts me off an eating establishment. Im treating it as strike one and probably not the usual - but it would be strike two and never again with me to be honest.
Friendly staff and reasonably quick service. Good space for families with young kids, babies, buggies. Breastfeeding friendly. At busier times, the tables are not cleared quickly or properly wiped down. Marks lagerly deducted for the unisex toilet which frequently smell, has a wet floor, toilet roll paper on floor, etc.
Not in Starbucks often. Thought it pleasant enough if you like coffee and buns. Theres a code for the toilets and a bit of a queue. Spelt my name wrong on the cup. My young fella says they are famous for misspelt names. These are very minor grumbles.
I love coffee and to be honest I dont have favourite coffee houses I do know however bad coffee houses and there are some. I am not anti multinational nor do I dismiss smaller local coffee houses. I simply hate bad coffee be it espresso or filtered both are good but both can be horrendous.Stale filtered gives me migraines for example found mainly in hotels at breakfast. Starbucks are the good guys their coffee is excellent I love the cold filtered oh and when they get the Kenyan coffee in its just smooth as silk. I love the ambiance in Starbucks and Im a people watcher it dosent get better and to see kids pick up the skills of ordering their beverage of chocolate potential coffee drinkers of the future not the future binge drinkers if old. Coffee shops have helped change the social fabric of our society for the better our new churches one could say very much a melting pot for all members of our societies. To hear different languages is common and comforting to know that we have a bright future ahead of us. Just one suggestion I feel all coffee shops are missing out on yes it good to have Irish newspapers available but dont forget the new Irish who would like reminders and see whats going on a Polish Lithuanian Latvian and or Crotation newspaper would be nice and make us all feel park of a bigger Europe. Did I just get political? Ah sure maybe I did what of it.
For over two years this was one of my favorite Starbucks stores and had prevously rated it 4/5 stars, however things have really been let slip. While the staff are friendly at the counter they seem more interested in talking with each other than working.I can appreciate that its busier over the Christmas period but thats no excuse for the state of the place and let alone the bathroom. In the pictures Ive included the tray had been left sitting there on the vacant table for over an hour at least, where I was sitting there was the discarded packets of sugar from its last occupant and the bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned since earlier that day.
I ordered a frappuccino, no whip. Order came with whip. I just drank it though I didnt like the whip. The next day I ordered another frappuccino, twice I asked for no whip. It came with whip. When I asked for a new one as Id not asked for whip I got a snotty response from the staff member about scraping it off. I said Id rather a fresh one and he threw it into the sink and started to make a new one. It was 9.30 pm so its not like the place was busy. I wouldnt bother going there again.
The pastries are always good but for some reason I will never like their coffee. Even on petrol station it tastes better. But that is just mine opinion.
Filthy place, 3 staff on and only 6 people in the place and not one of them was bothered to sweep the floors, clean the tables or bother with the toilet. Maybe it was an off day but if its that dirty on the floor I dont want to think about what state the coffee machines are like.
Did not feel any welcome here, all the staffs have no smile, no thank you, no eye contact when speak to you. No matter the staff who takes order or who give you coffee also the same. Its not in busy hour but still do the service like this?!??
