Stopped off on the way from the airport. Must say it was a handy stop off. Nice enough to make me want to go back. Problem was when I went back they wouldnt serve me at 10:30am unless I had a car. They wouldnt come to the door to explain (just loads of gesturingyou can imagine my confusion. I had to go to the drive through, they couldnt serve me there either I had to be in a car.. this is where they told me they were short staffed. So I asked around and I heard they have been like this for a while. People cant get served the normal way the numbers must be heavily in favour of drive through so they prioritize this. Lots of people walking in Shannon this would be a great little stop off if it wasnt so unreliable. They are evil corp after all, so its no surprise.

Not open to sit inside. Went somewhere else instead.

Closed even though three people working inside. Tried to order at the drive through window, but they don’t serve you anything unless you’re in a car. Great job for the environment. 🙄👍

Not really gone on their coffee, its only ok. The coffee is overrated and overpriced in my experience, theres better coffee locally and its cheaper by 1 euro plus.... definitely not worth the price, Shop cheaper guys , it might encourage them to get with reality and lower their prices, 🤣🤣like that will happen....

Today I called to drive thru in Drumgeely Shannon. I just want to say that Emmet had the most pleasant demeanour of anybody I have ever met. He is so understanding of the customer. He stands out. Starbucks are very lucky to have him. Thank you Emmet. You made my day with your pleasantness.

Very bad customer service. No interest in helping people. Unless you have a car won’t serve you wouldn’t give my little a drink cause we walked. Manger very rude.

Seems to close when they feel like it. Different hours every week.Standard /quality of coffee gone very poor.

Never open. Always closed. Despite written open on the internet. Staff is there yet not providing services. Not once or twice, the same thing going on since months. Pathetic

If you dont specify a size the automatic give you a large (grandesize and charge you for it. Thos is not right!! School an American thing to do!! They should ask what size you want .

Went in today for a coffee, 3 staff on not one person acknowledged me, eventually a girl said that they were closed, but the drive thru was open. I informed them that my van wouldnt fit in the drive thru , she said sorry they were closed, but I could order a coffee on the app and they would bring it out to me, so to get a coffee I needed to go outside download an app and order it. Im standing in front of them let me order a coffee and you can bring it out, sorry were closed she Said, I went to Costa coffee🖕

Drive thru Starbucks is handy. Got a lot of Christmas options now too. Not my cup of tea though shouldve stuck to my regular. Thinking the quality at Starbucks isnt what it should be for the price.

I am the truck driver you wouldnt survey coffee to cause i had no car to use drive in. Shame on you starbucks . I am sitting in shannon over 3 hours waiting to to get my load tipped and all I wanted was a coffee.

Just at starbucks in shannon. Walked down with wife and 3 kids. Sign on door, short staffed, order from app and wait at door. Tried that and app froze. Went to door and was not attended to. My child was crying, my other kids were very disappointed. I will never go to starbucks again as long as I live

Unfortunately it took over 30 minutes to get a coffee after ordering. Priority was given to the Drive-thru. This seems to be a common thing which leaves people inside standing for long periods. Today a woman complained prompting staff to ask is any one else was waiting. The 6 other people standing in front of the counter should have been her biggest clue.

Fine coffees & snacks,very well located, friendly welcoming staff.

Starbucks is pricey but can be a treat, today my husband picked up two pumpkin spice lattes at the drive thru, I dont mind paying €10+ for a treat BUT what he got was two half filled cups which were bland and lukewarm, zero froth... We wont go back

Walk-in not allowed after 5pm. Drive through allowed.. If you like little sweet in your drink, Ensure you inform during order in the drive through, otherwise it will be tasteless. Sugar wont dissolve if you want add it later in iced tea..

Close to the airport and the Shannon Industrial Estate. You can find all Starbucks products and enjoy your meal/coffee in the large room or on the outside terrace. However the service is a bit slow. Better to avoid if you are in a rush !

Update 2020: gave them the benefit of the doubt but I just can’t go here anymore. Somehow the team there just gets more and more rude as time goes on and I have really negative experience each time. They might make the best cup of coffee in Ireland, but it’s just not worth it. Go support a local coffee shop elsewhere.————————————————————————I’ve been back several times now and I can never seem to get my drink made correctly. My fault for leaving before checking that it’s right but, it just keeps happening — again this morning. So, I wouldn’t say to not go here, just make very sure you’re clear with what you want and that you double check it.

Starbucks Green tea & frappe are nice, But their coffee tasted burnt . I actually couldnt drink it.!I love a strong cup of coffee as much as the next person. But! Yuck!!

Starbucks is starbucks great coffee and friendly staff but plzs can the drive thru be sorted out, so annoying the menu is after the speaker can another one be put before so while in Q you can be picking out what u would like

Tried gettin a coffee here today. Seating closed due to coivid-19. Only drive thru open. Fair enough but as a truck driver my truck will obviously not fit through the drive thru. Tried explaining to the guy at the window and showed him my truck and would not serve me due to "health and safety".. the place was empty. I would have gladly stood elsewhere and waited but was refused. Small inconvenience but theres nowhere else around that I know of

A big disappointment sadly. Had a hot chocolate for take away. It was the worst Ive ever had, tasteless, watered down, absolutely not creamy whatsoever, very disappointing. I threw it out. I asked for whipped cream in it, didnt get that either. The ham and cheese panini was the only reason I gave two stars, that was okay. Everything is expensive on top of that. Never going back thats for sure.

Convenient location near the SNN airport, ideal for quick coffee meetings with colleagues and friends. Generally quiet, lower traffic commercial and industrial area but with attentive staff and great customer service.

Great Team, they opened the restaurant for us after working hours, late in the night. They let to use toilet for our kids. Excellent service towards customers!!! Keep it this way Lads!!

Food at airport is abysmal so told my kids we would stop at Starbucks instead. Checked the website and it was supposedly open, but no.....only the drive through is open before 8:00 am. So after parking and drudging through the rain to go inside, I had the barista shout out the window that I needed to go through the drive thru. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE

Starbucks at Shannon Airport is an amazing place for a coffee. Clean and beautiful premises, smiling staff at the tills , and most importantly a perfect cup of coffee.You might feel it bit costly if you Traveling from a different country but it’s worth every penny.So , if you around shannon Airport, must pop in for an amazing coffee experience.

The building itself is typical Starbucks. Staff are friendly. However, hot chocolate was tasteless and watery. Not the quality I would expect. Very disappointed as they are quite pricey.

Relaxing atmosphere with very pleasant staff. Outside seating as well as a spacious indoor tables, couches, and comfy chairs. Blueberry muffin was fresh and tasty.

Nice, spacious with excellent coffees. And when I was a new mom I searched for an alternative to a fast-food drive thru with no luck. Great addition to Shannon.

Lovely spacious interior and tables outside. Great staff. Had the iced latte....Delicious. Sandwich, wrap,cakes,buns...all reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
