Spanish Court Hotel in New Kingston

Went for dinner by the pool side. The atmosphere was lovely but the servers appeared nervous. Bartender was searching around for the drink items and waiter seemed unsure of what he was doing. They were friendly though.The meal took a little while but overall the experience was good.

When I visit the Spanish Court I feel like I am going home to my family. The best food in Kingston. The friendliest hotel staff. Everyone calls you by your name, because it is so intimate they get to know their guests easily.

The staff was excellent. The place was nice and clean. The food, breakfast was really good, everything about it. My room was very comfortable, everything about it. I will definitely be coming back.

Had brunch there with a visiting friend late October 2022. Food was excellent, fresh, tasty, and service was polite, friendly and efficient. $$ per person - non alcohol drinks

I did not stay at this hotel, I went to visit a relative who came for a reunion. From what I heard from her, the rooms are comfortable and the room service is adequate. She enjoyed her breakfast, so I would assume that the meals are well prepared. I met her in the lobby which had comfortable couches to relax. The security guard I spoke to upon entering the premises was asistive and polite. So based on the above, I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable experience.

I went here for a drink with my friend for the second time and trust me it’s my second time in my life having Pina colada this great. I want to say a special thanks to MARK the bartender @the Kingston location for making such a smooth tantalizing drink. I don’t normally leave ratings but MARK you have us hooked. You’ll be seeing me again for that Pina colada. Thank you! 🥰🥰🥰

Accommodations are lovely, but the pina coladas Mark made, made my stay even better! Each time I visit I always opt for the pina colada😊

Check in was a breeze and the offer of some rum punch made it even better. The rooms are large and comfy and also very tidy and clean.

Our Stay here was amazing. Very modern & Tropical hotel in a safe and great environment.Front Desk team was very friendly and also the servers.The Food was very very very good also!! 10/10.We will definitely be back.

Hotel is beautiful but is expected as it is in Jamaica. Local staff are all exceptionally well mannered and accommodating. The biggest let down was hotel management, mainly the owner of the hotel himself. It was very uncomfortable to see how he treated local staff interacting with visitors. He chased an employee off his property in front of guests. He is racist and disrespectful and completely ruined guests experience. He is always there and I would not recommend visiting. There are many other beautiful hotels island wide to visit.

It would of been 5 stars.... The staff is overall friendly and hospitable.Including those that went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and served. The food was great especially the breakfast. The bed comfortable. However, the premium channels were glitching. I think the fridge was responsible for the noise that we heard when the room was quiet, the noise was significant, therefore making it hard to fall asleep. Fridge was smaller than usual and its in a compartment.(I had to open first to get to the fridge. I hated that!!! )I didnt like having to request for a microwave.The standard king room is wayyy to small compared to other standard rooms everywhere else. And there should be smoking rooms available. its more than inconvenient to have to go out of a room youre paying for to smoke. I was not happy that all the staff had mask on.it feels inhumane not see see who your dealing with.i rather see a smile.

Spanish Court Hotel has set a new standard for hospitality. From the time we checked in to the twilight of our stay, everyone has been pleasant. The rooms are well-appointed, the staff is super-friendly and courteous, and we are just torn to leave such a lovely place.We spent the evening on the patio where we had some guests join us for dinner. The ambiance was spectacular. The icing on the cake for me has been the way the staff makes the effort to ensure you are satisfied and comfortable.This is the place to stay in Kingston. Unparalleled hospitality.

I prefer to stay at local chains as opposed to global chains, and my stay here truly made a difference in my experience while visiting Kingston. Besides the range of services and amenities this hotel provides, the location makes it a great Uber hotspot and connection to cross-island transportation.The prices are reasonable, the coffee phenomenal, and the daily breakfast a delicious and delightful memory of my Caribbean childhood. The staff was always helpful, kind, and available for assistance.A heads-up that since their goal is to reduce paper materials, you may want to consider getting all the info you need, including menus, for room service.
