Springs Water Park in Beaver Dam

We LOVE coming here. Ive been going to Springs water park since I was a kid. Now my kids get to experience it as well. Great spot to take your family.

We purchased a day pass to celebrate our kids birthdays. The place was very clean, not overly crowded and well staffed. Only issue was a couple of the lifeguards. The constant whistle blowing was a little obnoxious. I 100% understand they are there for safety and truly appreciate that, however their responses to kids playing was a bit excessive and misplaced at times. Example: Our 7 year old daughter held on to my husbands back for literally 10 seconds to catch her breath while swimming and a young lifeguard aggressively blew her whistle and scolded him like a child but the same lifeguards were letting very young children literally pack and play in the hot tub like a pool or letting a group of unsupervised kids control the kids slides, physically stopping younger kids from going down until they gave permission.

Birthday Party🎉.... Expensive but lots of fun!! After I booked and confirmed the party adding Waterpark passes was discouraged and food add ons needed to be 72 hours before. Well... I ended up with 6 more people, 2 swimmers and 4 adult spectators... I was able to add on everything I needed without a problem. Kids had a blast!!

Not our best experience yesterday! Was surprised there wasn’t assigned a lifeguard at the lazy River to assist littles. Wouldn’t allow sister to go down slide with little one. Not much for a 3 year old to do for $40. And then let’s talk about snack bar!!! I had called several days before coming to find out about gluten free items and was told they had many. Because you can’t bring in food. On a busy holiday weekend the grill was broke, the oven for baking chicken tenders was broke, the only way to get a slice of gluten free pizza was to buy the whole pizza (for a 3 year old). So two of three kids got pizza. Then…apparently the birthday parties take precedent over other customers so during lunch hr we waited 45 minutes for the two pieces of pizza. Some customers gave up and got refunded. Definitely need better service with snack bar. Day pass customers are going to plan to stay several hours and the snack bar should be up and running. No one was monitoring and could have easily brought in snacks for kids.

Great water park went with my 10 year old daughter for the day and had a blast together. Reasonably priced admission, tons to do, and a close drive for Chicago dwellers.

Were there for a wedding, very classy hotel. The staff was awesome.

My family and I went for my daughter 4th birthday. The water park is going down. The water seems to be dirty. Stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Rooms were nice but the room smelled as if someone that previous stayed was smoking. Didis food was ok. I loved the hotel pool the most. I dont think a lot of ppl knows about it. Which is a +. Water park was nice, the snack shop could use some improvement;my food was cold and a load of salt poured on food that doesn’t require any at all

Nice local water park. Special needs events on Sunday id suggest not playing the music. Many children with special needs dont care for it.

I would give 0 stars if I couldthe security was rude the moment we walked in..never greeted us..& treated us so poorly from the moment we walked in the door!! ..long story short he lied & said we cursed at him! Which we never did.never used any foul language against this man! He told us we were getting kicked out right away & called the police for no reason as if that was goin to make a difference..His manager never asked us what happened just told us we were getting a refund right away! Poor customer service! This man was literally smiling as we are getting a refund..and the birthday girl was crying (imagine a 5yr crying on her birthday because she’s scared ‼️ literally broke my heart..the police was way nicer to us than the staff that was in the wrong. & this all was about some balloons (which the receptionist said we can bring inI’m guessing the security (by the name Bello (black older guywas having a bad day..I have many complaints about him & this establishment..this will not be the last from hearing from me. My kids are literally traumatized & I will not sweep this under the rug!

Our six year old and two year old really enjoyed their afternoon here. Just a heads up, its really loud in there just because it is enclosed. You need to buy your tickets online prior to coming in. You can not buy it there in the arcade room. Overall great experience for the kids. My 6 year old keeps asking when are we going back. Great for kids for sure!

Honestly, not the greatest experience. The staff seemed very unmotivated and depressed (I mean I can’t blame them, working at a water park every day for 8 hours would make me feel that way too). Food was edible and I’ll leave it at that.

We had a family group event at the waterpark for 64 people. Everything was perfectly organized and the kids and parents had a great time!!

We liked it. I would consider it like a smaller scale Wolf Lodge. Our girls had fun and we had a good time. We would definitely come back.

We were here for a birthday party! I cant wait to go back. Kids can do most of the slides even at a young age.

Decibel level inside read 75 and ear damage is at 80. Way more annoying than the Dells and way more expensive. Would not recommend!!

Indoor water parks are always a blast, lifeguards were on top of their job, and slides were great. The weird thing was there were somehow too many (i.e bumper to bumper in lazy riverand not enough tubes. I only went for a few hours but I do feel like the max time would be around 4 hours before kidos would start to get bored.

Nice water park with fun rides and nice eating options.

Great place to take the kids. They limit the number of people that can attend and even when busy seems not to crowded. If you have a rainy day good place to go

Its diverse but not. Kind of hard to explain. The Caucasian Patrons dont treat You as if Youre a murderous, inferior, derelict @ least. I must say their Caucasian security guard & One of the first shift equally Caucasoid Lifeguards that has a half shaved head and front Cowlick were quite affable, unapproachable, and outright rude. No matter how politely we posed questions they literally ignored a few families of Color.. then same ppl wonder why theyre being knocked upside their heads 😅

We couldnt even afford to go!! The cost per person for a day pass is so ridiculously high. For a family of four, we would have paid $171.00. Why not offer half-day admission for $20 per person?Then we could have had two-three hours of fun without breaking the bank.

Don’t go there if you are black. They immediately treated my family like garbage as soon as they saw us coming. I can’t tell you how many times security threatened to put us out over nothing. We had pizza brought in but we couldn’t have it but a different race family came in with outside food and we’re allowed to have theirs.My family was so quiet and they still called the sheriff. It was such a horrible 2nd for my grandson.

The waterpark is pretty big and has something for all ages. We liked that the deepest water was about 4 so we didnt have to worry so much about our kids getting in too deep. The waterslides were great. There were always tables available. I would try to avoid eating at the pool restaurant. Out of 4 items we ordered, we had a cold hotdog and 2 burnt burgers. There are attentive lifegaurds everywhere you look. Overall it was a lot of fun for our family and we would go back.

Fun for all ages. We had a very good time.

This was a fun place to stay with the kids. Less fun when the weekday busses showed up with daytime kids, but i understand its a good way to have revenue during off peak hours. Im just a big kid that doesnt want to wait in lines for the water slides.Definitely wanted to give a shout out to the way they rotate life guards and those guards are constantly doing double scans around the pool perimeter and checking the depths!

Such a great place to take your family. Hair everywhere in the pool and used band aids just floating around for your convenience. People starting fights with others cause you are just floating in the lazy river and not running around through it. Would rather stand in front of a fire hydrant for the day.

Pricey but fun. They really need better security since they had a bunch of people throwing up gang signs and walking in without wearing bracelets ignoring the people trying to check everyone in. For what we payed, I expected better.

This was a very fun time! Its is a perfect place to hang out with friends. The slides are fun but limited. There is plenty of option for young kids to older teenagers! I loved this place!

The lazy river barely has current. Its nice that they have an outdoor adults only got tub. Very crowded at lunch time but empties out around 5 the kids got bored fairly fast as there are only 3 big slides

Would be nice if the locker rooms were better heated and larger. Found them to be rather cramped with the amount of people there. Otherwise, my kids and I had a great time!

The kids and I love it here! It’s nice and comfortable especially for the little ones not too much going on. The food could be better. Special Thank You to Mr. Marshall who made sure the twins didn’t escape from the arcade room I appreciate you a bunch!!!

Our 2nd kid bday party there. Everything was perfect, and staff was awesome. Private room was made up just as promised. Pizza, drinks, and cake were delivered right on time (and pizza was still hot). Staff was very friendly and super helpful (one lady carried all our decorations and presents down to the party room for us). And of course the kids all loved the waterpark. Not cheap, but quite a memorable bday party!

This place has gone down hill extremely bad. Lifeguards dont pay attention. Kids in the hot tub that arent supposed to be (under the age posted). People in the lazy river with no inner tube. Whole pool area over crowded. Talk to a supervisor about a lifeguards lack of attention to kids in the pool and they did nothing. People in the consession stand ignoring customers. Highly highly recommended going anywhere but here. Been coming here for years, sad to see this place go down hill so bad.

Just okay. For a day pass it was $40. For $40 I would expect to get towels. I was told I had to pay a deposit for each towel. The towels are small so I brought my own. No outside food allowed and the line to place my order was almost 30 minutes. Then another 25 minutes to wait for pizza to be made. As everywhere else they were short staffed. No toilet paper in 3 out of 4 stalls in the womens locker room. I didnt go to get wet but even as a spectator, which I had to pay $5 to make sure my kids were safe, Everywhere there are tables its like a splash zone. Just not my idea of fun.

The kids had an excellent time at the Waterpark.The joint was packed but the kids still took advantage of all the different things they could do.I wanted to also give one of the lifeguards props for being super attentive - he had curly hair and glasses. I appreciate him and the rest of the team being there to keep our kids safe!

Ive enjoyed this place for something to do in the past, but I feel like its gotten a bit pricey and cleanliness is lacking. I noticed a lot of random things around the pool area such as hair ties, masks, paper products. The womens restroom was in horrible condition especially the shower area. There was a 50 min wait on a whole pizza and a lot of items were out of stock which is to be expected considering supply issues. Im sure a lot of this is because a lack of employees, but I was disappointed.

Very nice water park, reasonable price and very good service. You dont need to drive Wisconsin Dells, it is right here by Milwaukee! Hotel is adjacent to the water park if you stay on first floor, youmay gave room with court yard access. It has sitting area and maybe even BBQ area. Not sure, its winter time. Water park gas great 3 water slides, and I mean excellent! Good speed and splash. 3 or 4 whirl pools with outside access. 6oy may seat in outside jacuzzi whirl pool. Amazing features especially when it is cold outside! Love all if it!

DO NOT go here not safe or a good family environment sheriffs will escort you out if you go 5 minutes over they must have implemented new rules or management. So rude and such a negative atmosphere.Absolutely ruined a childs birthday party. Been going for years NEVER again you cant treat people this way met friends who were staying there not even allowed to sit in my clothes to watch the kids play with a wristband. Absolutely insane I used to buy passes/ lodging for clients to stay here when they come to town. Never again and will tell every single one of my colleagues that do this also not to support this kind of thuggish management. Being harassed and intimidated from the moment I stepped in the building. Drive the extra hour to the Dells they have better water parks and you are treated like a guest. The fact they have police there on site should signal that this place ISNT SAFE for your family. Not sure whats happened there recently I have never seen police on site here. Wont be supporting the Christmas light either from this point forward! Kapco lights were by far better and support a great cause!

Went here on 10-23-21 for a kid birthday party. It was great! The Waterpark part was not over crowded, not ghetto, very clean, fun, and WARM like it should be. The guy at the front entrance was very friendly and was able to help us with anything the party/group needed. Then the 16 year old boy that was the party Helper guy, was great with all the kids. Would suggest this place to any parent thinking of a place for a kid party. Great job here!

Well, my kids and I absolutely LOVED the Waterpark. It was the highlight and reason for the trip. The arcade was fun also ,but the prize selection needs some improvement. Theres only a handful of choices for the prizes and the amount of tickets you need for the selection was a bit unreasonable. The corner suite we had was very spacious and I could tell that a remodel had begun or was in progress ,but some of the furniture was outdated and over used. Definitely could use some deep cleaning. I travel a lot so, Im being fair in saying, I can see great improvements in the upkeep of this older property & I think they should just continue with the efforts. My kids had fun, as did I and Im thankful for the great service and good price.

This place was so cool. We never made it to the arcade which is super surprising since my 8 year old loves that. But he was so into the water park he couldnt tear himself away.

Beautiful Venue and awesome staff! My granddaughters enjoyed their Barbie Princess party. Will book again!

Great experience! Fun for kiddos and grownups alike. The hotel is very clean and the renovated hotel rooms are beautiful. Would recommend and will stay again!

So my family got a room at the Ingleside on a Sunday and when we checked in they told us the water park would be closed on Monday.. (You cant check in until 4pm, and then the water park closes at 7pmI opted to cancel the room because the main reason was for our son and his friends was to use the waterpark and the hostess behind the desk said he could probably get us a discounted rate because of the issue... well he did and that was pretty awesome of him. 5 stars because the facility was clean, the life guards were professional, we didnt have a problem with anyone, the water was clean, the bathrooms were decent and the showers were also clean and well kept.

The locker rooms were clean, the pools appeared well maintained, and the little one had a lot of fun both in the 4-inch deep "zero depth" pool and the arcade. Theres a lazy river that was great for all of us to float through. Inside the pool area, there is a well supplied cafe which has pizza, burgers, and even brats. Great for a fun day out!

A waterpark nestled off of Hwy 94 in Waukesha. Its a good place to take the kids on a really, really hot day. It has three large water slides, one smaller slide for the kiddies, a lazy river, a large play pool, and a shallow play pool/ water play area for the kids. They also have a snack bar and a "bar" offering adult drinks after certain hours of the day. Overall it was fun, and you can tell they take safety seriously...lots of lifeguards!

The refrigerator didnt work, the hotel people offered a name for pizza delivery; it was the worst dry pizza ever, it cost over $60 for 1 topping only14in (2with the saltyous Ive ever had bread sticks. Unable 2 eat it, I tried there vending machine it was broken our money just kept coming out. Back to the room. A room equipped for 5-6 people we only received 2 big towels along with 2 face towels. My room came with the indoors water park" I had NO idea an additional fee was to be paid to get to the outside pool that connects by just a door to the inside swim area wow. $179+taxes and that was a deal wow. The couch was so worn down you can feel the actual frame when sitting. They have the nerve to charge a $100 fee they say its in case you charge something to your room. I know its in case you brake something. You pay at therere restaurant at the time you order. I gave them 2 stars because my grandson stated "I had a good time the 1st 2hrs then it was a bore. If you dont come with a lot of kids to play together in the pool your child wont like it by the end of the 1st day.

Kids had a blast but son was up all night from high levels of chlorine burning his eyes. Otherwise room,staff,arcade and waterpark were great.
