Very nice place

Excellent location inside Galeria Mall adjacent to PKP station. Plenty of seating and comfortable workspaces. Tea and coffee are standard and the service was good natured. Clean, busy, and food options are typical for the brand as are the prices.

The coffee quality is the best in Katowice. I really love this coffe.But service is really needs to be improved. Taking order of 5 customers for more than 12 minutes it really an issue. Why cant you put a Self checkout?

Hate this placeI am diabetic, I asked twice about sugar free vanilla syrup, but they gave me one with sugar. I had terrible doctor experience after. What is going on with them they even wrote incorrect product on cup.I get it that some people take sugar free syrups because of preference but some of us just have no other option.

If you look foreign and speak English, the staff wont even bother to ask for your name.The message theyre sending is "if you look different, we wont treat you like all our other customers!"The coffee is expensive and mediocre at best, the tables are absolutely filthy, and no one cares!Suffice it to say, I wont be coming back.

I love this place! It’s amazing inside! The decorations and vibes are awesome. Chairs are very comfortable and nice. People there are always smiling and helpful. You can get delicious coffee but also some nice cups, mugs, espresso capsules, coffee for coffee machine etc. sometimes it’s getting pretty busy but it’s alright.

I was surprised because I want to order strawberry Frappuccino they said sorry we are out of ice!!!!!

I am not a fan of Starbucks. But the coffee with caramel this time was good.

Have some nice combos, but does not offer much for vegetarian...very limited choices. Apart from it...tables are always dirty...you may be dont even want to sit at such dirty tables....not sure whom to ask to clean because staff was highly busy in taking orders...may be they should keep a cloth at the table so that customer should clean on their own,if they are really dying to have coffee there, before sitting on the table...and I think then they should give some discount to the customers in honor to clean the table....floor was dirty too...but its good that we dont need floor for eating otherwise we could grab some more discounts for cleaning the floor.

For Starbucks i think the prices are high but maybe its just for me

Ordered cappuccino and they didnt fill the cup as they should have. Cheaters. When asked, they said that its ok like this. Though it wasnt full even together with the foam. The atmosphere is nice but service 👎

It’s been so long I’m using Starbucks.but today I found something on my regular Americano coffee it’s look strange like plastic or some thing like that.

Despite it’s a place where customers drink fancy coffee, there is no toilet inside. So my my wife had to go inside of Galaria Katowicka. It was pretty hot inside of Starbucks therefore she left her jacket. At 21:00 stuff closed the door. I kindly asked Norbert to open the door for just a second because my wife was staying outside. Norbert rejected me twice and advised that she should enter from another door from the street where was pretty cold. Shame on you.P.s. And the stuff also allowed people to enter with their own coffee and cakes bought elsewhere to sit and eat. Patricia was kind and friendly)

Love Starbucks coffee. All fine and clean. Staff are friendly but way too slow. Awaiting time for coffee is really long, too long. Probably a proper training could help.

Fast and nice service, and right next to the train station! Perfect morning pit stop to get you to work. The pumpkin spice is perfect to me if you put an additional shot just to balance the sweetness.

Located in the mall, nearby tram stops and train ,bus station and in the heart of the city center.Just like a typical Starbucks,but service is quite slow.Employees speak English and are rather friendly.Place is clean but has no toilets, so you have to run around the mall to find one.Indoor,outdoor seating available.Wifi available.

Got my coffee faster than they kick out a brother

Generally this place reminds me a bit more of a waiting hall than a cafe, which is sad. It lacks that “homey” vibe that would make me want to stay there for hours. Some of the staff members should definitely consider smiling towards customers a little bit more, but maybe it’s just my thing that I’d rather be served by someone who at least seems like they’re happy. Coffee is good as usual, but overpriced for Polish standards. They make perfect sense when someone comes from other European country, but sadly, not here. All in all, I will be back here next time I’m in Katowice, but mostku for a takeaway coffee. Oh, and as someone else already mentioned, WiFi doesn’t work there. Ever.

Nice little shop to spend time. Ive been there 4 times in my one week holiday and the staff never disappoints eith their service.
