After eating pizza and pasta for breakfast, lunch and dinner since arriving on Italy a week ago I was craving something more. I can honestly say the fried chicken wings and burgers were among the best weve had, well received by two oucky children as well. Its worth the wait, everything was made fresh to order, so crispy, so yum.

Very bad service. I was waiting for an hour for my order. I had to request the order when it has past 45 minutes, and they have nothing cooked. Not professional employes. I will never come back.

I took my son here and the guy working there spoke barely any English, forgot my salad, and took forever to take my order. The chicken tasted pretty good, so that is what brought this up to a 2 star. It took forever to come out and the lady cooking it had no gloves on. Just bare hands. Wouldn’t reccomend this place. Afterwards my son through up for the next 2 days. I am highly sure it was food poisoning from the lady. Poor 8 year old Timothy was just trying to have a good time in Italy. 🤮🍗🤦‍♂️

Honestly best fried chicken I’ve ever had it in my life. It is cooked to order so be prepared to wait a while for your food, but you won’t be disappointed. We ate here twice during our 5 day stay! So tasty.

Fried chicken in Florence? YES! Make sure to get there an hour before close as the Order is cooked fresh to order.Expect a wait, but it’s definitely worth it.

We ordered a standard menu for 20,50€ and were told it would be ready in 20-30min. In the end after waiting for 50min we asked and were told we should wait another 15-20min. The place was not even full. We just asked for our money back and left…

THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN THE WORLD! I’ve had fried chicken all over and this was cooked to perfection - perfectly seasoned and with the most delicious home made sauces. The staff are wonderful, attentive and very dedicated to their food.Highly recommend - a must do! I’m going back for seconds!

I have to agree with other reviews, this is not really a fast food, even though they make fast food style food. Staff is polite and accommodating, they take their time to cook but its really worth the wait. The prices are fair. Gravy is the best Ive ever tried before, much better than KFCs one or any other I tried in 4 years in UK. Good solution if you are craving fried chicken and want to save some money.

Maybe the best fried chicken I have eaten. This is not fast food...and it was worth the wait. The only American food I ate in over a month and if had to be only one I am glad this was it.

Delicious and well-priced fried chicken, fries and much more. Try the “bocconcini” chicken nuggets. They also make their own homemade sauces - Korean BBQ, honey mustard, BBQ, etc. Owners are very friendly too! Definitely a hidden gem.

If you are traveling in Florence, StarChicken is a place you must stop by! The food is delicious and always cooked fresh, for a good price too. The owners are an older traditional Italian couple who are the sweetest and most kind people you will meet in all of Florence. I went there several times while studying abroad and I loved it every single time! Seriously must go for a great lunch experience.

Amazing food! The order takes a while but they cook it up fresh. The chicken burger is perfectly juicy and flavourful and the batter on the fried chicken is perfect. A great change up from the overwhelming amount of pasta and pizza on our trip. For some travellers there is a bit of a language barrier but the staff are very friendly to get your order correct and make sure you are comfortable. Worth going out of your way for this gem.

This bistrot is near Santa Croce, it is managed directly by the owners. The dishes are all freshly prepared with large portions.

So, my friend and I love fried chicken. I live in the Southern United States (by way of the Pacific Northwestand she is Canadian. I have a good handle on what I believe delicious fried chicken to be, and if youre looking for freshly fried, crunchy, salty dark meat, this is your place. The six piece easily could feed three light eaters, but comfortably feed two (it comes with two sides and a two drinks, just not a beer).It can take a little while, since they make your food right there instead of frying a bunch, and waiting around for people to come buy it.They have several sauces to go with your chicken and salad and fries.Definitely go if youre a chicken connesiuer or a chicken novice. :)

This place is my favourite in Florence. I originally went for some fatty salty fried chicken to fill a hole in my life, but what I got was crispy freshly fried chicken. The staff are the most polite and kind staff Ive met here and part of the reason I go. The food is served with little plastic gloves so you can keep your hands clean. Its literally so good that this is the only review Ive left here. I love this place.

My first impression online was that it was just going to be a stereotypical American Fast food joint, however when you show up the waiters only speak Italian! Super friendly and easily the best fried chicken-in-Florence! They prepare the chicken right in front of you before they put it in the fryer so you know its fresh!

Absolutely delicious! We are here after needing something other than pasta or pizza and craving the tastes of back home. The chicken is literally breaded right in front of you before they put it in the deep fryer and it tastes phenomenal. Homemade sauces are excellent and prices are reasonable for the quality of product. Absolutely recommend if you need something salty and delicious!

The food here was excellent. All prepared to order so it was fresh. The woman at the cash was very nice and friendly. We were really tired of having crappy Italian food that didnt meet our expectations but this one hit it right on the ball. It reminded us of a Popeyes but realer and fresher. They have nice sauces to go with the chicken.

Good chicken and great staff. Only criticism I can offer is the sauces that came with the chicken. The coriander one was pretty tasty but the rest didnt blow my hair back. If Im hoeing into a bunch of fried chicken I just need me some good sauces.
