Awesome Place to have a child Brithday party all the staff was very friendly

I took my wife, dad and daughters there today (Columbus’ Dayon a school holiday so it was PACKED! Despite such a large crowd, the staff was still phenomenal! Front desk did a wonderful job accommodating us quickly, answering all questions we had and even helped pitched us the special of the day before we overspent. Waitress was on top of the ball and very friendly. Food was well beyond our expectations of a “bowling alley kitchen” but with good prices. Loaded Nachos, Pizza and Cheese Sticks were all very tasty. Beautiful bowling lanes, large arcade area, laser tag room, batting cages, ropes course and so much more! We have no choice but to come back as we were there 4 hours and still weren’t able to complete a little of everything that they offered! None of us will mind a return! Killeen sure is lucky to have such a great business. Thanks Spare Time!

Took my bf here for our first date here. We still come here for frequent bowling dates. Love it here. Always fun and refreshing.

Great place for family entertainment. It got games, bowling lanes, lazer tag and other stuff.

Great palce. Ive only eaten and had drinks here but the food is good. And so was my Moscow Mule. The first thing i had to eat was the Nachos and THEY ARE DELICIOUS and theres enought o fill you up and thensome while at a decent price too. MY 2nd trip I had the Philliy Cheesesteak. It was pretty good. I was impressed as a person who has had many of them straight from Philadelphia. My 3rd trip i had a burger with bacon on it. It was also very good. Then to to off my burger I had the Brownie Sundae 🍨. Once again i was impressed! It was soooo good. I love my brownies so if its bad i wont say anything about it. My sundae was also very filling and well priced. Like the Nachos it was also big enough for 2. It actually came with 4 spoons 🥄 but i would never split that 4 ways, lol. One of these days Ill bowl in the bowling 🎳 alley. I guess after I try everything on the menu 😄.

Noob...everything seemed great. Food good to me and drinks, omd!!! Server was fantastic, my apologies as I forgot her name. Something with mary in it, Ill update later. Still bowling like a champ, for the most part. Had a great time there...even rode the bumper cars and buried the competition like a boss! Sometimes ya gotta cut loose...

Clean, with friendly staff that make all ages feel welcome. Accommodating bartender, for off menu drinks, and allergy aware.

My family and I went there last night to let the grandchildren have some fun we ate some dinner and everything was just perfect the place is great

Went for Labor day and they had some pretty good deals. The bartender was kind of hard to get a hold of, but very nice service. Sucked that we couldnt play bowling, but we had some fun in the arcade with my 3 yrs old. They did unlimited arcade games for $18 a person. But you couldnt win tickets. I understand why but kind of feel a little like it wasnt really worth the money.

Amazing. Went to a private event here. And it was amazing! Staff was friendly. One guy wasnt aware that cherry ice-cream existed but hey No one is perfect.

I can honestly say how disappointed I am with Spare Time. I went in today and claimed a free game card that I earned during the Bell County Comic-Con. The card specifically said 1 FREE game. Once my family and I got there, the front desk representative was kind enough to give us a free pair of shoes for our child and I paid for my wife and I. Halfway into the game (5 framesthe monitor indicated to extend our game we needed to contact help desk. I went up to the front desk and explained that my game was a free game card claim (assuming a free game is equal to 10 framesbut from what he told me, the free game divided by 3 players is equal to 5 frames, I didnt understand what he meant by that so he went on his monitor and told me you should be able to complete your frames now I went back to my lane and made it to 7 frames before the monitor did the contact desk message again. At this point I am frustrated and was not going to bother asking to have my game extended yet again. We dropped off our shoes and walked away. I was never told that the free game card had specific details outside of what the actual card says.

First time visiting. Wasnt hard to get to. Plenty of parking. Clean facilities. Had a company function and had an awesome time. The employees were very helpful. Thank you all and stay safe.

Our family always enjoys our outings here. Bowling, Laser Tag, Arcade games, food and service. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

VIP lounge is definitely the way to bowl! Perfect date night or special day w your kiddos. We always have a great time here & will probably never bowl anywhere else locally. Highly recommend!!

My family n I visited the arcade n bowling section. Awesome family setting. Food is great along with their slushy drinks as well.

Bday party for my bff 8 yr old daughter. Plenty of ppl food was good and lots of games. The hostesses of the party were so sweet and professional

Worse service we have ever seen. Waitress took order for food but forgot to turn order into kitchen. Almost 2 hours later finally got food. Waitress had no clue what drinks were available even showed her in the menu. The training this Waitress received was definitely sub standard.Alot of folks standing around but obviously they couldnt take an order.Totally unsatisfied

Probably the best experience in entertainment in the local industry tbh. Theres so many things to do like skyline, gocarts, Lazer tag, bowling, theres food and a few places to get alcohol. Honestly Im Extremely happy with my visit!

Im not a fan of the fact they dont sell pitchers of soft drinks, it only available for parties.

Amazing and so much fun. Can be pricey for a family of 5 but well worth the experience. Stay away from the bar extremely expensive and not worth the size of drink served

Had a great time with family there.Great place to do some indoor out door fun with family and friends.I ALSO WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO THE MANAGEMENT.I we did have a little hiccup at the end when cashing in out tickets from the games...However, the manager noticed that there was an issue and was on the spot to assist and help out.It is nice to see managers Actually paying attention to what is going on and doing something about it.We where just going to leave... when yall approached us.It was so nice to see that Not All customer service has left the Profesional field and that there are managers out there who really are paying attention to their place of bisness and the customers.That is really saying something this day and time! 👍Thank you sirs for your attention to detail and turning a good and fun evening to a sour one. :)I have to say Wel Done Sirs, Well Done. :)

Food was pretty good. Laser tag arena is a bit small. Bowling alleys good but I don’t like that they play music videos all the time.

Kids love it. Arcade games, sky clim, baseball cages, G-carts, a bar and u can plat uno or cards. They also have other giang games outside such: chest, checker, corn hole, connect 4. A good place for the family fun

Yesterday while leaving the outside area, my grandmother was struggling to walk back to our car, and Joey the officer there was really helpful with assisting her and helping us get her back to the car. We appreciate him.

Cool place. Wonderful staff. Very busy, lots of noise. The kids and parents both enjoyed bowling on the reserved lanes with soft drinks and adult beverages. Like a Dave and Busters on steroids lol

Had an event for band students. Had us pay to do everything, but then didnt let the students do any outdoor activities, then the cards for games didnt work, and I asked for help 3 times, still nothing, and unfortunately they said there would be buffets, as in plural, and they just served cold pizza, drinks were suppose to be included and they charged me extra anyway. Staff was rude to the students. If you cant handle kids, you should not be working here. First experience here was horrible, so I dont see why we would go back.

When we arrived it was pretty busy. We didnt have to wait for than a few minutes in line to get to a cashier. We decided to do the summer madness deal($18 for 1hr bowling, laser tag, unlimited video gamesfor 3 people and upgraded it to the VIP lanes. We played games while we waited, which was only around 40 minutes. We had alot of fun bowling. The lanes were very clean and looked great with the disco style lighting. We ordered drinks and a brownie sundae while we were bowling. The lane (21did lock up a couple times but the attendants fixed it within a few minutes. After were finished the hour of bowling we went back to the video game area. We really enjoyed the basketball connect four and the other competitive games. Overall we had a great time and the staff made the experience great. Will definitely be back next time we are in Temple.

Spare Time might just be one of the most dun things to do in temple. They have so many different options from laser tag, to bowling, to arcade games, to go karts and a bunch of other things. The are also good on pricing and literally have a great special going on daily. I definitely recommend going here weather it’s with coworkers, friends, or family.

Took my family and they loved it, from bowling, to go kart racing, and laser tag was fun, everyone is so amazing, I am so happy since moving from Austin, If you haven’t been to Spare Time, then what are you waiting for?

Go go here when we have a group deal with our homeschool group so a weekday around lunchtime. My kids love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful.My husband has brought our kids to do the new outside stuff on a Saturday and said the kids had a blast and the ropes course was fairly inexpensive for how much time they got to spend there. We will definietly be back! Its one of our favorite places!

Got our lane today and had to ask for a menu after 10 minutes of workers just standing around, after 30 minutes of no service I had enough, we decided to leave.We got there before other people and its like we were invisible.this wasnt the first time this happened , we gave it another try and that was the last time we set foot in spare timeThe manager tried to give us free games , its not about free stuff we spend a good amount of money every time we go, service was jist bad and that cant be bought unfortunately .Not the type to complain but when I do I just dont want nothing to do with a business anymore after that , youll just feel uncomfortable after that

Held a work event there recently. Josh was assigned as our server. He was very professional and attentive. He made sure our event went off without any problems. Very impressed with this young man. I would highly recommend Spare Time as a location for your events.

Very nice place with lots of entertainment (bowling, arcade, batting cages, climbing, volleyball...and food (the place has multiple bars!options - but I cant figure out why - with all the space they have - did they build a kiddie karting track (short, simple, and narrowwhen they could have built something awesome (like the COTA Karting Track or Houston Karting Center or Speedsportzwith faster karts that require a helmet. That said, lots of people where karting - so maybe they know their market and are serving them with what they want.

It serves its purpose as a gathering place offering games, bowling, party rooms, ect.The place was incredibly busy and packed to the point it was shoulder to shoulder in the gaming area.Very loud. Did not have any food, but one iced tea was 3.50! Certainly understaffed as well.They do serve alcoholic beverages and have a full bar if that’s your thing.

My family comes here every now and then and we always have a good time! We usually bowl, but my daughter loves the arcade too. They also have a pretty good bar.This past year, we had my little sisters birthday party here and it was a blast. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to host a great party for her.

This place is definitely something to visit with your kids or without! Fun for all ages. There are wait times for bowling but there is other things to do while waiting your turn. The laser tag is a must and being a plus size person I was able to enjoy myself and have a blast. They have adult interaction and a full bar if you need a strong drink. Definitely a must visit place if your just passing through and need something to let the kids run out energy.

My kids really love going to Sparetime. It’s is about a 45 minute drive from our home town. They recently have added new arcade games. Laser tag and bowling are also fun things to do. We usually order a large pepperoni pizza, hot wings and side of fries to eat. They are all good finger foods. They have added some outdoor activities but I did not have time venture out there. Fun place for family time. They also have a bar that’s served adult beverages and appear to have daily specials.

Plenty to do lots to enjoy. Good food, decemf prices. A treat for kids of all ages.

Good experience.Felt terrible for the waiter in the dining area though. It seemed like he was the only worker in the entire dining area but he did a great job and was very attentive and timely with his service.Was able to bowl too and as luck would have it, we were able to bowl in the smaller bowling room which was a very nice experience and we were grateful for tat opportunity.The only feedback we would offer would be to have the cleaners ask us to move our open drinks before they sprayed the adjacent table.Just as we turned to check on our drinks since we were paying more attention to our bowling game, we saw the cleaner spray the divided table with a very strong sprayer and disinfectant flew in all of our drinks. We moved the drinks to the side and asks for them to be remade.

Arcade was fun! Drinks were great. Food was good. Bowling was fun, especially for my 3year old. Wish they had smaller balls for the kiddos but we still had fun!

Fun time with friends! A great place to have a fun afternoon or have a party at. I would go again and take my grandkids. HINT: do the online waiver or plan to complete it there. Pay after completing forms to ensure place in line.

First time at this place and I must say, it has a great atmosphere. I went because I havent been bowling in ages. The food was good, but the drinks on the other hand, were okay. I am from Houston, so it was different that what I was use too went to bar drinks. Other than that, wonderful place to unwind and have fun!!

Had a great time at the batting cages, the food was delicious and karaoke was a blast!We had a small issue while using the batting cages but Andrew the manager took care of the issue right away without hesitation. Very good service from all the staff. We will definitely be back.Thanks again Andrew!

Excellent family experience. Lots of bowling, arcade games and entertainment. The Laser Tag arena is a plus! Delicious food and appetizers, as well as a full bar with tantalizing signature libations for the adults! The staff were friendly and professional. This place is hard to beat for value, fun and a family atmosphere. There are even outdoor activities as well!! We will DEFINITELY be coming back to Spare Time!!

If you are visiting Texas, GO to Spare Time Texas; you wont regret it at all! Great food & drinks (must try the Tropical Paradise; its sweetand bowling with friends/lover/family makes it all fun!
