Nice park with plenty of different activities for kids.

Went to the skatepark with my daughter. Everything was nice, clean, and easily accessible. She played at the park after and had a blast.

Water park is perfect to refresh your self.

This place is great except for the fact that it is not open on holidays. So much for a family gathering. Is it so hard to change that fact? Skate park is a great mini workout if you can go early in the morning before the skateboarding guys start coming.This weekend was sad. I have never seen such a trashy park. Saturday morning graffiti. This morning junk all over the park from family gatherings. Kids toys, chairs and an absolute mess with trash. I will say this. I posted about the tagging and it was gone on my morning walk and the trash being picked up. THANK YOU Stanton for jump on this so fast.

Very cool play place for kids of all ages. Well kept grounds. Very safe playgrounds. Definitely a place I will be bringing my kids again. They loved it.

Best place to hang out with the kids in the area!The thing is there are only three picnic areas, theyre all reservable for $80-$100 fees per 5 hours! I wished there will be at least one available for free.

My grandkids and I have enjoyed Stanton Central Park for over 8 years. Its open till dusk and is secured otherwise. There are special events (Easter, July 4, etc.held annually. It boasts the following amenities:Skatepark, Tennis, Picnic Tables, Softball, Swing and Slide, and our favorite - Waterpark (summer).If you have a special event or day use. SCP ‘hands-down’ is one of the BEST city park in OC and it’s free.

Been out here a few times with my kids for some time at the park.Place isnt too old and has a lot to offer for the kids. They have a few options for toddler to teens to keep busy and for them to have fun doing what kids do. A kicker is that on summer time the have a water area for kids to play and have fun too.Whats cool is that they have a Community Center here and that helps keep the park clean and operational also.Parking is great with a good size and gated lot after operating hours.Bathrooms are clean for what it is as its a public park.Overall cool park and will be bringing my girls back in the future.

My kids love this park. Its big multiple playground structures. Its a gated park and gate entrances. Skate ⛸ park and basketball hoops. Tennis courts. Large grass area Baseball ⚾ field. And a trail around the park to walk and exercise equipment must come most recommended

Great place to walk, skate, exercise, play soccer, baseball, basketball, or Tennis.

1st time taking our 1 & a half yr old there. She loved it! There are different size rides for different ages so that was cool.

One of the best/nicest parks locally between Garden Grove and Stanton very restrictive with shelter rentals even when shelters are available and Barbque grills available for a price with shelter rentals and can not bring your own grill. Clean bathrooms with toilet paper and soap close to the playground.

It was fun and very good place to exercise play and run around and get wet near the water park right across from the park i have lots of fun there and i love it there.

Love love love this park!! It has everything you need for a great day. Clean restrooms, tennis courts, walking trails, multiple covered playgrounds ranging by age, covered picnic tables and grills, a water splash pad (not currently openswings and lots of beautiful greenery!

Good neighborhood park. It has a dirt trail for walking which i like. They have a community center, 4 tennis courts, basketball courts, children play areas, plenty of seating places, outdoor workout equipment, refreshments to buy, restrooms.

Stanton Central Park is a stupendous location to bring the kids if you are in the area, especially if they like trains. There is an interactive water play area (though closed right now due to Covid-19), however kids seemed to still love to play with the elements there, two playground areas (one smaller playground for little children, and the other main playground), a rope web course for climbing, four tennis courts, skate park, butterfly garden, sports field, and two half-basketball courts. Even though it was the weekend, there was plenty of parking. Restrooms are available near the community center and playground area. The biggest draw is the wonderfully designed train inspired playground where excited kids could play for hours. The playgrounds are a little spread out, and open, so keeping an eye on multiple children can be a little challenging. My kids simply enjoyed it, and couldn’t stop talking about it afterwards. Please note that BBQ grills, and moon bounce jumpers are not allowed, however dogs on leashes less than 6 feet are permitted. With so many appealing recreational activities, there is fun to be had for young and old. So, bring the whole family, create memories, and bond through wholesome recreation.

Great open park for families. Skateboard and bmx friendly. Great covered picnic areas and clean bathrooms. The staff at the community center are awesome. Great Workout area and jogging path.

Quiet place to go and cook some eggs off the grid.

We walk our dogs there daily. They are in a safe environment. The park is wonderful. I just dont always. bring my phone with me. Weve met many "park friends" thete. This is a wonderful park.

Nice place for parties and childrens play area. The play area makes it a very good spot for day parties or kids parties.The play area is really big, with a water jet area which would be fun in summer. The restrooms are well kept and the area is gated and clean.

Great park for kids of all ages. New state of the art play area for kids as well as a skate park for the older kids. Lots of parking, variety of picnic areas, and clean bathrooms.

Came all the way from Long Beach and it was so worth it! The splash pad is huge and varied. I only wish it wasnt cement underneath. Coverage provided by large sails above. Theres also some great play equipment for all ages. Nice, clean bathrooms. Great park all around!

One of the best splash pads in Orange County. It’s a big space and can accommodate many kids. I love the variety of water features from rain falls, water shooting out from the ground and from different animals, mini water slide, water guns, etc. It’s a great place to spend a couple hours with the kiddos, from the skate park area, playground, splash pads, your kids will love it!

Beautiful park . Plenty to do with family and friends many playgrounds for the kids baseball soccer Field walking trail skate park you name it. Even a splash pas in the summer.

Very clean and active park for kids and adults. It has a huge play ground and is very spacious. We brought our bikes here and the kids rode around the park. There is a tennis court and skate park too. I love the mini work out stations built for kids. Its similar to work out equipment like the elliptical where you do legs or stretching. Theres also a rock climbing jungle gym so if you have active kids they will love this park and be able to get some exercise done while having fun. There are restrooms and if you forget drinks there are vending machines stocked with water, soda, and snacks. Get out today, fly a kite and enjoy the weather.

Every one is welcome to walk around, play baseball/softball, soccer, football, etc on the grass. There is a playground for children and many tables for a picnic.

This park totally surprised for how nice it is and all of the different amenities for children and adults. Skate park, tennis and basketball courts, trails, splash pad, and massive playground features make this the perfect park to bring your family and spend some time outdoors. The park is secure with a fence all around. Definitely an asset for the Stanton-area community. Check out the park if you’re looking for a place to take your children and get them away from all of today’s electronics.

This place is waking distance from me and I love taking my dogs for walks along the path. Very aesthetically pleasing and clean. They have a cool little playground area and a lot of very nice bbq areas.

Great little skate park, nice and long walking paths, beautiful fields and lots of open space! And I almost forgot, lots of free parking!! Closes to early for me some days, but I get it.

This park is a nice clean area with enclosed field for sports , has tennis courts a skatepark and in the summer a water park. Its a great place to bring your kids. There are lots of places for barbecuing and lots of picnics bots on the other side of the park. Oh yes I forgot to mention theres also a basketball court! What more could you need!

Recently renovated park with large playground area. Large Wild West themed splash pad with locomotive water slide (ages 4-8 only), desert animals and "rock" arch. Has three playground areas, one for toddlers with small structure and baby swings, and two for ages 5 and up that continue the Wild West/railway theme. The playground and splash pad are under large shades, excellent for hot days. Large restrooms were reasonably clean on my visit on a busy Saturday. This park is adjacent to community center and hosts many events such as game night and astronomy meet-ups.

Very nice park, new and super clean. There is a staff person on site which was really cool because they can help with questions about events and activities at the park. We were there for a soccer tournament and the fields were very well kept. Theres a really nice, big playground for kids from age 2 to 12 to enjoy plus theres a really cool water area with machines that squirt out water and water also shoots out of the ground. Only negative is the parking, the lot is small and gets full fast. There is another lot located just south of the park and with a soccer tournament and other activities even that big lot got full. You cant park across the street in the housing tracts because its permit parking only. I was forced to park in the parking lot for the shopping center just up the street and risk getting towed. Luckily nothing happened. Lastly, very clean bathrooms!!

I frequently visit this park, its a favorite of my daughters for sure! Always clean, the landscaping is always well kept, and there is plenty of parking!Also plenty to do here for all ages, what I love is that kids have nice play structure (equipment is still fairly new), a "rock climbing" area, huge tire swing (can fit 7 kids), and a splash pad. Never disappointed!

What an amazing park! A water park during the summer, but quite lovely year round. Lots of tables, plenty of grassy areas, and cool playground equipment for all sized kids. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained even on a busy Saturday. Attendants were on site to empty trash bins and answer questions.

This park has a mini basketball court, skating rink, water area for the summer, three different playgrounds - depending on the age- grass area to play soccer, baseball and many benching areas. Ive seen picnics at this park as well as bigger events. You can take your kids to fly a kite throw a tantrum play with other kids or even work on homework... love the diversity! And also bathrooms are kept clean

It’s just a couple years old and they did a really nice job on it. Fitness trail, huge playground, swings, climbing structure, softball/soccer field, tennis courts, community center, gigantic splash pad with built in water guns during the summer, huge pavilions with grills and lots of tiny picnic tables. Nice amount of green space. There’s a skate park across the parking lot for the big kids too. All well maintained.

Park with a large green space and great equipment for both small children and bigger kids. There are rocks with ropes for climbing, a tennis court and a skate park. The splash pad is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The park has a walking trail and exercise equipment as well. There are 3 canopy and table areas with barbeques and sinks and a multipurpose room/kitchen that can be rented out for parties. All around best park in the area.

I have honestly never been to such a simpler yet so incredibly awesome park. From a large train shaped jungle gym to the little rock climbing area, it was all fun to watch my boys having a good time. I brought them here for the first time 2 months ago and they loved it! Upon arriving on our first visit we found out there is a water park area for little kids during the summer which my boys cannot wait to check out.

I love this new park! I was there for opening day and this place has kept up well on maintaining its facilities. Clean bathrooms and plenty of activities to do. Tennis, basketball, baseball, soccer/football? This park has gotem all. I mainly go for the playgrounds and the mini water park that turns on after 12pm.

Nice clean park with new clean restrooms for kids of all ages. Skate park attached. Tennis courts, softball field, picnic areas (some are rentalsand a water playground. Lots of fun for the family!

This pak is great. There are very nice parks around the area such as Harry Dotson but I love how Stanton central is open later than most, it closes at 9pm. It offers a huge play scape and a few other small playgrounds. It seems to accommodate a wide range of ages. Even teens come here to skateboard at the very well built skatepark. There are work out machines, a nice walking path that goes around the park, a basketball and tennis court. As well as a baseball and soccer field. A public restroom, meeting rooms and i believe a place to buy snacks.
