台北思泊客 Sparkle Hotel Taipei in Taipei

This place smells like mold. Walls are thin and very bad for noise. Staffs are not there at night time so no one can warn ppl to not make loud noise at midnight. Not a good experience.

入住兩次，經驗都很不錯，櫃檯人員的態度很好，一開始很擔心評論中所說的隔音問題，但是這兩次入住都覺得相當安靜，另外，因為沒有窗戶，早上可以賴床到很晚，睡得很舒服，房間用品充足，還有浴袍跟保險箱，小缺點：吹風機較弱，要吹很久。

隔音真的很差，隔壁房聊到早上五點，完全聽得到隔壁的聊天內容，整晚不用睡了，還有空調聲每隔一段時間就咚咚咚⋯⋯

只該說隔音是真的…不優，所以怕吵的真的要自行準備耳塞，但住這就是cp值與商務取向，其餘不用多想！但櫃檯小姐姐服務態度很好，給滿分。

雖然在入住前看了評論心裡有底隔音不好，但沒想到隔音差到這個地步....隔壁講話、櫃檯打電話到他們房間的電話聲、走路，都聽得清清楚楚超大聲😨真的太扯了啦！此生住過最吵的飯店

If traveling to Sparkle Hotel by car, call hotel & reserve a parking space for your stay, as there is limited parking. Rick at the receptionist day was accommodating, friendly, and helpful with all questions I threw at him😉

Convenient location but all underground and no windows views etc. Good price for the location but wouldnt pay this price in any other location otherwise. Its an okay hotel. Does the job.

Nice cosy hotel. Basement level so no windows. However room are nicely setup.ztaff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff always friendly and attentive. Some excellent suggestions from them for mini tours and things to do for the day stopover we had.

Great location! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with whatever is needed. Standard breakfast buffet included. Would stay here again!

Best location. Just next to MRT 101/World Trade Center. The equipments and breakfast are high standard but limited choice. The room is too small and no view.

Great boutique hotel and amazing location. First off... this is a basement hotel, which means that all rooms are on the basement level. the first floor is restaurants and above that is a residential complex. Once you know that, the hotel is actually pretty awesome. Spring for the upgraded room that has a window. It is a floor to ceiling window that looks out over a little garden. While you cant walk outside from your room, it is a really nice soothing and relaxing view. The included breakfast isnt expansive but offers nice variety. The staff however is what makes this such a great hotel. They are very friendly and efficient and made the stay here a pleasure.You also cant beat the fact that it is across the street from Taipei 101. take the elevator at the street down a level or the escalator and you are at the train station or you can walk through the tunnel to the food court and shopping plaza. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is opposite Taipei 101, and very convenient located for public transport. Our rooms was modern well appointed. The hotel is below ground, but our room had a large window on to a private courtyard.

Really terrible. The rooms are all underground and have no windows that can be opened, so air can be very musty. The nighttime (maleemployee is very unhelpful. When I tried to talk to him about some dirty things in our room (stains on the bed, musty air, water stains on the counter, etc.), he was making a personal phone call on his cellphone and I had to wait for him for many minutes. After waiting, he didnt do anything to address my concerns. 😡 The only saving grace of this place is the convenient location near Taipei 101. otherwise, its quite uncomfortable to stay here. The female employee in the morning is very sweet and helpful.

Well worth the money I paid to stay here. Its clean, super modern. I wasnt expecting windows so I have no complaints about my stay. Its close to trains and really close to Taipei 101. Its across the street!

A basement only boutique hotel conveniently located opposite Taipei 101 and beside WTC train station. Nice rooms but windowless, did not really bother me. Lobby and the building itself need upgrading. Good room rates online.

A boutique hotel in Taipei centre with an excellent locations. It is special in the sense that all rooms are located in the basement level.

Location is great. The design of the rooms leaves a little room for privacy to be desired.

When I found out that the hotel was below ground level I was shocked. But the place is really nice, and the rooms are spacious, and with everything you would need to feel comfortable (except a window)

Ive been there 3 night for an event in Computex. Its nice and clean underground hotel with hospitality waitress. Its in the central opposite Taiwan 101 building. Great place but very high price :)

Good rooms and friendly staff. And best location imo, and that is valuble in a big city. Really recommend it.
