Horrible customer service by the tall lady with pony tail.She acts like she should be queen or something

AMAZING!!

The taste is good, but the pancakes are a bit raw in the middle, they need a longer time to be completely cooked!

There was a time when the chocolate covered the pancakes. It has reduced by half. Mine were at bluewater in Kent.

Very rude customer service. Person was also cleaning up and didn’t change gloves or clean hands before serving the pancakes.

Great food. My favourite is banana, strawberry and nutella.

The staff member that served us had no customer service skills at all. The option of butter on the poffertjes was not available, this is the traditional method of serving them in Holland, how hard can it be to get butter. Will not be going back to this kiosk.

Pancakes tasted amazing, and so did slush lady who served had 0 customer service skills.

Some of the staff are nice, but the manger its self is very rude and threats her staff the work place is very unorganized. Most of the staff are just rude over all. The work environment there is very toxic

Been buying my daughter slush puppies from here ages but recently she didnt finish it and what I found is horrific! Slimey black stuff floating around in it!!

Was urged by security to do this review as they even noticed that the staff were so unprofessional, they even called the security guard names whilst he walked away, we came back for a refund me and my significant other as the dough of the pancakes were baked and so we felt that we either get a refund or a replacement but we got a smirk from the manager and a no to our proposal.

The staff (a ladywas highly unprofessional, smirking and refusing to serve me as it was 9pm by 2 minutes. I had been standing in the queue waiting and she had served 2 girls in front of me.She then served the man behind me cutting him fresh strawberries and everything. She simply smirked at me and then laughed to her colleague as I told my crying 5 year old we wasnt allowed any.Disgusting attitude and customer service. Not that much will be done about it I doubt.

Everytime we visit we have to get our Dutch pancakes with nutella.

These pancakes are made fresh in front of you. Had the melted nutella topping but there are lots of toppings to choose from including fruit. If you need a quick dessert this is a good place.

Visited Stacked Dutch Pancake and was refused a refund due a No refund policy The food being supplied on this occasion was of sub standard quality. I have escalated this with the Police and Trading Standards. I have contacted the Director Kane Harrison to no avail, Be aware - Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am entitled to a full refund, on the basis of failing to supply an acceptable standard of food or as described.- Consumers legal rights cannot be taken away or restricted, and any attempt by a trader to do so by reference to a no refund policy is therefore unenforceable.Under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 it is also a criminal offence to mislead a consumer about their legal rights.

Quite unusual for pancakes as they are not usually this small but great idea considering its more a pancake for when youre on the go so theres no need to cut them up good size to just pop in your mouth. Enjoyed a strawberry and white chocolate variant which I enjoyed very much although I did find the pancakes to be a tad undercooked hence the 4 star rating

The staffs on duty at 4:20 PM on thursday the 10th treated myself and my 6 children very poorly, to think that the manager walked in and treated us even more worse is very dissappointing. We still cant get over the appalling behaviour of these 4 staffs of stacked Dutch pancakes Bluewater branch

Great size portions, ran out if slushies due to hot weather hence only 3 stars, as well as some staff need to smile.

Loved it! You get a generous amount of topping on top of light pancakes. We had 15 each, but felt quite full at the end. The slushy is lovely and refreshing too. I had the mango flavour.

Brilliant pancakes. Walking around Bluewater, eating these is so good. The toppings make it extra tasty too 😀
