Tandoor-oven focused Indian menu served in ritzy interior with flock wallpaper and chandeliers.
Amazing food & very friendly staff... lovely ambience
Lovely food atmosphere and staff
Excellent Experience there.. Very good staff service and taste is authentic.. Worth to spend money..
really bad restaurant the owners are mean the food was bad and there is no manchurian which is bad! i would not recomend this place!
Ordered karahi chicken. Absolutely awful! Watery, tasteless, hard bits. Dont order
We when there for an after work dinner, the staff was friendly and service was great. the food was exceptional. All round good night had. would definitely visit again an recommend to all.
Went to this place last night with a couple of friends/work colleagues service was good and friendly food was excellent ,if youre looking for a good curry look no further
Incredible experience. The food was 10/10. We ordered (table of 4about 10-12 dishes and each one was incredible. The little touches made all the difference, galangal as garnish, Chaat masala onions etc. Cannot wait to come back, a superb experience.
Delicious food and clean, friendly place.
I visited the spice lounge last night for a function and had an amazing night. The DJ created a nice vibe around the place with 80 and 90s classic R&B. The food we ordered (Talipia fishwas gorgeous and the drinks were great. The staff appreciated its customers and looked after everyone. Even the toilet paper was that soft kind (little thingsnot the tracing paper you get in most restaurants. I asked everyone I knew what they thought of their food and they all have it too marks. The garden area outside is a lovely space. Will defo be going back.
Very good but price of 1 pint is £6 too much same thing you can get for £3 in weatherspoon, too much even its not draft beers in cans, food is very good, increase price too much even nan cost nearly £4
Fantastic curry + great friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend
I would give less than this really worse service, we have been yesterday, and one guy for take orders drinks only then another guy we have to wait 20 mins to take orders for the main dish and starter. Soon he came first thing he said was it will take 45 to 50 minutes as other table foods arent ready yet. Them we all have to say bye and go out of the restaurant. Please dont visit here at all. U may find better service somewhere else.
Hidden gem in South London. Whilst North West London is renowned for its Indian food. This place definitely gives them a run for their money.
It was very bad experience for me to went a spice lounge restaurant Norbury actually I went few weeks ago and ordered some food and non bred was very soft and nice today I got 3 non bred price £6 but non bred was same like rubber and I can’t chew the bred was very hard.
A combination of classic Indian dishes coupled with some unusual dishes. Took recommendations from the waiter and his suggestions were delicious. They also have a good selection of beer including Cobra on draft.
Quality starters and mains.....could do with better atmosphere at times! Definately recommend!
A great place for eat in or collection! top quality food with a more interesting menu than most places.
Poor service, poor management. Booked a table with the restaurant, turned up only to be told that there was no booking. Call log showed we called to book. Manager overbooked but didn’t want to own up to his mistakes. Turning 16 customers away. On numerous occasions we have been and the service is poor, manager is rude and not friendly at all. Any employee should never show their stress to customers or take their frustration on them. Food is good, shame on the customer service!
Amazing food and beers , family friendly and welcoming . Top indian food including vegetarian dishes.
Slow service. Food was okay but check your bill before you leave. They have the tendency to overcharge. Waiters are foreign and don’t speak much English
Nice food and staff, overall a good place to go visit with friends and family,
Absolutely amazing food, traditional Indian with a small menu which the chef cooks extremely well. Its definitely worth going.
Very Nice food and best Indian food around. Very helpful and on time service and has very enjoyable atmosphere. I would recommend this place fir anyone from individual, family and group of friends. Very good food and service.
Best Indian food in Croydon! Must try the lamb chops!
Good service and food as well. Price ok but quantity less.
This place is good for all types of indian foods and lots of choice for booze.
Very nice food and good service.
Lovely food and service ..needs music to boost the atmosphere.Deffinatly recommend
Best Indian food in south london, highly recommended staff are friendly, venue is fantastic showing playing a variety of music. Food is amazing if you want a authentic indian food dont look elsewhere
I really like the food and spices they serve at this restaurant but for me the waiting time for the food was long as long as 30 mins
Good starters, main is a little bland overall chilled place love coming here for drinks and starters. Service is little slow but very friendly staff.
Not sure what this is, mediocre food, slow service and no tea or coffee.Prices are on the expensive side for a place with no atmosphere
To say horrible is already a lot. Don t know what all the stupid people have made good reviews on this place. Orribile food and wine
Very wonderful and welcoming customer service from the staff and owner. The food was delicious and better than many other fancy restaurants I have been to and definitely will be returning back.
I went to this place and the service was rubbish, the man was not even paying attention to us and the food was horrible.
Excellent authentic Indian cuisine. Dont expect a vindaloo, korma or tikka masala because you wont find it! All food is true to its country of origin with no colourings or preservatives added. Ask Viral the owner for advice and he will willingly guide you through their menu. Beware, the starters are enormous, each is enough for two people. The lamb chops are to die for, 4 in a portion, slightly pink and beautifully tender but still with the outside crunch that the tandoor oven gives. Shami kebabs are lovely & meaty, 4/5 in a portion. Youll notice the difference in quality from other Indian restaurants believe me. Mains are all good, mushroom rice is great as an accompaniment. Try a paratha as well as the naan. Its thin and flakey and great for diving in the sauces! Prices are very reasonable as well, maybe a couple of quid more than other curry houses but certainly worth it.
The food here is amazing and the service is that of a quality standard. Staff were very pleasant, accomidating and efficient. Peaceful environment. Comfortable. And welcoming. Parking to the rear of the building. Easy to find .Highly recommend
Great indian food. Ambient atmosphere. Friendly staff. The owner is also present most times.
Ate here yesterday. Real tasty Indian comfort food. Would highly recommend it
Simple place but the food is superb...have been back again and again
Great food. Shame theres no delivery, but its worth going to collect.
Really good food. Poor drinks selection if your into craft beers and ales but food makes up for it. Service can be slow if busy.
Excellent and tasty Indian food with a nice, heartwarming "burn". Elegant setting and warm atmosphere. Very gracious and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
One of the best places in South London to eat authentic Indian food. The taste isnt sacrificed for the masses as you would find in most places. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Simply put, its a must!
Very lovely food. Excellent place
Great food, dont let the exterior, grumpy head waiter or road put you off - proper tasty curries and sides!!!
Very nice Indian food. Nice Service. Very clean place.
The food is just amazing!!!Very clean an spacious restaurant and fully air conditioned. The staff is very kind and helpful. Also you order arrives pretty quickly.
