Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff!! All seem to know the champagne stocked and items available on the menu, which makes for a fantastic experience. Clarissa was kind enough to take the time to make some excellent recommendations to us, more than once :DThank you we will definitely visit again!

Update: October 8. Im so happy to report that KEVIN, another manager got hold of me this morning and did everything an excellent customer based person should do!He apologized, promised to get to the bottom of what happened and is resolving the situation. I cant thank him enough. My faith is restored!! Thank you Kevin. The five star review is for him. I wish I could still keep the one star for the previous manager.---------------I guess Ill have to wait for my response from my email to Searcy HR on this one. Manager refuses to contact me so I can arrange for return of wallet that I left there. Amazingly, Im not kidding. She couldnt even bother to get on the phone so I could arrange to have someone pick it up. She had one of her waitstaff tell me she wasnt calling back. I was stuck behind customs and couldnt return to retrieve it and called the restaurant from Paris. Amazingly bad customer service for something that would have been an easy customer satisfaction win. Despite the fact that I saw hardly anyone at the restaurant I guess she was too busy.

This was my third occasion of eating here, not just because the food is good but also it is so conveniently located within St Pancras Station. The menu seems limited compared to pre lock down but what they do, they do well.

I have been brought friends, came to have oysters and drinks pre trips all at lunch time... the food has been delicious and de service ok. But this is for the services Last night we didnt even managed to arrive and the waiter was already shouting at us from far saying " WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY WALK-INS.." we said "evening how are you? " she rolled her eyes and said "we cant have you here" Pease help her do somethings about her attitude! she looked 17 years old, worrying to be that young and rude

Awful experience, we wait 20 minutes at the door, 20 more minutes before to be serve, an arrogant fatty manage with french accent laughed about us with the rest of colleagues, Im 65 years old I always come at the brasserie, from a couple of month is very different, is not the same environment just be before. We will go somewhere else from now on.

Upon arrival the host was away from their station, this was no issue as multiple other staff welcomed me (but did not instruct).I waited 20 ish minutes for a waitress to arrive, upon arrival, the waitress did not have a menu for me.Additionally after I had made the order, the waitress arrived with the requested drinks and also the bill which had an additional service charge.I don’t mind tipping, however it is very much dependant on the service provided. And in this case given the establishment I found the service to be lacking.Drinks were good and the venue itself is nice though.

Stylish place, lovely food but let down by poor service (sadly a widespread problem at present). Lots of staff but all chatting and laughing with each other instead of attending to service. e.g. we had to ask for a dessert menu and then we had to ask someone to come and take the dessert order.Several items from the set lunch menu were substituted by items from the main menu but it wasnt explained that they didnt come with the fully described item (e.g. soup didnt include the advertised egg). The choice was then limited for choice (2 of the 3 starters were then soups).Luckily, someone from management took over and sorted everything out very well for us.We each (of threehad two 2 course menus times, which was plenty, plus a bottle of Mon Roc rose. The total, with the discretionary 12.5% service charge (its London), came to £129.19.It will be a great place when they sort out their recruitment and we are looking forward to returning.

Lovely place with fine champagnes selection. Its a shame you have to add 35% to the prices shown on the menu, because VAT is not included (and 12.5% service)

Didn’t even manage to sit down because the staff was rude. There were plenty of seats and they refused to sit us anywhere decent. Only option was near the place where they left dirty dishes.

Just got uninvited from an empty Searcys at St Pancras on my birthday day because the staff said they had no available booths, only high chairs or seats at the bar. This is the picture of the "not available booths". Literally, all booths were available. Lack of kindness and good service, no concern in accomodating well their guests.

Disappointed in breakfast. It was very average if not below. High end decor, low end food. For the price would have expected better quality food. Sorry but would not return.

The service and ambience were nice but the restaurant was cold and the food is not worth the price. Half a slice of toast, one egg and 2 slices of salmon does not equal £13. Full(?English, despite the obvious quality of the produce does not warrant the price tag of £14.50; a tiny piece of black pudding, half a tomato, one mushroom (why only oneovercooked bacon, and no toast. Going to Greggs next time at least you get good food at a reasonable price.

Only 1 star & disappointment served by Searcys at the St Pancras Brasserie.Always judge a restaurant by the cleanliness of the toilets - if the toilets are spotless, so will the kitchen be. I question the kitchen cleanliness in this case. There were not many gluten free options on the menu unless you wanted an egg dish, which was very breakfast oriented. So, the duck & spring onion omelette looked the best option, only to be told when we ordered it was ham & cheese omelette. When it arrived, along with a pasta dish I chose, I suspect neither were freshly prepared or cooked on site.No gluten free desserts available other than ice cream or sorbet. We had two lovely glasses of chilled Riesling but the water was served slightly warm.To sum up, high prices for very average food. £60 for 2 very mediocre meals & 2 glasses of wine. Missing a huge opportunity.

A romantic glass of champagne and nibbles, must book in advance for the booths. Very friendly staff and a decent price given where it is. We just popped in on an impromptu visit while walking past. Always the right time of day for a glass of champagne and a bit of romance!

We had a lunch here with three courses meal and unlimited Bubblies. The food is very nice and nicely presented. We love the decor of the restaurant. Where is suppose only have 1 1/2 hours there with the unlimited Prosecco, other stuff keeps coming with more Prosecco‘s after the 1 1/2 hour. We had an enjoyable time there. It’s really good value for money if you can find the deal in time out. You can get the train to Saint Pancras International and went upstairs you will find a restaurant. Recommend it to all.

In short: you get what you pay for, and it is delicious and visually stunning! The portion size is just right. If you’re in rush, let the team know and they’ll expedite things.I got their 2-course set menu: Butternut Squash & Wild Mushroom Risotto, and Apple Crumble. Would definitely be back even if I was not traveling!Big bonus: there’s a special seating area for those needing to work while waiting on the Eurostar. And the internet is amazing.

Really lovely restaurant setting with Art Deco feel and lovely lighting. Service all round was great also. Personally I really enjoyed the food but it was more of a mixed bag for my girlfriend. The calamari was a little stringy, but the venison tartare was refined and beautifully balanced. The mains were excellent

Very sophisticated venue hidden upstairs in St Pancras Station. Well furnished and subtle (some might say dimlighting. Plenty of space to dine and a reasonable sized bar area including seating out on the concourse. Excellent range of drinks and reasonably priced set menu. Just watch out for the "discretionary" service charge which is added to the bill without any approval.

A beautiful space, thoughtfully designed. Food is gorgeous- we plumped for the set menu and werent disappointed. Vegetarian and vegan options are marked on the menu, but there was no indication of what was and wasnt gluten free so I took a chance. I was surprised by the lack of oysters, as I had thought they were on offer here, but the black sea bass with mussels I had more than made up for it.Staff were a little too eager to grab glasses when they still had a couple of fingers of champagne in, but otherwise lovely. It is expensive; 2 glasses of house champagne, 2 set menus with 3 courses, 2 glasses of English sparkling wine came in at just under £100. However, its perfect for a special occasion, with an intimate and luxurious atmosphere. We were there to celebrate our relationship becoming official and it made the occasion magical.

Its exactly what youd expect from a champagne bar in St. Pancras Station; overpriced fizz in a slightly pretentious setting. The bar staff were friendly and the atmosphere is chilled. We were sat at the bar and the barman poured our drinks from the fridge directly in front of us, he turned around and slid the glass 6 inches; it took all of 15 seconds... They added a £5 service charge for that... Welcome to London! It was a nice glass of fizz to celebrate our engagement, just be prepared to be extorted out of your hard eared money. It doesnt bare thinking about how much the service charge would be if they brought food to your table!!

The food was delicious, crispy duck salad with a sweet soy dressing. Lovely crispy tasty duck. Followed by beef cheek with creamy mash and red wine jus. The beef was really soft and tender perfect combination with the mash. If your anything like me you need a spoon for the sauce and mash. The house champagne was surprisingly nice too, not very dry, quite fruity with a slight sweetness, not overly sweet though, not like a desert wine sweetness.

A fabulous cocktail to begin a long awaited girls reunion, followed by the bottomless veuve afternoon tea the day after, on our way home. The atmosphere, the romance of the Eurostar leaving for Paris as we enjoyed our bubbles was fabulous.Staff were lovely - friendly, welcoming and cant fault the service. The afternoon tea was delicious and other food menu choices sounded good too.Sit at the bar or on the terrace and enjoy. We definitely be back.

Sadly this can be filed under “underwhelming”. Food was fine, wine and drinks were fine, taster menu at 3 courses for £25 was good value, food was somewhere between acceptable and good. Just a huge barn of a room, filled with about 4 tables of customers meaning that the atmosphere was like sitting in the head quarters reception of a very large bank. On the plus side - very easy to get a table, on the down side - why bother?

We had such a nice experience here earlier this week. The service, champagne and atmosphere was great and it was nice to do something a bit different. Our server was kind and funny and it was really nice having him teach us a bit about Veuve Cliquot Champagne. The food was delicious and came quickly too and we absolutely loved being in the heart of the train station as it had a very cool vibe.

Picked this place for Afternoon tea as it had a travel theme!Ambience - Poor : Was fully in the open at the station, felt like we were waiting at a platformFood/Tea - Average : Although it was fresh and made vegan/vegetarian, tasted just ok!Service - Average : Tea pot was getting cold in 2 mins as it was very cold, refills offered only after waiting long and on requestTheme - Good : The world map suitcase looked really cool and good presentation

We visited the place for our xmas lunch. Tbh, i would never have thought of visiting here in my own accord. But, glad we went. Nice cosy atmosphere. Friendly staff. The food, which i beleive was on the xmas menu, was very well presented and cooked and very tasty. If you ever have the chance to try the beef cheek, highly recommended. Very tender, juicy and full of flavour. The terrine i had as starter was also very tasty.Would i come back? On my own.. Its not really to my scene. However, if i was to take a girl on a date, yes i would. And if the food on the normal menu is as good, then it could be worth the trip even if i was on my own.

One of my favourite bars in the entire world.Always call in here whenever Im returning home from London. Its a cool place to sip away an hour before your train, people watch and take in the atmosphere at this beautiful, grand old station.Drinks are actually reasonably priced considering where it is and what must be astronomical operating expenses.I always have just a simple side order of chips with my fizz and they do them as good as they can be. Hot and cooked to order in obviously fresh oil with a tasty side dip.Heaters work well in the winter and the staff are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable if you engage in conversation with them.Love it.

My first time visiting this place as often I am in a rush. Visited with my friend. Got told no booths but as soon as one was free wed be moved. Happy to sit in the other seating. Had drinks and ordered food, as two booths left we were never told we could move. Burgers were amazing albeit the oil from them didnt really help with the weird slab it was on. Can not complain about the food but the staff seemed slightly lacking in politeness at points. We went to toilet and got the strangest looks from the staff.

Searcys is a gorgeous champagne bar in St Pancras and the home of the longest Champagne bar in Europe. You can sip champagne in one of their iconic platform level booths in the heart of St Pancras or step into their stylish brasserie for a sit down meal.Searcys offer champagne tasting with expert sommeliers talking through the history, production and taste of the bubbles. We visited during English Sparking Wine week for a special tasting. The brasserie is a glamorous space, with booths, vintage lighting and curtained off private dining spaces. We settled into one of the pretty private dining areas for our tasting with our incredibly knowledgeable sommelier and host Bruno. He guided us through our tastings with obvious passion for the wine, without a hint of condescension. We learnt so much and appreciated his hands on and fun approach. We sampled three champagnes which were paired by expertly crafted dishes. The first champagne was the Greyfriars, Cuvee Brut from Surrey. This was paired with a Cheltenham beetroot, chicory, watercress, coconut “cheddar” & candied walnuts. It was a light champagne with an ever so slightly sour note on the palate to finish and was our favourite of the three.Next up we tried a Furleigh Estate Rose Brut from Dorset. We did not realise that sparkling rose is literally made by adding red wine to sparkling white wine! It was paired with a beautifully tender and flaky seared sea trout fillet with broccoli, creamed Wye Valley asparagus sauce.Lastly we had a sweet champagne, Nyetimber, Cuvee Cherie, Demi-Sec from West Sussex paired with yorkshire rhubarb fool with cinnamon crumb. Trying this wine with dessert meant the sweetness of it was perfectly balanced and enhanced the sharpness of the other flavours sitting beneath the initial sugary hit you get when trying dessert wines. The food pairing perfectly brought out the flavour notes of the wines and was a great way to understand how the two work in harmony. We were also impressed with the seasonal, fresh menu that celebrated English sourced ingredients. Bruno’s open approach to discussing wine and it’s history from the ground up made for a genuinely informative evening. We loved discussing everyone’s individual tasting of the wine and what their favourites were.Searcy’s St Pancras stock a huge range of Champagne including small independent growers. The evening was a real hit for Champagne lovers or anyone curious to discover more! We would highly recommend the lovely tastings priced from £49.50.

A quick drink before hopping on a train led us to the St Pancras by Searcys. It is a reasonable place that looks the part and is clean and tidy. The drinks menu is extensive and expensive, but it is quietist. The service was ok but the staff seemed pretty distracted and whilst helpful when you asked, the service did not match the decor.
