Probably the worst Starbucks Ive ever been in. Garbages are overflowing, no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, and no milk for your coffe. When I asked for milk, the guy pulled out a 1 gallon jug and then poured it all over my hand when I put my drink on the counter. What a mess.
Listen, this is hands down the best costumer service in the game.Im from Seattle and Ive never had such a happy and positive experience at a starbucks. From David at the front counter to the batista. 10 out of 10.
Some days great, other days they couldnt care less if they get your order right. Some days you pay for extras and they dont add it, and other days, they make it better than expected, all depends on who is serving that day. Also, $5 a drink and them not giving you the points anymore really sucks. Then if you order food its more like $12 a person.
I waited for 30 mins to get 4 caramel frappachinos. People would come in after I had ordered and go out with their drinks before I did. Would not recommend coming to this Starbucks again.

I stopped in while traveling to Los Angeles. The baristas were very pleasant and kind! My iced white chocolate mocha with two extra shots was perfect. I really loved the pride month decor, as well. ❤️
My favorite Frappuccino is the Venti Ribbon crunch 1 extra caramel syrup pump
The staff here are the absolute friendliest! Two women, one of them Maria, helped us and both were so hospitable and welcoming!

This store has rude employees. They are never consistent. I order the same drink every time almost every week and every single time its made differently. My drink is always watery or has too much milk. They are always slow so Im not sure how they continue to mess up. My drinks are hit and miss and I wind up going to the other store in town to fix their mistake since Im heading towards to freeway for work and cannot turn around. Go to another store or hold up the line and sip your drinks before you leave because theyre never consistent nor do they read the instructions on your drinks or food item.
I do not know the baristas name but I came today around 6:15 pm she is so friendly and nice. I was having a really bad day and her super positive attitude always makes my days she is so sweet!!!
I made an order of 3 coffees, 1 glass of coffee came open and I burned everything, I went back to have the glass of coffee changed and a boy, Miguel, came out yelling at me and saying that he could not change it... very bad service.. never I got bad services
Staff here are super friendly and work efficiently to prepare your order. Highly recommend this Starbucks if you need a caffeine lift.
A normal, good, Starbucks experience!I just recently discovered that they have some good vegetarian food options, better than most of the fast food places, so even though I dont drink coffee, I am starting to frequent Starbucks.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience yesterday. I waited 20 mins, while 5 crew members scurried around, completed drive threw orders (which was fineand a TON of mobile orders while everyone IN the store just stood and waited. I ordered 2 venti hot coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 orders of mini vanilla scones. I was charged full price for two orders of mini vanilla scones (each an order of 3). I received 2 (totalmini scones and was told thats all I got and piping hot sandwiches (which was good). By the time I walked out the door with my order I had 2 cold breakfast sandwiches, two mini scones, one cold (terrible tastingcoffee, and one coffee the temperature of the sun (equally as terrible). I spent just over $25 and was TOTALLY disappointed. Im a long time Starbucks drinker. Next time I get a craving Ill just go outside and light $25 on fire and call it good.
Cups are getting cheaper and the kid handed me the cup and it went all over my truck and hand .also no sleeves .It was not his fault that it spilt on me and my truck.Starbucks should be careful when hot coffee lands on there custumers.I am local in Patterson so not good.
The staff tonight was the absolute sweetest. So close to closing yet they were beyond pleasant and happy to serve me. I got everything I needed to finish off my road trip strong. Definitely recommend!
Ordered ahead. Place seemed clean and staff were nice. Since this is off the 5 it’s nice but it’s some what tucked behind a few places.
Asked for cold coffee in a paper cup. "It comes in a paper cup," I was told confidently. Suppressing my disbelief, I waited. Eventually, plastic cup.Also no TP in the bathroom 😑
Have been to Starbucks many times and I always try cappuccino. This place is the first who made my drink worst. Was very strong than usual. I felt it as soon as I hold the drink. I told batista she and she told that, thats how cappuccino is.. I am not in mood to extend argument. I said, thanks to her and walked away. Never going to visit this place. Starbucks is always top in my list. Will visit did other branches..
Wow 👏 the girl working the drive thru window is outstanding her smile personality her ora. Sometime starbucks employees look and feel come out even if not trying to but this girl she gets 💯 from me.
I always get my starbucks from here, its been so good no matter what flavor or drink do you get from here it will be always awesome 😎
Worst place ever! Not only did they take forever, I saw an employee go into the restroom, notice that the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper and walled out to walk in the other one. That employee didn’t even replace the toilet paper!!! Plus didn’t even wash their hands when they went back to making drinks. Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I work for a coffee company (not Starbucks, thank goodnessand the cleanliness, friendliness, and just basic hygiene - out the window. Just please do better. I get that this location is at a rest stop but please act like you care that you work there.
I got out of my car and ordered inside. I was served fast ! Under 5 minutes. I ordered a caramel macchiato iced and a bagel with cream cheese, they were efficient!
Lady at the drive thru was super nice!! But our drinks keep shocking us! No, not surprising. Shocking! Like there’s electricity in our cups ⚡️. Only 2 out of 5 drinks are doing it. The iced mango passion fruit & the iced vanilla latte. We’re too scared to drink them lol it’s so weird!!!
The coffee was the best Ive had at any Starbucks Ive ever been to. I had a peppermint mocha, & it was amazing! Other Starbucks Ive been to make it way too sweet, but this one was perfect!
I would like to thank Jessica, who is the person that prepared my drink today, she did it with a lot of care and detail, she treated my food with dignity, she is very talented, it is the best Caramel Frappuccino I have had in 8 year of being your customer. Whenever I am headed to So Cal this is my pit stop for coffee. The line is usually out of the parking lot but the crew here keeps the line moving and makes a consistent flavor each cup. I mention this as I have issues with consistent flavor (either too strong/not stirred or enough pumps or too sweet/ too many pumps)at some locations in my city.
Bad experience here. The customers ahead of me and myself experienced attitude from the last who took out orders after we notified them they got our order wrong. Same response to each of us that we didnt say our order correctly.Please teach the staff to respond better to customers voicing their concern. Saying "you didnt say that!" to a customer after they got our order wrong and charged more than what was ordered is just very unprofessional.
Another great Starbucks experience. As a truck driver, its been hit and miss finding places that will allow you to order through the app and still get your order if you cant come through the drive thru. Starbucks so far is 100% in over 7 states. Havent had a single issue. Theyre super friendly and only too happy to bring my drinks out, or letting me walk up to the drive thru. Its super appreciated! And of course, my drinks are always made to perfection. Thanks!
I would have to give them a low score because of the lack of customer service. The workers wouldnt take the time to be courteous to people who are waiting on their purchase. The only response I got was "there are a lot of drinks". Thats too bad that customers are just a drink to you. Customers are the most important part.of the business.
They don’t sell popular items at this location. They only sell few selected coffee. Also there restroom is a mass. There was no toilet paper and when I requested for it they said they don’t have any toilet paper in the store and they cannot do anything about it. Looks like they are a little racist as 5 mins later a staff brings toilet paper when we were done using the restroom.
They took way too long to get me one cup of Americano Decaf. Customers with more added to their order and came after me recieved their orders first. There were four coffee prepares and one cashier with not many customers. The Starbucks in the Modesto Target has much quicker service.
Always overcrowded so I started to order through the app. They NEVER ONCE got my mobile order on time or correct and have an attitude when I ask them to fix it. Spoke to the on-duty supervisor and she pretty much brushed it off, not even a little apologetic and blamed it on new employees in training. But when youre paying almost $8.00 for ONE cup of coffee and expect it to be a certain way especially in route to work? Its just so inconvenient and inconsiderate considering they made the app to make it more convenient. Hopefully the other Starbucks in Patterson wont be as disappointing. But highly dont recommend.
I come daily. (Only coffee place in townI spend at least 20-25 minutes just to get one drink from drive thru. I’ve asked about why it’s always so long. And they are rude and say it’s always busy. I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks and I’ve seen way busier ones and I get my drink in half the time. They all look so mad! And don’t want to deal with a customer asking questions. For some reason I’m bothering their day. Via I’ve actually worked at a Starbucks back in 2011 and I’ve never dealt with people so mad at their jobs. Felt like I was at McDonald’s
The cleanliness was pretty shocking all things considered. Mid morning the bathroom was filthy. The entire floor inside the main area was pretty disgusting as well. It was not busy, but it took fifteen minutes to get our single drink with only one person in line in front of us. Clearly the drive through takes presidence over customers coming inside. Customer service was pleasant from the cashier but other than that. Wouldnt stop again.
I love Starbucks and have never ran into problems with it. However, today I went to Starbucks through the drive thru and was shocked to see the cashier touching a dog that was in the car in front of us. Another concern is that fact that their drinks don’t taste right. I ordered an iced Carmel macchiato and there was practically no Carmel in the drink. The staff was also quite rude. I’ve never ran into any problems with Starbucks however this visit was very subpar. Truly disappointed
I recently just had the nicest experience at Starbucks. I was driving home late for a family emergency and was greeted by Marlee who asked how I was doing. Marlee proceeded to ask if I would like a hug (which I gladly acceptedand was super empathetic to my situation. Coffee and snacks aside, this little encounter, the kind gesture that they took meant a lot. Fast food business is always so on-the-go no one ever stops to take a moment. I left with a chai and feeling better about the situation I was in. Thanks Marlee!
I ordered a trenta Passion Tea --no water added , no syrup, add Splenda, with light ice. I tasted it before I left Starbucks. Always a wise thing to do. The tea was spot on. My son ordered Peach tea--he told me it was great. This Starbucks has a drivethrough.UPDATE: 11-17-18: I stopped for coffee and got a cranberry Bliss bar, and to use the restroom. The bathroom was dirty, but the rest of the store was immaculate--see additional photos. My husband and I loved the coffee. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The place was busy and the atmosphere friendly. Since we travel this road frequently, Im sure we will return.
I had to wait 20 minutes for an iced tea even though place wasnt busy inside. It appears as if they focus more on the drive through at the expense of walk-in customer service.Also, after drinking my drink "in the store" and asking for the refill discount I was told that this location does not honor the refill discount for iced tea. They could only offer me a $0.10 cup discount off the full purchase price. (I had just got a $0.50 refill in Livermore earlier that day).Looks like I wont be spending at my local Starbucks anymore.
Boy was this store busy. The staff did what they could but I feel their good service starbucks is know for was sacrificed. They just didnt get the part about being sorry about how long it took to get the drinks. But it was right off the 5 freeway and one of the only Starbucks in the area...

Was not happy with my experience at this location. First had to wait ten minutes before someone finally came over to take the order then screwed up the drink had to drive back after I left. When I went back it to have them fix it the barista just remade the drink and offered nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. Could have at minimum sounded a little more sincere when apologizing instead of sounding like I was bothering her. Thumbs down.👎🏻
I almost always have a terrible experience with this Starbucks...often times my drinks are not hot properly or completely incorrect all together. Add this to the fact that inside and outside are not comfortable to sit in. I wish our Starbucks was more like the older stores that had more nice chairs and more like a coffee house instead of a fast food joint.
Stopped in on the way to my friends ranch, was my 1st time in. I got to say the interior is beautiful on the inside. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered a vanilla hot coffee (1st. Timeit was excellent and was not too sweet.Probably the best Starbucks I have been to. Too bad they are so far from home.
Ordered 2 drinks, made the first with in 2 minutes(super awesome), didnt start the second drink for about 10 min, watch as they picked up the second drink cup 3 times before switching to other orders that were after mine. On the 4th pickup of the cup my drink was made. It took all of a minute to make my second drink.
I live in Patterson and visit this Starbucks almost daily. The service when I first moved here 2 years ago was extremely slow both inside and the drive thru and my orders werent always the best but Im pretty easy going so I just kinda went with it. However recently theyve been on top of their game and I gotta say Im pleased and impressed so I had to leave a positive review on here. Tom is my favorite.
