Great, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a lovely common area.

Durante toda mi estancia no me cambiaron la toalla, el personal es amable, pero las fotos publicadas no se acercan a la realidad la habitación para 4 era de 3 x 3 más aparte el baño

Es un lugar muy bonito, esta muy limpio. El personal es amable y atento.Esta en el centro, a unas cuantas cuadras caminando de la terminal ADO, y del centro de Mérida.

all very good, location, price, people, they provide good products/soap... even masks when i forgot mine and real toilet paper not the cheap 1-layer.

El hostel es muy bonito, las instalaciones son hermosas.☑️ Buen internet, tiene espacios que son adecuados para trabajar en tu pc.☑️ la cocina es muy amplia, tiene utensilios para cocinar, es súper cómoda.☑️ muy limpio, los baños excelentes, todo esta ordenado.☑️ la atención es excelente, todas las chicas son súper amables y están atentas a todo lo que necesitas.☑️ es un lugar súper tranquilo, familiar.☑️ tiene una alberca súper linda, especial para pasar el calor que hace en Merida. Cuenta con hamacas al costado de la alberca, es un lugar perfecto para estar relajado.☑️ desayuno variado y rico.Puntos por los que no le pongo 5:🔘 la habitación que contrate (4 camas femeninaes MUY pequeña, solo tiene una ventana superior en la que no ves para afuera. Por momentos me sentía sofocada, a pesar de que es linda, es muy chica.🔘 el aire acondicionado solo está permitido durante la noche. En Merida hace muchísimo calor por lo que si necesitas estar en el día en la habitación es súper caluroso.Lo recomiendo mucho si necesitas alojarte en Merida !

Super hostel avec un petit déjeuner excellent et copieux. Nous n’avions pas faim jusqu’au soir et le choix est très grand. Je recommande malgré que ce ne soit pas le plus proche du centre

The hostesses are really friendly and will give you a great overview of what to do in Mérida, theres a couple of social activities (for instance , cooking classeswhere you get to meet the other travelers. Wifi is good, rooms are clean, pool and hamacs are a big plus (specially in centroso definitely check it out

El lugar es muy hermoso...solo q la habitación que me tocó esta mal ya q la puerta del baño esta junto a la cama y es muy difícil dormir y si deseas dormir hasta más tarde es imposible ya q el ruido del comedor se escucha demasiado creo que debería haber un anunció de guardar silencio almenas hasta las 9 parapoder descansar.lo demás es genial.

Pros: wir bekamen Handtücher, es gibt nen Pool, hübsche Einrichtung und Deko, nachts war die Klimaanlage an, es gab das beste Frühstück auf unserer 5-monatigen Backpacking-Reise (frischer Kuchen am Morgen!), die Besitzerin hat uns auf alle (hiddengems in der Stadt hingewiesen und alle Fragen sehr ausführlich beantwortet :)und es gab die Hostel-Landschildkröte!

If you are looking for a budget stay with wonderful experience then your search ends here. Casa Garza is one of the Best hostels in Merida and has beautiful history to this place. I dont wish to reveal the beautiful story that this place holds hence request you to please ask the owner or receptionist to explain it. The place is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, well maintained and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. You can also cook in the kitchen. Infact it was our favourite place to hangout and catch up with other travellers. The host and the receptionist was absolutely welcoming and helpful with all the queries and help I requested. The location is perfect walking distance from bus station and many other attractions nearby. You can also plan lot of day trips to other destinations from here. Absolutely ❤️ and miss this place. Highly recommended.

My first Hostal experience. A+. I met Pat, I felt safe. Mixed room (men/women). Attentive service (I was like, where am I?). The receptionist showed me, yes she showed me how to open/closed front door ! Im have the 🤔 look.

El mejor lugar en el que se podrían quedar. La experiencia fue muy linda, incluye desayuno que está muy rico y fresco. El lugar es muy tranquilo si realmente quieres un break y lo tuyo no es onda de fiesta.La gente es realmente amable y el lugar está precioso, ofrecen toallas en la alberca. The 2 girls at the reception are extremely nice. They gave us plenty of tips to travel around Mérida. In fact, we did all the recommendations from travel to eating from them. It turned out so great. They also helped us doing laundry and folded nicely. The price was super affordable for both the hostel and the laundry. Cannot recommend enough - Honestly reviewed (No affiliatedby an an engineer, also a wanderer and also a chef (50 visited countries, dozen of rest, the vast amount of hotel and counting)

Simply a perfect place.

This place made me feel at home the whole time. Clean, roomy and the staff were amazing!

This is the perfect hostel for a visit to Merida and I highly recommend it. Location, staff, amenities, atmosphere, etc. are all five stars. The only issue was that the kitchen can be loud (especially in the mornings around 7am on), so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

This place was excellent! Possibly the most beautiful hostel Ive ever stayed at, especially for the price. It is in an old building that was completely restored and its such a nice vibe. The only bad thing I can say is that the bed ladders are quite creaky to climb up and down. Not a big deal though.

Ive been traveling for about 6 months now and have yet to leave a single review cause I cant be bothered. But this hostel is of the highest quality and with the best value/money I have ever experienced. On all parameters.

I dont think Ive ever enjoyed a place as much as I enjoyed Casa Garza! The hostel is extremely beautiful, there is a hammock zone and a pool and it feels like being in a fancy mansion. The highlight is however the staff- attentive, friendly and amazing! And with that breakfast you just cant go wrong :)

This is the most beautiful hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was great. The location was central, the check in was smooth, the dorms are lovely and beds comfortable. The showers were great and they provide shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner and even body lotion. The kitchen is great and well equipped. Courtyard and roof terrace is very nice indeed. The vibe of the hostel is really friendly and quiet after 11. The breakfast is good but vegan option would be good 🙂 Thanks so much Andrea!

We stayed for just 1 night unfortunately but it was amazing. Andrea is extremely helpful, gave us a very nice room and answered all our questions (even from when we were still back home). The food is amazing. Sociable people there. And of course, it feels like you’re in a luxury villa, but it still has a relaxing atmosphere where you can meet others. Thank you so much Andrea, hope we meet again!

An excellent owner run boutique hostal. Small pool situated in a lovely outside area. Beautiful shared spaces in a wonderfully restored building. Modern well stocked kitchen, and a great breakfast included in the rates. Nice hot shower, and comfortable beds in high rooms with both fans and air con.

Lovely experience at this hostel- beautiful accommodation, very nice and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast. This is not your average hostel- the effort put into making the hostel clean and comfortable is evident. Intimate as not a huge hostel, the kitchen is spotless- beds are comfortable and bathrooms very clean. very pleased overall , 100% recommend!!

Beautiful place to stay in the center of Merida. I felt like in a hotel because the whole place has really fancy mansion vibe. Everything is brand new, clean, staff is very helpful and you have a pool and hammocks in the backyard. Also delicious breakfast from 7:30100% recommended

Beautiful, clean, amazingly friendly staff, what more could you ask for in a hostel? Well there is more—they have a pool, a garden, good wifi (I could make zoom calls), a good central location. The list goes on. Would definitely recommend and I will choose here again if I’m back in Merida.

An incredible place to stay. Andrea the hostess is warm and inviting and takes the initiative to reccomend places to visit and eat both inside the city and outside. Camelia is also incredible and friendly we had a few great conversations during the evening. The breakfast is simple but deliciousn. Usually something like pancakes or chilequiles. The rooms and hostel itself are very clean and plush. Very modern as well, with brand new remodeling done. I highly recommend this place!

The best hostel I have been to.A clean, beautiful, tidy place.The kitchen has everything you need.There are hammocks by the pool that you can be there and relax.Most importantly, there is an amazing team that loves to help with any question and request. You can get information from them about places to travel. The staff is always available.I highly recommend the hostel!!!
