Stampede Restaurant & Bar in Auckland

Was there as a result of an invitation. Not the best food. You would have needed a saw to be able to cut my beef, didnt have it in the end. Delicious deserts though! Would not return there nor recommend the food. Service is good but thats not why you go to a restaurant.

Had the pleasure of having the venue host the GDA conference. Great assistance, very helpful staff and you really have to try their Depot1899 beer 🍻. Awesome.

Depot 1899 has all the things you need..It has ambience, They have parking, at very prime location , Huge variety if drinks and multiple cuisines...We were here for office party and it was greatly managed...Staff are so cooperative, Dance floor and music were great..They have great variety of Veg, Non veg foods, It also has an option of Open air and closed roof..Great place..

Quite expensive the prices. But the food is decent. I had the Flammkuchen Mediterranean. Was filled nicely.

Great service and excellent place for a large group of tourists. We had traditional Frankfurt cheese and Eggs, also enjoyed the Chicken in a cast iron with yogurt sauce

Ive been to that place several times, food/drinks were always good.Tonight, a member of the personnel was very rude to our group. It is not the first time that this person acts as if he was the boss of the world.Too bad for such a nice place to loose regular customers, especially in those difficult times...

Went here with some colleagues after work. Food was excellent, good German menu. I had schnitzel. Good selection of German wine too. Wonderful ambience and setting. Highly recommended.

Great service, with multiple servers checking in regularly. The schnitzel with green sauce was super tasty. A giant open patio for dining.. And they have big bembels of apfelwein! How could you go wrong?? Well be back for sure

Such a cool place. The unfiltered beer was very good and our waiter was super friendly. Definitely worth a visit when in Frankfurt.

Classy, nicely decorated place. Big open space with high ceiling and a modern urban vibe. Great breakfast buffet for a moderate price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Full bar located inside. Outside seating for nice warm days. Defiantly recommend it for groups.

Great ambiance! Definitely recommend to make a reservation before hand for large groups. Perfect to go have dinner and drinks with friends. Good food + price values. Around 20 Euros a normal dish. Staff very organized, friendly and motivated.

Been there for brunch. Nice ambience. All you can eat buffet. Food quality is average, nothing really outstanding. Coffee quality is quite disappointing.

Depot 1899 is a very good place. Service is great, food is good. Sadly, they sell one of Germanys worst (pilsener-my preferencebeers--Becks, and the menu options are a bit sparse. If they would expand their menu a bit and sell a better beer, this could easily be a five star restaurant.

Really stylish Restaurant with delicious food. Easy to reach via public transportation, parking space is a little limited. Big enough to also host large groups...

We came from Damtstadt directly. Clearly a nice place as a conference venue than any place in Damtstadt. So far the starter and the drinks are nice. Looking forward to the food.

Food was belove average, very dry. We waited an hour to give our order and then 45 minutes for the Food. We left bwfoee finishing the meal.Will not visit again.

I was there for a company dinner. It was an ok place, nothing dance but quite clean and can fit a lot of people. The food was just ok but we had a buffet so I dont know how the menu tastes. Drinks were very hardcore inn terms of alcohol content so you can make two out of each pour. Service was excellent, except at the end, apparently they get really annoyed if you stay at late hours, typical in Europe.

Good brunch buffet, service a little slow but not the worse. Overall ok, will try it again for a lunch or dinner. Hope service will be better next time around.

Nice Restaurant, they have old traditional beer, I havent tried, but I heard from others that its good. Its very old place in Frankfurt from 1899, its was Depot, now it is Restaurant. Food is also tasty and price is ok ok, little expensive. Also good for party behind, they have small place inside the Restaurant.

Food quality was ok, not excellent.But it fits for all and definitely a place for a group of friends or family. every one will be happy.

Nice. Big. Me and my group had special menu so difficult to comment on the normal. But starter, main dish and dessert was good. Beer was good. Good place for big groups.

The location and the place is very nice. Staff is rather attentive and friendly. I have to give 3 stars as the schnitzel with green sauce was not to my liking. Hopefully just an unlucky day for the chef, as the schnitzel was very dry, not spiced up enough and generally not as good as I would have normally liked.

Good brunch place, especially on a sunny day with it’s outside seating. Grab a fresh juice, bottomless coffee, or a delicious apfelwein. Also the waffles are out of this world with vanilla sauce.

Very popular for Sunday brunch. Wide selection of good dishes. Large dining hall can make conversation a bit difficult when crowded. Otherwise pleasant in every way. We go there often.

You cannot miss this old warehouse turned classy looking restaurant. The ambience is friendly, waitress and waiters are pleasant and friendly. Good food, better alcohol, sometimes have to wait for a table. A must visit for group dinner. Try the Frankfurter Schnitzel, its delicious.

I was here for brunch. I think it was ok especially for big groups. This is a huge place. But for people being used to nice hotel breakfast, dont expect too much. But coffee and tee included and green sauce as well. The location is nice but I think it is too expensive compared to what is offered.

If you like German food, go on, help yourself. But as a French (I mean tacky and snobyou better pass... Oh and by the way gravy does not go well with chicken. But (there is a butthe place is kinda nice despite some bad choices, and the people working here are pretty nice. So hey "when in Rome..."

I ordered a salad whici was tasty and plentiful. Both the food and the drinks were delivered quite fast. The location is nice, the road near the Depot is not that crowded. The waiter was quite distant.

Very nice local food and microbrewed beer. We have been there with a group of over 30 and the service was not really equipped for such a big group but they were able to manage it and we received a very good service on all three tables but at different times. They also offer a taxi call service which was very quick

Good food and good Cocktails in a good environment. Might be more crowded in the summer. Unfortunately the Service was not the fastest with only five tables

A good all day restaurant in a very beautiful old restored building. I loved the schnitzel with mushrooms.big portions , ask for potatoes from oven and side dish salad. Its full meal.

The food was okeish but not delightful if I an put it this way. We were with a large group though so it might not be objective for the restaurant as a whole.

Really nice restaurant with tons of space. The place is really enormous, so not finding some spot is really rare (mainly on private functionsand I would recommend it for hosting events with larger groups of people. Serving is really fast and efficient. The food menu is a bit limited, but the cocktails are a real highlight (both in quantity and quality).

Ok food and service. Has brunch on Sundays and holidays, all you can eat for 16 euros with a selection of breads and fruit. Nice apple juice. Music should improve. A standard commercial place good for large groups.

Disgusting! I was passing by this Restaurant for years and finally entered today. The design is pretty nice but the service is unfriendly and the food is just awful. We paid around 40.- per person and this was far most the worst dinner i ever had. Probably ok for a beer but mind the menu!

Friendly service and good food. Good drinks, especially the beer. Dont let the business crowd scare you off, the prices are a little high but the food is good and its a stones throw from all those places you can spend your remaining dough on beer and shots.

The location and atmosphere is really awesome! The food is tasty and the staff is friendly.However, you have to wait some time to get your food which is worthy but just a bit too long. Tried it three times. Hence, one star less.
