St. Michael's Roman Catholic Cathedral in Tiruppur

Amazing amazing renovations and art! Took my breath away because last time it was being worked on and I never imagined it could be this beautiful. Went to daily morning mass and it was lovely and solemn, no long homily (no homily at allwhich was ok by me because I don’t know Tamil 🤷‍♂️

Keeping religious aspects aside! Just appreciating the construction of this cathedral 👏🏻. The sound of the choir and prayers that echo the walls of this cathedral gives positive vibes. The statutes and art are pure reminiscent of my imagination on Dan Brown’s novels.! My fav spot is the adoration chapel where the soul connects!

This is one of the oldest churches in India built in 1867.The church renovated into very beautiful place when compared to old church it looks huge with beautiful statues.The church have week day masses and Sunday masses.Here you have an adoration hall which open in day times.

Here you can talk to God without any disturbance, because there is a sense of calmness inside the church. It is a cathedral church with beautiful architecture.

One of the best Churches in the town. Amazingly constructed with a specious atmosphere. I visited for a wedding and loved this church a lot.Its a feel good place😊.

The architect is mind-blowing. It is at the heart of the city ( Townhall ). St.Michaels school is situated next to the church. Close to Bus stand, Railway station and a Max showroom is closerby.For other service Timing, refer the church website

Coimbatore is a city with very limited Roman catholic Churches.But St.Michaels church is very grand and beautiful which cant be seen in any part of India. Mass experience is superb.

One of my favourite church, interior will be so good.

I visited on a sunday noon. On sundays,the church gates are closed by 12 PM and the adoration chapel closes by 1 PM. Plan accordingly.A calm place amidst the hustles and bustles of the city. Nice place to spend some time with Almighty.

Coimbatores biggest church, michaels church, most religious place, around coimbatore only here we get the catholic marriage certificate.Will conduct mass daily evening 6.30pm and sundays moring.

Church with Retreat Center te parish priest calls this is a retreat house and best place to be here. Everything is available here both material world and Spiritual world.

Very peaseful and attractive place . In front of the church they arranged a big and beautiful garden.Very nice to watch overall the church and compounds.Listening the bell Rings sound is superb ✌️Im updated the bell driving in the evening sound and vibes. One of the Beautiful catholic church at coimbatore. The altar looks just amazing. Ample parking space, a mini hall to conduct ceremonies, schools are added advantages. Its on the main road easily visible.. And at proximity to railway station.

If you are in the neighborhood please stop by just to experience the grandeur and architecture. Irrespective of the religion. This place almost made me forget that Im in India, being the world traveler I am it took me atleast a couple minutes to realize Im in india when I stepped out. A beautiful and a true cathedral !!! One of the best Catholic Churches in Tamil Nadu. One can really appreciate the level of hardwork and money put into this piece of architectural gem. Lovely designs all around the church. Interior looks super luxurious and rich, that you cannot leave the place without taking some photographs. Has a shop outside attached to the church which ironically didnt have any St. Michael statues when we wanted one. Car parking available inside. A must go church if youre a Catholic.

A nice place to be. A quiet and a beautiful place to get some inner peace. The softer of the church is really mesmerizing. Can sit a whole day just glaring at the alter.

Wow. What a church!! We are lucky to visit, it was a oldest historic place but it was renovated very recently.. It has a very huge beautiful appearance.. It is one of the place to visit in coimbatore.. Rather than a religious place, it has its own special history.. Its in the centre of city as well as it has shops, petrol bunks nearby. This church is well known for its near by schools and its huge building style

Holy place & nice church building structure

This is the main diocese church for all catholic churches in Coimbatore. Church is really awesome and if you are in Coimbatore never try to miss this Church. Parking is also available. Enough space is available and the Church can accommodate minimum 1000 peoples inside the Church. View and construction wise the church is tremendous no words to explain. There are only few church where you can find like this or else you will find in other countries. Come and be blessed ⛪⛪

Newly built Cathedral in Coimbatore. They have tried to resemble as much as the old church as possible. The atmosphere is so welcoming and peaceful. The golden color in the walls makes the place look so rich and is a delight to the eyes as well. You will forget your on earth and feel the presence of God once you enter. Best experience

A beautiful place where we can worship in a quiet ambience.. makes our heart and mind so peaceful. Has a big car parking area and a huge crowd for the kids to play with so many huge trees. The new church with no pillars is really an amazing thing and gives a complete view of the church. Each work done is really brilliant and makes us more interested in seeing each and every thing inside and outside the church. The sliding entrance makes it easier for the elderly people as well as the kids to climb easily..

The new structure has replaced the age old church.Even though the outer structure is not Gothic in appearance,the Interior designing and lighting is spectacular. The old alter dome is still preserved and is part of the new church.Definetely a must visit when in Coimbatore.Usually when the mass is over, the mobile phones are out and its all selifies and clicks everywhere.They should restrict the use of phones inside.
