Starbucks in Zürich (Kreis 2)

It is a Starbucks just like you expect it.You can study there with friend and colleague if necessary.

It was a beautiful café and I loved the service.

The best place to learn in Zurich except library :)

Beautiful little coffee shop, even though its a Starbucks it feels familiar and friendly unlike a lot of other shops of the same chain. I go there every day to get my morning coffee.

Perfect every time

I have used this Starbucks cafe a couple of times now. Not a surprise, same great coffee and selection of cakes and sandwiches.I’ve been happy with the customer service too. The queues don’t seem to build up, which is good.So far, I’ve ordered my stuff to go but there is plenty of seating. When I’ve popped in, there’s plenty of available seating.

This is more of a Healthier Starbucks in my eyes, but it was okay, and it was a great place in the heart of Zurich to talk business and build while watching everyone else around us live & do the same.... enjoy...Danke!

we know the "good" coffee from Starbucks, but it is also worth mentioning the cleanliness in the facilities, in general all the stores, the bathrooms are always with a very poor aspect of the cleanliness standards

The only reason that I gave 2 star is the super friendly staff here, they are really great. However, I took from this place 2 times but I see the coffee used is not the one I used to have it from other Starbucks for cold drinks.However, the hot drink was very good in the other side.

Good food. Baristas pleasant and spoke great English. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the wi-fi was only available for 10 minutes at a time, which you have to sign up for using your e-mail. It should be offered for more time, especially if you’re a frequent customer card holder who collects stars on the app. They should know from your e-mail that you’re a frequent customer. Every other Starbucks in Europe and the US I’ve been to offers unlimited time. Even if it’s restricted due to abuse with people just sitting and using the Internet, at least 1/2 hour minimum should be given. 10 minutes is ridiculous!

The Starbucks experience is, even though a bit pricey, always a good place to have a coffe and start your day. Welcoming staff, clean environment. Sometimes the freshness of desert especially later during the afternoon can be less appealing but overall a good choice.

Still dont understand how yall caucasians made Starbucks to a Trend. Overrated as hell. Who buys a normal coffee for 6+CHF, drink it as it was the fashion statement of the century, make a pic, throw the plastic cup away as if we didnt have enough in the ocean and call that a day? The Iced Teas/Lemonades are embarassing. Tastes like melted cheap ice cream. Probably just water with a bit sirop and 3 days old strawberries. The only drinks worth the price and hype are the christmas specials esp. The Gingerbread One. One thing i gotta hand Starbucks is that they are very generous when it comes to re-usable cups. Got 1CHF off my drink for bringing mine.Anything else im (notsorry yall white people in the streets with ur starbucks just make me question your existence.

Ordered a cappuccino with caramel syrup. Got a latte without syrup.

Best Starbucks in Zurich. Very nice people and they balance the taste really well in their coffee. This place always brings a smile on my face:)

Like all the Starbucks probably all around the world are but you know what to expect I have to say that I was a little bit disappointed where it was at the upper room it was kind of cold to the little truth. The coffee is a quality of Starbucks thats about it no more no less

I visited this Starbucks just for a coffee in the morning and I was not disappointed.Service was good and efficient and my vegan coffee was great too. Perhaps the only downside was the price.Positive experience overall and I will definitely go back.

I like the space very pretty but the amount of people that are there make it very cramped very easily... so I think it would need more space... bc mostly students go there, not surprising considering its very close to a lot of schools and thr uni, but they dont tend to have enough space. Mostly they have smaller table and to use them to study can be quite the challenge.

I was today early in the Café. I used to go often there an Ive never had problems before. But today the cashier ( I didnt see her name but she has brown hair and tattoos on her armwas terrible, she was super rude and aggressive. Ill never go there again.

Im not a regular so I didnt really know the covid guidelines and rules and the staff reacted quite rudely instead of calmly explaining what I did wrong

Dear Owner of starbucks central zurich. amazingly small space to sit and for my laptop you are providing nowadays ! Can this be any smaller ?? A great place to experience claustrophobia !

Typical Starbucks. Bad that you have to wait for free table long time due to Covid.Always hot coffe and good cakes :)

Perfect service. Super friendly and nice. I am here right now (23/10/2020 at 20:54and the cashier guy and bartender lady has impressed me with there welcome attitude and even give me a small shot of the new drink (pumkin somethingwhen I curious about the tatse. Even though its not my tatse but they still smile and making cute jokes and delivering great service. Just wanna say thanks to them even though I dont know there name

I was here with my family and both Emilie and Dario were super nice wit us, and with my son in particular. I think that I am going to come back just for the nice service.

Its really nice. I really like the Staff. Its very efficient. But what i dont like about it is that it gets really hard to find seats there in the morning and afternoon, i get it they are working with all the space the have but still

I really like Starbucks, the wide range of different drinks you can get, the ambience. Everything is just good. They have free wifi and you can even charge your phone while staying there. The servers are friendly and will answer all of your questions. Kinda expensive tho, but I mean you get an awesome experience, so Im willing to pay it.

Every time I went there it turned out to be by far the unfriendliest Starbucks in Zurich. Not worth a single Star. The lady working there last Saturday evening was probably the worst Starbucks employe Ive ever experienced.Yeaaaah I know you dont really wanna be here, I get it, youd rather be clubbing or doing your nails right.....

Conveniently located in a prime location.Non-exceptional coffee aroma albeit with exceptionally expensive prices. Coffee aroma is only slightly better than the ones from Migros coffee machine.Iced coffee is not prepared fresh but instead poured from a container of prepared coffee which tastes similar as the ones from grocery stores.Vacant seats with leftover wastes are not cleared even when there are no customers at the counter.

Better than before! They just rebuild the last floor and is much more comfortable and look much better!Recommend for a quick meeting.Music is a bit loud for calls.Location is superb, easy access from ETH and UNI and Tram are just passing nearby.

Always nice to visit Starbucks for a coffee, WiFi and ac-outlets when travelling :More Vegan options would make it ideal.

In my opinion, this is the best Starbucks in Zurich. It is in a prime location - near the lake, river, Old Town, Bahnhofstrasse, the train station, and the universities of Zurich. The staff is very friendly, and the building is very clean and interesting in the sense that it creates a positive atmosphere. A lot of students come here, so it is a very popular social place.

Not my first not even second choice for my afternoon cafe. From the other side if you are a student at ETH there is a big chance you and your colleagues are probably regular customers there:Kind of noisy and not really clean.

I was surprised in a bad way. All free tables were not clean and it took time to find a waitress to clean them. Also a toilet was disgusting. I am really disappointed.

Vegan pumpkin spice latte available but Starbucks drinks are too sweet and expensive,but appreciate getting more and more vegan options.

Great quality, friendly service, wide range and fair pricing for the center of Zürich. I managed to find a quiet spot to work for 3 hours, power supply at the back seats and no problem. Will definitely be back!

Coffee was great! I was able to work on my computer till late. The Wi-Fi kind of sucked, sometimes the connection was off, or the speed was really low. Also the bathroom for the ladies, theres only one, with only one toilet, so there was always a line. But on the positive note, I really enjoyed the coffee and the time I spent working on my computer. Cheers!

Okay Starbucks here is different venti iced latte is not venti its a grande and they ask you if you want an extra shot of espresso. Also it costs like $9

This is a standard Starbucks. When it started out it was one of the few non smoking shops and one of the places for a good coffee.Today that has worn off and there are better places to go to. Price value is no longer in parity.

Fast service, seating across three floors. Lots of coffee related artifacts against the walls. My favorite coffee place when in Zurich.

I bought an espresso, 4.90 USD/CHF. The coffee tasted burnt. The internet connection is slow and not stable and available to you for 1 hour only. The place is nice but the coffee and the internet is why I come here so 1 star.

Very good coffee and cakes, but not so gut wraps.

A central location, especially if youre headed to the ETH, but its also permanently crowded; at any time of day youll see tables that havent been cleared for a while. Also, they code-lock the restrooms which is an unnecessary annoyance. All in all, its worth walking past this Starbucks and finding the next.
