A picturesque park offering a quiet place to sit or stroll, right alongside the tranquil waters of the city harbour.
A beautiful church surrounding by a lovely scenic park.
A lovely park and area to relax in
Interesting ruins set in the middle of a park. Only downside is drug users in the surrounding area.
Heartbreaking place, great piece of a historic city and a place to stay for a while....to consider that we are dust in the wind...
Beautiful church from Bristol city centre
Evocative ruin of a blitzed church. Also plaques to the lost citizens of Bristol in the wartime years.
Really nice spot, I like to take my lunch there as I work nearby

Amazing place with this church ruin. Too bad that the inside area cannot be visit.
Lovely old church. I went in one day to clear my head and get out of the rain and away from the noise. It was so calming.
Amazing place!! It was so interesting 😊😊
Theres a new well with a glass walk way which is really cool
amazing looking church
Has a grassy bank over looking the river! Grab some food from st.nicks market and stroll around the corner for a little picnick.
Quiet and peaceful place to visit and have a real discussion with yourself ®️
Central location. Good place to relax and unwind. Good for PokemonGo players as well.
Great architecture but has a really strong Christian theme to the decor with lots of crosses / pictures of Jesus E.T.C. found this a bit off putting tbh. Some more soft furnishings and mellow tones would really set the space off and make it more accessible. The furniture situation generally was very rigid with all the seats looking quite uncomfortable and overly uniform. Who ever came up with the seating plan needs to relax and realise that maximising seats doesnt necessarily make for a good ambience.
Lovely Park with a view
Amazing place to see. Very beautiful surroundings. We took the ferry over which was nice as well. Really cool to see such an old building!
Used to be the best place to catch Pikachu on Pokemon Go...
Pretty ruin of a church located in beautiful castle park. It doesnt stand out but its nice addition with plenty of flowers surrounding it, also it is nice place to sit down and relax even though you are right next to The Galleries and Cabbot Circus.
Grade II listed, originally built in the 15th century this bombed out ruin is maintained as a memorial to the Bristol Blitz.
Magical place, with charm. Beautiful gardens and a spectacular sculpture! Around there is a park where you can enjoy outdoor activities! We love coming with the family !!
If you visit Bristol dont forget to visit this magical place. I love it!
Great piece of Bristol history. In the middle of a bustling park
Interesting History right in the centre of Bristol city.
Honestly an amazing park, get to the top and stand by the tower and prepare yourself for a great view! The park itself has alot too offer with just beautiful green scenery.
Nice WWII bombed out church, with a public park surrounding. Really good location in the center of town
Nice old church from the outside. You cannot enter it. Nice surrounding gardens.
This landmark is situated in a beautiful park which is great to chill in for a bit and take in the city vibes. The old church its self is facinating. Its just a shame you cant go inside!!!
A lovely park with a ruined church (bombed during World War II and now inaccesibleat its centre, close to local shopping and on the waterfront. An excellent spot for a rest or a picnic lunch, with plenty of grass and benches as well as a small pavilion in front of the church.
Nice spot to take pictures of. I ate my lunch right by the benches overlooking it.
Its ok and worth going to if your in the area but dont go out of your way.
Perfect place to see some of the damage from WW2. There are still visible marks of the war present.
It is a gorgeous place for outsite activity. The Castle itself is beautiful.
Nice ruins in a pretty garden, within a large park.
Perfect place to sit and eat a sandwich and soak up some sunshine

Pretty ruins with hidden garden around the front.
somewhat overshadowed by the beauitful park surrounding it but at the same time makes the park feel very iconic and full.
Its a nice green space and great for picnics and outdoor games. Lovely gardens behind the church. Also you will find pokemon hunters here.
Grab a pitta from Eat a Pitta in St Nics market and sit on grass near here. Really pleasant in the sunshine
Amazing place to visit while taking in the sights of Bristol. A must see.
Kewl ruins but often surrounded by hobos whose charm varies
St. Peters church is a ruined church in Bristols Castle Park. Castle Park used to be the city centre and the area was a dense network of narrow streets and lanes. On the 24 November 1940 the area was heavily bombed by the luftwaffe and was largely never rebuilt. It served as a carpark for a short whole until the area became a park during the 1960s the remains of two bombed out churches still stand in the park, the other is St. Mary le Port. St. Peters was built on the site of Bristol Castle and was the scene of a notable exorcism in the 18th century.
