Sports Bar Pohoda - Bar in Prague, Czech Republic
Sports Bar Pohoda in Prague
Description
Perfect little pivnice - excellent friendly service
Do zdejší hospody jsme zavítali úplně náhodou, kdy jsme měli ještě pár minut k dobru před sobotním koncertem ve vedlejším hudebním klubu.
MoreNo English at all not friendly at all closes at 10 pm and not at all a sports bar
MoreDo téhle hospůdky sme zapadli náhodou na jedno pivko a byli sme mile překvapeni. Příjemné prostředí, perfektně načepované pivo. Pan výčepní byl moc milý. Ochutnali jsme i místní chuťovky, hermelín, utopence a tvaružky a doporučuju! Rádi se sem při příští návštěvě Prahy zase zastavíme. Doporučuji.
MoreGreat service and good prices.
Very nice place and a nice pint as well
Eine urige Kneipe die mit preiswertem Bier und kleinen Snacks aufwarten kann. Keine Touristen -Abzocke sondern eine originelle Prager Kneipe. Absolut empfehlenswert. 🍻
MoreThe barman remembered me from 2 months ago! Top, old style Czech pub, with un-Prague prices.
MoreAnother place you want to visitTakes inspiration from czech sport bars (where old men with mustache go to have a beer and watch the footballbut makes it in a modern and very good looking way.But they could think of a better way to design tablesI believe there is enough space to sit two times more people than they do now
MoreGood pub
Very gentle bartender, good beer and good prices. Would come back.
Awesome place. Doesnt get much more local than this. A true dive bar in the best way!
MoreGood stuff, moderate environment, like it.
Great Host, delicious and cheap beer, tasty meals. One of the top 3 pubs in Prague
MoreOk
Friendly place and cheap drinks.
Possibly the cheapest beer in prague probably!
Note that there is no kitchen. The guy running the bar, who I guess might be the owner, is friendly and welcoming. Great place to have a beer and chill.
MoreVery bad! Just dont go. We had the half of the beer when the host gave us the bill! We have been maximum 6 minutes inside with only few more persons. Not good at all! BAD!
MoreThe beer is good. The service is auful, like many places in Prague. We had two beers and in 15 min. the bartender asked us if we would have another beer, we said no and he brought the bill and suggested us to leave, we even didnt have time to finish our beers. Ive been many places in and outside Europe, but never seen people as antipathic as in Prague.
MoreJust a nice sportsbar! The guy on the bar a bit unfriendly.. he wanted us to go right away we finished our beers and was pushing us to pay so we can set the table free.
MoreMe and my wife went to the Sports bar at 11.45 am and told sorry bar is full I cant serve you..!!!! Tables all had people sat there but still empty seats.. what an ignorant guy and not a sports bar been to lively wakes .. give this place a swerve.. that star is a minus
MoreGrumpy staff
Super
When I got there the bar tender said they were closing soon and there was only time for 1 beer. That was understandable, but 10 min later when I saw her fill 2 glasses for a group of 4 people that she clearly knew, I asked for one more. She said no even though she literally just handed the beer to the other person. Seems like the place only caters to locals. There are plenty of other nice places nearby.
MoreCheap and good beer. Cash only, though
Where did all the good reviews come from? Very offish when we walked in. Didnt even realise landlady was there. Not friendly at all. Beer very cheap have to give that. F1 qualifying was on, on the only tv in sports bar and landlady turned over after q2 to football that hadnt even started. Wouldnt turn back as "she has to to do for locals" There was only 10 mins to go! So rude as she could see I and others were watching. Would have thought sports bar would have been more accommodating than that.
MoreAmazing wee bar. Beer cheapest had in Prague. Bar staff very welcoming. Enjoyed our time here.
MoreGood service, we watched the Wimbledon ladies final!
Typical Czech bar for the locals. Very friendly owner made 2 feel welcome. Had a nice cold pint of Gambrinus
MoreThe last surviving local in this part of town.
A very nice local place, cheap beer and great service
Excellent beer and superb atmosphere. Always looking forward to come back.
The cheapest beer In prague 31 cz and awesome pints and owner is great.
Called in yesterday & great beer at great prices and the owner/Barman was lovely & really appreciated us calling in
MoreGreat prices for beer and a wonderful serviceHead here from main square half the price.....
MoreNice place to drink beer with the locals. And to get a taste of the real people from Czech Republic. Polite people and a nice atmosphere.
MoreGood place to grab a drink. Its cheaper too
Quiet, friendly and cheap
Cheap cold beer. Not the best interior.
Cheap beer, thats it! Nice place to catch up with friends, the only thing you can do here is drink beer and talk :)
MoreJust a small sports bar, with good beer (well, the same fine beer you can usually find around Pragueand a kind waitress. I.e., a 0.5 lt of Urquell costs 39 czk each, the Gambrinus or other beverages are around that price! The waitress speaks a good english, dont be shy to go in for a quick drink! :)
MoreNot much of a sports bar. More of a tiny bar with small TVs. The price of the beer is affordable and the waitress (that seemed to be also the ownerwas kind. Place to have a few drinks only since there is no food available there too. Speaks English.
MoreGreat bar to spend some time.
Great bar very good beer will be back
Nice Place. Cheap beer. Thats it ;)
Small bar with cheap drinks and a nice barman. The place is pretty quiet and is perfect for a beer or two after work.
MoreA very small pub that can get extremely loud but is a good place for a beer or two before a night on the town in the city center.
MoreCheap drinks and friendly service. I see no reason for the previous bad reviews.
Went in for an afternoon drink while walking around the city. Very smoky bar, which is not entirely out of place. For a "sports bar" there were only 2 small screens, although they were at least playing some local hockey games. We were with a group of 6 and got hushed, and when we ordered a second round we had to return our glasses to be washed first. Wouldnt recommend, lots of better places around here.
