If you’ve never experienced a high end luxury hotel as this, Mexico City St Regis is a must! The service is 10x better than any hotel in the US. If you can catch at a decent price (for you), I’d say book it! It’ll be worth it. Everything is luxurious even down to the little details and complimentary items.
Went for breakfast, a very upscale hotel with armed security for but still warm atmosphere and friendly staff.
During the F1 race weekend, the teams stayed here. Meals are delicious and the staff service is excellent.
Stayed here for three night for my moms birthday. Ivan is the best and the staff at Diana restaurant were attentive. Bellman are also awesome. I do not have the names but every time I got off the car or left hotel, they greeted us with big smiles. Love it.
Ambassador review: I had a truly memorable experience at this lovely property, which I can attribute entirely to the amazing staff here, most notably the incredible butler team, and especially Ivan. Thank you for the incredible welcome to your property and the nonstop, top tier service! The interior spaces are gorgeous, the food is top notch, and the room was an oasis within the bustling neighborhood. I worked remote from my room for the week and it was an extremely comfortable experience. I cant wait to visit again soon. Thanks again for the memories!
Had lunch in restaurant on the third floor. It’s a wonderful experience to dine there in luxury with top notch service. We had the avocado pizza which sounds weird but was actually very good. The pizza was somewhat reasonably priced for the comfort of the restaurant but if you get a glass of wine ask for the price first. We ordered 3 glasses of Cabernet and when I got the bill they were 570 pesos ($35each. Nevertheless a beautiful experience.
this crazy footage from the 7.6 earthquake that struck Mexico on September 19th 😱Our thoughts and prayers for those affected by this event ❤️🙏📍Mexico City 🇲🇽#wondermore
fabulous meals...delicious! service is top notch...the view is beautiful w a cool breeze...lovely building w a great downtown location...pricey but worth every pesos!!
what i liked: location on reforma was very good. room was very nice and comfortable. bathroom has shower and bath, big mirrors everywhere. view was great. juice and coffee is good. gym is great. the staff is friendly and helpful. a lot of security.what i didnt like: the lobby area isnt very socially accommodating. in the room there was no place to store luggage. lighting was dark. service knocked way too many times. food is outrageously priced at least 3x´s more than normal and is average tasting. pool is small, not for swimming, if there are other people its just for standing. if there is a couple in the whirpool, forget it. not totally perfect, had to call about running toilet and holes in the bedding linen, but was fixed right away.would go back.
Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. They compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! Youre welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in this area. Ive been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it Im sure!Service was A+ and incredibly friendly, we felt like we were at a home away from home. The Sunday brunch was a slight let-down for the price- I expected more higher-end offerings but the live-violinist was a nice touch.
Amazing hotel: room was super clean, comfortable, service was wonderful, breakfast was amazing, location is super convenient, staff is super friendly. Can’t recommend enough, would definitely go back!
Beautiful hotel! Great location! Amazing staff. Large breakfast.I fully enjoyed my stay here. Great status recognition also.Special thanks to my butler Ivan, it is because of people like u that make peoples vacation amazing. Thank you! I will see u again in future when i return to the hotel.
Saint Regis clearly know the definition of excellence. We had a great time in everyone of the hotel’s spaces during our stay. The staff in the breakfast room went well beyond pleasing our requests EVERY day and finished it up with a chocolate banana mouse as a farewell gift .We called butler service in the middle of the night when the lights in the room started to flicker and in less than 2 min. the problem was solved … fast, cordial and affective service . Certainly it made our visit to CDMX one to be remembered forever!!! Gracias a Ruben, Jacobo, Martin and the Chef y Maitre del salón del desayuno por hacernos sentir especiales !
Great location, food and drinks. The service is outstanding per usual. Really enjoyed the location of the hotel though! Nice gym and pool
My family and I went to the terrace for the tea service. This was my second time doing the same service. I love how accommodating they are. I asked for a vegan tea service and they delivered with the most delicious food.
Service was A+ and incredibly friendly, we felt like we were at a home away from home. The Sunday brunch was a slight let-down for the price- I expected more higher-end offerings but the live-violinist was a nice touch.
I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It took a little bit to get my room prepared, but once in no other issues and a few daily surprises. If go back when visiting CDMX.
We had a really fantastic stay at the St. Regis in Mexico City in early January. The staff was extremely professional and the service was excellent. We appreciated the entire concierge staff who was able to take care of the multiple requests we made including getting a tuxedo on very short notice and returning it for us without difficulty. They made excellent restaurant recommendations too. We did in-room dining several times and it was fantastic and consistent. We know that in-room dining and laundry service are two usually weaker points for hotels but they did an absolutely fantastic job with both. The best word to describe the experience is luxurious and professional. Lots of really thoughtful details in the room, housekeeping was super on-top of our room both in the morning and for turn down. We’d absolutely stay again.
