Service is terrible. Bar manager & server did shots behind the bar while we waited over 20 minutes to order & two patrons are too drunk to keep drinking yet they are still getting shots.

We had a birthday party here. Ordered several party platters a pizza and some wings. Everything was excellent. I mean really! It was legit good. Service was great. No one went thirsty. No one went hungry. What else can you ask for??Overall a great experience.

Good location, clean, food was good. Solid place.

Ok place to grab a drink but the food was less than desirable. Fryer oil needs changed badly. The cheese curds, boneless chicken wings and tots were dark and over fried. Mac and cheese was ok but not worth $11.

We took a friend to lunch. Hes a memory facility resident. Server was very patient and the burger she helped him "build" was picture perfect.

Great friendly place, great service, Natali, Cory, and all the bartenders are the best.

This place is nestled at the end of a shopping center in Powell. Pretty convenient to just stop in and get a bite to eat in the middle getting stuff checked off my list.Service was OK but got real slow toward the end.They didn’t know what gluten was so answering the question “do you have gluten free items on the menu” was difficult. Beware of this celiacs! I took a gamble anywayThe sweet potato fries were amazing! Caramelized on the outside and soft on the inside. I also got the skinny chicken wings. Which ended up not being wings at all but pieces of chicken that were grilled. I selected the honey barbecue sauce to be put on it. They were very tasty as well!Restrooms were decent and parking was plentiful. The cost was high I thought. Only 6 wings with no side for $10 + extra $1 for celery and ranch. I’m not sure what the sweet potato cost was as it was shared by another.

Horrible service from S. for 7 guests for a business after hours with food and drinks. I dont know what is so hard to comprehend about on " food and first round of drinks on a separate check and after that individual checks". After trying to correct the the checks a couple of times displaying an attitude with avoiding the table and most obviously complaining to coworkers and deliberately not paying attention to the guests for an extended time is so unprofessional that I recommend to avoid this place when S is serving! Food was good for typical bar food. But the server is not worth it! Its hard to find good employees and I feel my colleagues in the hospitality industry suffering we know but if you dont want to deal with customers then find a job where you dont have to! Worst wings Ive ever had. Worst service from "M", she acted like she was slammed...probably wouldnt have felt that way if she wasnt busy doing shots behind the bar all night. Food was cold...again because she was intoxicated and left it sitting in the back for 30 mins. Unprofessional. Will never be back.

Food was good, but the service was far too slow and both of our checks were incorrect. Lunch should not be a 2 hour dining experience.

Girlfriend and I sat outside. The whole place was pretty dead overall, except for a larger group (about 10 people but already were done when we arrivedand a few people at the bar. Took us almost an hour to get our food, didnt get our cocktails until after we got our food, and another 30 minutes at least for the bill. Our food was good and our server was very nice, but if you dont have 2 hours to spend just on bar food, dont bother.

Food was amazing but honestly the wait to get anything after we were seated was absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t know who our waiter was it was always changing because our original was to busy talking ti worry about his table…and it took over an hour and half to get our food even tho it wasn’t very busy. Over all… food was amazing but I don’t think I would ever go back.

First time visiting and the food was absolutely delicious. The service and prices were great too! We will definitely be returning.

Great pizza but they need more fruity and sweet drinks. Other than that its a great place.

It was nice eating outside. Food was tasty. Took a while for food, bit our waitress warned us ahead of time to be sure it was ok.

Food was delicious, when we finally got it. The 2 bartenders working tonight were terrible. For starters, the dude gave out pizza to the wrong table so we ended up having to wait an outrageous amount of time for our food. Then they didnt even discount it or anything. He was so busy flirting with the 2 girls on the other side of the bar that he didnt pay any attention to the rest of the people. We sat without a drink refill for a good 10 minutes, as well as the couple next to us. All around terrible service.

I enjoy Joes. Their hamburgers are awesome. My issue is their Sloppy Joes are made with Manwich and their hummus isnt home made. But other than that their food is good. Their chicken wraps are awesome and their boneless chicken wings are great. We love it there.

Great food! Great beet. This is first time here; but Friday night live music! A bit loud but I was RIGHT by a speaker. Cant wait to go back

We really enjoyed our visit. Service was outstanding! Food was good but I do wish the wing sauces packed more heat. Interior was well done too. We have a zoo membership so I know we’ll be back in the area and will make sure to visit again.

This place is a very nice place for some bar food and some drinks. The waitress was friendly. They were very clean here and they had a wide selection of music that you can listen from the Jukebox. They do have daily specials tonight I want I had wings and they were prepared properly and the food was fresh. The prices are not bad here I especially like that theyve extended their hours later. Next time that I come in town I will stop by again. They had a wide selection of tap beer plus they also had some bottles and cans of popular drinks. I did not order any mixed drinks however they did have a full bar available.

They no longer use the Untappd app for their beer menu. Beer menu has been extremely pared down from what is online. Service is good. Food is good but not extraordinary.

Very good selection of draft beers. The Southwest chicken wrap was just excellent and staff was very friendly and top of things.

With everything going on in the country there was no r and b music rap music or even good songs. Even when 1 came on it was switched off as fast as it came on. All Im asking for is a little bit of diversity. I really love the food at this place. The waiters made me feel a bit more welcome everyone spoke to me once I entered. I will be back i just hope next time the whole 2 hours Im visiting theres diversity with the music or a larger playlist. I hope this helps your business

My husband and I had lunch here and were apprehensive due to other reviews we read. Overall, they have great drafts and decent food with a lot of televisions. Dont believe the haters, because this place is really good. Expect pub fair with a nice decor and good draft list. We split the turf and bird as well as the hummus plate. We opted for the chicken sliders and tater tots and it was delicious! The hummus was good and the portions were quite large. We left with two boxes, plus a container for the left over hummus. The reason I didnt give a 5 was that the bar tender got distracted with other customers a couple of times and some of the green pepper had some brown spots. We will definitely be back!

Me and my wife stop for lunch on Monday. It wasnt too busy. When Brianna our bartender took our order she didnt write it down, we was worried but everything come out as order and was good. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was good. the sweet potato fries are great. My wife ordered the wrap and fries and was very pleased. We ordered some volcano sauce on the side and it was wonderful, it wasnt overwhelming and it had very good flavor.

Absolutely great service and beer selection, but the real reason to come here is for the pizza! What a hidden gem - this pizza is consistently phenomenal. Trust me and come try it!

Service wasnt the best. It seemed liked it was under staffed, but the bar tender made it way too obvious by slamming coolers and half paying attention to patrons.The burger I got was good, but the bun fell apart significantly and it was a but dry for a BBQ bacon burger.The beer selection is good and the staff that was there just to hang, pitched in to help smooth things out.

I door dashed for first time. Door dash service was exceptional. Average Joes food wash not good! Not sure where triangle shaped chicken wings come from! Burger and fries were good, but didnt put ketchup in box I ordered. Wings, veggies and sauce was very unappealing and unsatisfying. 👎

Went on wing night -10 for $5. Wings were big and meaty and cooked perfectly. Wife had the cobb salad, which was big and fresh. Great service too. Nice beer selection on tap with monthly specials. Great value with great food.

As always, Average Joes was a great place for lunch. The service was outstanding, the prices more than resonable, and the quality of the food was exceptional. Its difficult to understand why one would dine at a fast food pre prepared emporium when for very little more funds you can sit and enjoy made to order fare.

Had twelve people meet here after work. Food was excellent, the wait staff was prompt and attentive, and we found out that Wednesday is half off burgers. The first one that got delivered, I swear we thought someone ordered a double, but they all came out that way. Juicy, just a hint of pink, flavored well. The toppings were plentiful and you got a choice of regular fries, sweet potatoe fries and tater tots (there may have been other sides as well, but I always gravitate toward spuds, lol. All large portions too! Beer was cold, music wasnt too loud, they had board games to take to the table, regular Jenga, a pool table, and a few video games. Our table also gave a thumps up to the potstickers, large wings, boneless wings, pretzel bites and sliders. Large number of beers on tap, pilsners, IPAs, ales, etc. Well be back for sure!

OMG...had a party of 30 close family to watch the OSU game, they were more than happy to give us 1/3 of third of their restaurant for our party, they provided impeccable service at no additional cost (or minimumto our party. Everyone was blown away by the quality of the food and the bar! Thank you Average Joes!

Was in there at 4:30 on Monday afternoon and was the only patron. Barmaid said only had 3 for lunch. Not sure how they are paying the bills. Place really hasnt been the same since it was Wedgewood Grill, under original owners. Which oddly enough is also the current owner. In my opinion, this place could be a gem. Its more upscale than the other Average Joes with a great beer selection, but serves the same crappy (all frozen / nothing freshbar food as the non tap room AJs.

My friend and I saw that they offer a shuttle to and from the Memorial Day golf tournament, so we called and they said they weren’t busy and that they could take us. We got there and walked inside and a blonde lady acted as if we were dumb saying the next one didn’t leave until noon (it was 11:15after we had just called and a lady told us it could take us since they weren’t busy. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. The man driving the bus ended up chasing us out saying he could take us because he sat there and watched how rude the lady was to us. Very nice bus driver, however Avergae Joe’s staff was unbeliviably terrible. I come here more than once a week and now I don’t want to come at all based on how the staff treated us. I WILL NOT BE GIVING A PENNY TO ANY AVERAGE JOE’S ever again. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Great place to watch a game and have a bite to eat. I always know what to expect when I come. It’s a sports bar with solid food and a big draft selection. The staff has always been fantastic.

Great atmosphere - the menu selection is big for pub food and they have the best beer and food specials around. Service is quick as well. If you go there you will not be disappointed.

Disappointing. They appear to have updated the menu and its underwhelming, to say the least. My southwest salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, a few crushed tortilla strips, four small pieces of chicken and a sprinkling of shredded cheese. Hardly what I expected for an almost $10 salad. On the upside, I had one of my husbands onion rings which was nicely crisped and he enjoyed his beer.

I really want to give this place a good review, but after 3 visits at different times of day spread out across the last year; alas here we are. Where to start...Its winter, your fireplace is broken, all your customers are wearing their coats, and its literally the centerpiece of your venue. Dont you think you should fix it?Beer should be cold, not the restaurant. But I actually had to send my beer back and just order soda cause the beer was just "cool" instead of cold. I actually thought it was a new keg that had been fresh tapped but the waitress kindly informed me it had been tapped at least 3 days ago and removed from my check. "Tap House"? "Cool beer"? What a joke!We ordered tater skins as an appetizer which were actually good, well cooked, and I must say was the only thing worth eating the entire night.We had the boneless wings, sliders, and the giant onion rings as entre. The wings were just awful; the breading was soggy, the size of the wings couldnt even be called wings, they were more like nuggets, they were barely warm, and the sauce which was just poured on top of them was of a gelatinous texture. Clearly these are coming out of a freezer bag and the sauce is in a bottle and not even warmed up before being poured on the plate.The sliders were ok. Though we did ask for mayo with the sliders, we were told they only had 3 packs left, but we promised we wouldnt use them all (lol).The onion rings; gasp. I suppose had they been cooked through properly they would have been good. However, biting into what seemed to be either oil or breading batter isnt what Id expect of onion rings. Some were ok, others were not, so clearly this was again an under cooking problem. The taste was OK as far as seasoning is concerned, but if youre sick an hour later from eating undercooked food, does it matter?The mens bathroom was terrible, and clearly had not been checked on by staff in a day or more (though Id think the stench when you walk by the door would be a sign its time to clean). The floor was covered in urine by the urinals, the toilet was actually clogged but running as the flush valve was apparently broken, the toilet paper dispenser was not loaded, but the toilet paper was sitting on the sink outside the stall, and the soap dispenser was empty and also broken. Hey, the hand drier works though! Just use extra hot water and leave your hands under the drier long enough to kill germs since there isnt any soap! Truck stop bathrooms are cleaner!This place was not even busy. There were about 4 or 5 people at the bar, and 2 other tables with 3 or 4 patrons at each. Thats 14 people total including us, on a Saturday night at 900 pm (this should be a hint).I wish I could say the 3rd time was a charm, but instead Im saying its my final time, as should every other customer. Its time to throw in the towel on this joint and go across the street to BW3s instead (just dont look for that towel in the bathroom, they are out).

Stopped in after a long, hot day at the zoo. Great atmosphere & friendly service. There is definitely nothing average about the food at Average Joes. Everything was delicious and very reasonable priced for the amount of food you get. Well be back next time were in town for sure!

Service is outstanding, the bartender Natalie, is very personable and really makes you stick around for that second beer. She is great very tentative and active at the bar. Definitely recommend this place for future lunch and dinner spots.

My wife and I were there once and will not go back. I had a fish sandwich that had small frozen fish like you get at the grocery. Fries "looked" good but tasted horrible, I got 2 Sam Adams Hopscape and when the bill came they were each $10 - waitress said it was a "premium" beer.... (6-pack at the store is $9). Wife had pizza and it was not very good either.

Stopped in on a whim and had a great time. Food was awesome service was great and atmosphere was standard for these kinds of restaurants. The menu was a lot of bar food which isnt bad. They had some interesting stuff that Id like to try whenever Im out that way again.
