Good tasty food. Restaurant was well maintained and with good interior. Food quality and quantity is really amazing. Paneer tikka biriyani is delicious and buffet was good.Need a lot of improvement in food delivery as it takes more than 1 hour to deliver the order. So order before 2 hours of eating so it will be better.

Good restaurant attached to a hotel. Variert of options. Good place for lunch and dinner fr south indians. Recommended

Not recommended... High price, bad quality... Even for porottas they are charging 2 Dhs/piece...Too much delay in takeaway and delivery also...

This is one of the bad restaurants in Abu shagara. Kerala porotta costs 2 dhs and chicken curry was one of the worst among I tried.Not recommend if you look for a cost effective dining experience.

Today i received bad experience from this restaurant. We ordered palada from this restaurant through smiles and received food was not good.its like oatmeal.if they dont know about the product they dont sell it. We had birthday party here, party Hall decorated as per our need, food was tasty, staffs are very supportive, totally more value than money, Mr Thomas and Aneesh team are very good and professional.

Very bad service. I ordered food and waited more than 1and half an hour. Still delivery didnt come. Several times called but reply is delivery already left. After calling and shouting many the delivery guy called and he is telling he didnt get proper location.Finally got food from other restuarant

Worst customer service in Sharjah ! The malyali staff ( South indian), theyre very racist and they told us theyre open till 2am and we went around 12am they said theyre closed and they shut the door and locked from inside and they were giving gestures to go away and saying some abusing words in their own language! What an excellent way of trapping people!! They put banners outside their restaurant for Iftar and when you call them to place booking, they says no sir not avaliable!! its for Group not individual.. we were 10 people, so I said we are in group. And then they throw another card by says group more than 50 people!! Really !!Dont you think you should put these thing on your banner as well.. !! 👎👎👎

പൊളപ്പൻ അല്ലെ..... ആണു.The cusines available there are good especially the kerala delicacies. The inside ambience is comfy and it feels like you are in the dining hall of your home back in kerala. The pickle varieties are also good. You can defenitely take out your family or friends for a treat there and everybody shall like the food without any doubt.

Irresponsible and Pathetic delivery service👎🏻 ordered food at 8.15pm. Called at 9pm,Mr.Varghese told already out for delivery. Waited till 9.45pm and called again. He replied will make new order now!!!!Even after 10pm, food is not delivered. Waiting for food more than 2hrs!!!Such an irresponsible and pathetic service👎🏻Reply to your lame excuse: This is not the first time I am ordering and this is the same address to which other orders are reaching on time.Also when I called at 9pm, I tell location again, that time you didn’t say location wrong. Also at 10pm, you told order taken to Rolla, not even Yarmouk!!! So for your mistake and irresponsibility, just accept your mistake; rather than coming up with lame excuses!!! We are ordering food at spicy land for the first time and that too onam sadaya. The food was average. They could have focused on quality that quantity.Our second visit on new year eve was not very satisfactory. The food was cold.

We have place an order for sea food platter based on the reviews of Food Souq,surprisingly that was not at all price worthy ,taste was ok however the portion size was minimal for price 70 AED +vat,basically it was small quantity sea food of 4 variety fish with large quantity masala soaked in oil which was presented in a big tray .we can jst say the dish was onlywith masala and no seafood as its claimed in the name of dish .Highly disappointed

I ordered food from Smiles app and the food was delivered after 2.5 hours of order time. Very rude behavior of the staff. Yes 2.5 hours. I called him after 1.5 hour he told me our delivery time is 90 minutes and he told me to cancel the order. Then he should change that in the app and make that to 90 minutes. The app is showing 60 minutes for delivery and they even charge for delivery and customer is facing this. Imagine the situation from the side of the customer. This was like I am taking food from him for free. There is no option for 0 star. Otherwise I should have put that. You can check the other reviews also, most of them had similar experience. Never ever order food from there.

Ordered Tandoori half chicken on 16.09.21, was really disappointed with food taste and quantity. I was ordered through Smiles app and costed around 26 AED , just for 4 medium pcs! The chicken wasn’t tasted like Tandoori and also the mint chutney tasted and seems like avocado juice , fully artificial flavor with no mint taste.Hope they will rectify and come up with good foods.

I had ordered food thru smiles app today (19.08.2021at 8:49 pm and I called restaurant when it was not delivered (10:14 pmeven after one and half hour. When I called the restaurant the concerned staff was simply answering that delivery is delaying due to heavy orders will take few more minutes and that staff started arguing/abusing with me and told me to cancel the order. This kind of rude behaviour is not good to hold and as a customer we have paid for the food and its the responsibility of the restaurant to deliver the food at least at the given time limit not after 2 hours of placing the order. Finally I received the order at 10:30!Moreover why should I bare the rude behaviour of restaurant staff which is not at all acceptable.I agree their food quality and teste is good, but this kind staffs are spoiling restaurant reputation and it is badly affecting customers.I hope management will take this issue seriously and take necessary steps not to repeat this in the future...

The poor rating is solely for the closing note of our dining experience.Let me begin with the positives. Ambiance was contemporary reminding. The staff was friendly, yet he didnt mention of the change in menu prices and thats the root of my concern to which I will come back.Biriyani was tasty, nothing special and I have had better Thalassery style biriyani from other restaurants in the same locality.The shocker came when the bill was issued. Each item was marked up by 19 - 23 % from what appeared on the menu card. On asking the person at the counter (seemingly the owner), he cheekily claimed that their biriyani has changed since the old menu was printed, they have changed the rice, added an egg, cook the chicken in some style like they werent before, blah blah blah and so the price of a biriyani was increased from 13 dhms to 16 dhms....Excuse me?? Come on dude, every restaurant (like many other businessesare reeling in the present situation. Dont cheat your patrons to win your buck.On asking why the menu card wasnt updated, he gave another lame excuse that the cards are ready to be printed but not printed yet as they are now unable to distribute if new ones are printed. Never heard of restrictions to distribute restaurant flyers...What went unsaid - "So we chose to bluntly deceive the customers by showing an old menu card and charging them after they had their meal"Left the restaurant feeling cheated, never to go back and never to recommend, simply for their attitude.

Food and courtesy that touches the heart.Chinese and indian(both sough and northerncuisines they master. Loved the chinese starters and noodles. Fish curries are superb.Lack slightly in the tandoor department. The kebabs were tad dry.

A little hidden gem in the heart of Abu Shagara, Spicy Land is definitely the place you should visit if you want some delicious food worth the price.The owner was kind enough to explain the A-Z of the restaurant and added to the delightful experience!For food, we had the garlic pepper fish which is HONESTLY the best fish dish ive tried in ages now! Absolutely recommended. We also had the tandoori shrimps and seekh kebabs which while being flavourful had become super dry.For mains we had beef and fish curry with paratha for the ultimate south Indian experience. It was EXTREMELY spicy, so get ready to have your tastebuds tingled!!The gulab jamun was an absolute TRIUMPH!! It was the Best gulab jamun I’ve had.Overall, we had a great experience. Check their restaurant out and you could even bag a party at their ever busy party hall.

If you are really into spices, you ought to visit this Land of spices. If you are not into spices, even then you should try their food (after taking one antacid). They serve South Indian, North Indian and Chinese food. Among the starters we found the Garlic Pepper fish really good!! The mutton Seekh kabab and the tandoori prawn were a little dry for our taste, but they are served with sauce. In the main course, the mutton was really good with the paratha. The Chinese noodles was good too. I tried their butterscotch Ice cream milkshake, it was thick and amazing and probably the best among all the other shakes.We met the owner, Mr Shajan, and he is a friendly and funny man who is completely devoted to his business and ready to bring any progressive changes for the customers. They have opened up recently and already they are full with customers.
